Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor! Ive had kidney problems since I was born and throughout my life, he is the greatest Ive come across! His staff are friendly but I agree with the whole being over booked. But every single time Ive been to his office, never once did I have a problem! I highly recommend him! So much so that my entire family goes to him! Hes an amazing dr and is so thorough!

Dr Patel did a good job on the surgery however, it is the clinical experience that caused us to leave. The post op calls lasting 1-3 minutes included questions about a medication that he purposely weaned my husband off of and yet he asked if he needed refills. This happened more than once. Our insurance explained why it may be happening. These very same calls were billed as a 26-30 min new problem exam. Shady. We were billed for copayment for office visits for encounter s that were very short calls. The office does not answer the phone and they do not return calls left with the answering service. It took 5 months to get my husband’s patient records. Requests were ignored and the office claimed to have never gotten them. It wasn’t until my husband went in person did anyone admit they got requests. He had evidence. Glad to be out!

Ive been a patient for 5 years and pleased with Dr Patel. The staff has also been helpful to me.

Will not be going back. Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.i should feel comfortable coming to a dr.s office for care.

The doctor was okay but the front office staff are extremely rude. They are short with answers, have no customer service skills and should not work in health care. People are nervous and scared when dealing with health issues and they should be kind. It matters. I will not return to this office because of them. Ill seek out a place where I feel at ease.

Great doctor. Staff is chill and friendly. Dr Patel is one hell of a urologist. I would recommend him to my family members. He always shakes my hand and greets us kindly. He truly does care. Do not listen to these other reviews.

Dr Patel took my husband on as a patient last minute as other places were dragging their feet on just getting an appointment. My husband had renal cell carcinoma and the good doctor took care of him promptly. I now too see Dr Patel and think he is wonderful. (I dont usually like doctors period!) Dr Patel is now taking care of my problem. Thank you Dr Patel.

The good doctor is too busy with his computer to listen what I have to say or to report.Appointments and waiting times are good.A proposed procedure required 6 appointments. My cost for the procedure was to be $300.00 to be collected on the third visit. Now it turns out to be $300.00 for EVERY 10 min procedure performed by a nurse. Not good. First instalment of the procedure made me deadly sick. Not good either.

Not the most professional front desk personnel, doctor is okay, overall if I had to do it all over again I would go somewhere else. Communication is not good.

Rude staff they always make mess with my husband medicine and his referral filed! The doctor do not take anything serious, cant not recommend this doctor!!! They do not take care of anything, too many mistakes!!Now we are again problems because of lake in my husbands medicine, Im so upset!! My husbands problem is not yet been fixed! Now we are going to see a other doctor to get professional help that you cant get here!! This place is not professional!!!

The two rooms at this office were completely full of people to see this ONE Dr. My appt was already 20 mins late and yet there was at least 30 people ahead of me! What a disaster! They didnt even have my referral filed. I felt so bad for the older folks having to wait. Why did they book so many people around the same time. Pathetic!

Dr. Patel. I will never deal with this Dr. again. He doesnt care what your opinion is, what he says goes and if you dont like it to bad. I have never dealt with anyone like I have with him this pat 2 weeks. Dr Patel did a operation on me, sent me home with some antibiotics. 12 days later I went to the ER because I was having pains from the operation. Dr Patel arrived looked me over and told me oh everything is fine Its is healing fine.Two days later I had a Dr. appt with a different Dr., and while I was there I told him I was healing from a different operation and was hurting. That Dr. looked at it and said oh my gosh it was highly infected. He then proceeded to call Dr. Patel to let him know that it was infected and needed to be taken care of. Dr. Patel then had me go to the hospital and get checked in and put on liquid antibiotics.Now people here is a big catch Dr. Patel told me that everything was doing fine, and looking good. Two days later a different Dr. had to tell Dr. Patel that I had an infection. Dr. Patel took me into surgery and I had an infection of cellulitis. Now you would think Dr. Patel would be able to see infections instead of just telling people oh everything looks great. If it wasnt for my other Dr. I could have been in deep problems with cellulitis settling in my testicle area. So in my opinion I will never go to or trust the opinions of dr. Patel ever again.

Happy with Dr Patel, they way over book his office and always have a long wait. 5 people in the waiting room for one Dr. Especially not good when a patient is post op and having to wait when in pain.

Horrible staff! The receptionist with the heavy makeup and dark hair is extremally rude, hostile & arrogant demeanor, and shouts at patients in the the Lobby. So unprofessional! She has you sit and then aproach the counter multiple times as though it was a game or has personal control issues. The doctor is OK. The medical assistant (the fat one with the artificial fingernails and large hoop earrings)however was making gestures of disgust towards my body when the doctor was performing a procedure. Later i overheard her outside the room door talking and making jokes about my body with the other girl that works there. HIPAA violations and the staff except the doctor are unprofessional and unethical and do not belong in Healthcare. If you choose to go here bring a tape recorder so you could later complain to the Health and Human Services and HIPPA. Overall my experience here has been very unpleasant and humiliating.

Horrible bedside manor, tore my urethra during surgery and left a stone in my uruter. While hospitalized had to argue for pain meds.

A great doctor. Really helped me with my kidney stones.

A very competent Urologist - ignore the comments of the local yokels in Casa Grande.

I guess the doctor or staff took down my comment. He messed me up surgically. I would never recommend this doctor to no one.
