My whole family gets out hair cut by Edna! Highly recommend her! She’s the only person I trust to cut not only my hair (which is thick, full, short, but looks great with a shorter hair cut done by Edna) but I trust her with my families hair also, we drive an hour round trip to see her. Please please give her a try! She’s friendly, personable, and great at what she does! Definitely talkative & makes going to the salon a great experience. Easy conversation from a great person where you leave with a great cut every time. :)

I met Edna as a walk in a couple years ago.Shes super nice , and very knowledgeable when it comes to cuts and colors.The fact shes been there for years and has no intention of leaving, is an added bonus..

Good haircut walked right in and got it done nobody in line

I recently moved to Casa Grande so I needed to find a place for me to get my haircuts done. Ive been to Supercuts in Phoenix before so I figured I would start using this Supercut in Casa Grande since I am not familiar with the place. Ive had 2 haircuts so far and not happy how it turned out. Today was the last time I will go here. I booked online and arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment only to be greeted very dismissive by the hairstylist there today 06/05/21 at around 11:30am. She saw me and said: Theres a 45 minute wait like trying to make me leave. I told her I had booked online for 11:45am. She responded: Regardless, well, there is still a 45 minute wait, theres 2 people ahead of you. I sat down to wait a little bit at that point she made uncomfortable so I left. I went to GreatClips down the road by Frys and I was very happy with the outcome. I will not recommend SuperCuts to anyone.

Went by yesterday and store is closed. When will it reopen? Where is Edna? I need a cut

Service was priced right but she cut the hair too short after I showed her multiple pictures.... Ok for a trim up thats it imo

I went in to get a simple hair cut and the lady absolutely butchered my hair!!! I left in tears, she cut the back of my head only and didn’t even touch the hair on the sides of my head!! I’m so dissatisfied with them!!!

Booked an apt.... walked in, said I have an appointment, We dont DO appointments, but you can have a seat.What is the point of selecting a time & date, booking the time if thats not to secure a time to get your hair cut?Totally confused & really thrown off by this ladys attitude.....

Lets just say, I paid for a haircut that I didnt go back and get! *Make sure you take pictures in with you, if you want to use this location. Just stating a specific haircut got me nowhere. Describing the haircut didnt work either. 🤔 (I dont know, maybe they were having a bad hair day!) 😁

I love Edna, she does a great job on my hair every time. She knows my color, always pleasant,and has good time management. She should get a raise. If she ever stopped working here, I dont know what I would do, probably just buy a wig lol.

This studio is by far the best place to get a cut in Casa grande. Its a great feeling to be greeted by name as you walk through the door. I dont normally post reviews but I feel people should know about the great experiences I always have while sitting with Edna. Where do I start?? Edna is the best stylist Ive EVER had. She is always in a great mood, the time in the chair is never awkward as she holds a fun conversation very well, she listens to every detail about what you want and the end result of your cut will always be exactly what you want. Always a top notch experience with my favorite gal Edna!!!!

We didnt get a chance to get our stylist name because there was another person waiting but she was the only one working last Sunday(11/25). My husband went in for a hair cut and I asked to trim my bangs. She was great and made me feel like she knew what she was doing. I dont get my hair cut often and the last time my husband asked for this certain style the messed his hair up. (Different salon)When we showed her a pictures of what we were asking for, she asked questions to get a better idea. She also gave us pointer on how to style and what products to use. We are both very happy with our new hair cuts.

Went there for a layered hair cut. My hair length was to theBottom of my tale bone.I told the girl I just wantedThree inches cut. She wentahead n cut six inches insteadThen she proceeded to tellme how I needed to cut myhair. I said No, this is how Iwant it cut. After ten minutesof her dictating to me, I knewShes Never layered long hair.I told her never mind U dontKnow how to cut n style myHair! So after chopn six inchesInstead of three I got up n left.Very upsetting experience!I would Never recommendThis place to Anyone!

My other half told me I had an appt with a stylist @Supercuts. Tiffany was excellent! Shampoo and conditioner felt amazing! She took her time with the cut of getting a small layer and she was very friendly and professional. Definitely will be back to see her and those magic hands!

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever gotten in all honesty. I dont normally like to write reviews but I had to in hopes that the stylists here put more effort into their service. I asked for a haircut and shampoo and I got one at the beginning of the haircut so I walked out with hairs all over me. Annoying but not why I gave it a 1 star. I asked for a low fade size 2 clippers. And I got a high fade! And it wasnt blended at all! It was a terrible cut! I asked for a trim off the top and she cut maybe 3 times on the top of my head randomly so now its not even! And I spent less than 5 min in the chair! No joke! I have never gotten this haircut done so fast! Its like she just wanted me out of there fast! She wasnt attentive at all not did she take care while cutting she just moved the clippers around carelessly, it was a bad haircut and overall a horrible experience.never coming back and definitely dont recommend! Stylists name was edna, Im sorry but I have to let everyone know and I had to be honest.

I recently went to Super Cuts for a shampoo and my stylist Tiffany was amazing. I have long hair and she took her time and was very patient with the length of it. I have been back since for a cut and have brought my other half for a cut as well...If you are in the Casa Grande area make sure you stop by to see Tiffany...

Edna should never cut layers on anyone. I have seen her work first hand (not on my hair) and its not good. Now my friend has to go all the way to Chandler just to get it fixed. SMDH.

I enjoy getting my haircut at this location particularly by Edna, she always listens to what I want and when I ask for a specific haircut and always does it really well. She is also super friendly and a good conversationalist while getting my haircut.

I decided to come here because I saw nothing but awesome reviews, especially about Edna! Unfortunately my experience was unpleasant. I got there and was greeted by edna, I was excited! There was one person ahead of me at the time, I waited, no biggie. Then another person walked in and she attended them before me! Maybe they had an appointment, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. It was finally my turn, I just wanted a trim. She barely brushed my hair! You can’t cut hair without brushing it! Next, i have layers so obviously I wanted those trimmed as well. Nope. She took off the sheet before I could even process that she was done! All she did was pull my hair back, cut across once and that’s it she sent me on my way! I’m not an outspoken person so I said thanks, tipped her my change $4 (mistake) and left. I will never return, I never write reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Maybe she was new idk but I Truly do hope she improves...

My stylist was Senia, she was very good and cut my hair exactly like I wanted. Also had an all over color which was not my color but trusted her on color choice and very pleased with the color. Will definitely have my hair done there again.

She has never messed my hair up. The place is clean, affordable and all the stylists that work there are very friendly, helpful and up-to-date great stylists.. IF I can help it..I choose not to go anywhere else.
