Oct 8, 2019.Dr. Haywood did a great job on my left knee. Maybe to good with the Cortisone shot to the right knee Im out here trying to play singles.July 20, 2021.Right knee surgery went well. Im on a faster pace to recovery.

Dr Haywood is great my husband and I both see him his staff is very friendly and great

I recently had a seizure resulting in my leg hyper extending the wrong way and was seen in the ER. Was told to follow up STAT with Dr. Haywood and though I dont doubt his ability to properly treat and diagnose my problem and give me treatment options or reccomendations I doubt that the SCHEDULER of all people should be making the call on what a STAT is and isnt, if the hospital called it STAT, and my primary physician ALSO decided it was STAT and needs to be taken care of right away, where in a schedulers scope of practice does it give her the knowledge and right to decide that because the radiology at the hospital didnt show any fractures its NOT a STAT!! SWELLING DUE TO INITIAL INJURY COULD HAVE HIDDEN A FRACTURE. I told her the reason its stat is the concern for possible torn ligaments or injury to muscle and she just said well, Dr haywood doesnt have any openings until August so I could give you other clinics to go to or you can wait until august EXCUSE ME?!?!? You arent even gonna bother asking if I can be squeezed in or anything?? Then when I told her I had achhhs and I HAVE to go to who Im referred to she said, well its a general reccomendation from the hospital it doesnt mean you HAVE to be seen here ...... maam I just told you I was told by the hospital to see him, went to my pcp to get the referral, and I have ahcccs, the referral is for YOUR OFFICE therefore now I have to call my doctor to redirect the referral elsewhere because the current referral is to you guys and Im not waiting until August to find out if Im going to need surgery or not!!! Honestly Dr. Haywood is probably great but with staff like that I doubt he can do anything for alot of people who will also end up going elsewhere upon recommendation of HIS OWN STAFF.

I have suffered with pain in both shoulders due to injuries sustained in the Army in 1993 over seas in Somalia. I spoke with Dr. Haywood and from the first interaction he was very easy to speak with, and he listened to what I had to say. He was very clear about the process and what was going to happen. I have nothing but gratitude, and great things to say about him. I personally would recommend Dr. Haywood to all of my family and friends.Thank you Dr. Haywood

I have to give Dr Haywood and his staff a 5 star rating because they earned it. First off being a snow bird in many ways I am not accepted here but I have to say from my first phone call while still in Minnesota the young lady that took my call was very kind and helpful. My first visit with Dr Haywood enlightening and helpful. He told me it was my choice to have surgery or just therapy. I have never had a surgeon give me an option. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable with him. It came as no surprise when my surgery came out great and the after care was wonderful. I can only say thank you to Dr Haywood and his wonderful staff for care and comfort they gave me!

Great Dr. and very helpful staff. All the nurses there are friendly and diligent.Dr. Haywood has been by our side night and day to help in any way. Couldnt be more thankful

Dr. Heywood has been nothing but great!His staff is friendly. He took a really broken knee, and with his guidance I walk again. Now we have to focus on the other knee.If he did great on one knee , I know he will fix the other. Total faith in him.

I was injured out of state while visiting my son. When I flew home I went straight to our local ER that recommended I see an orthopedic doctor. I called Dr. Haywoods office and was advised by an office girl Vanessa that the doctor has to review the ER report before I can give you an appointment . Does this doctor hand pick his patients? Terrible customer service!
