Poor communication skills and no follow up.

Very poor community service. Do not realize jokes with people other than those of thier colture. Slow at helping veterans in need. Need to learn the ways of people from various parts of the country. Everything must be done on their terms and not the veterans.

This place is Amazing! Always serving veterans and helping them advance and push through the struggles. Monique Coronado is my current Case manager and she is amazing, along with Byron and Tiannah. The whole team has been very supportive and they will do the same if not more for you. Any transitioning veterans in the Casa Grande Area needing help or if you are close to this location they can help you with housing and job searching. If you have no transportation theyll pick you up as long as youre within a certain distance from their location.Bravo Zulu on a job thats well done!
