They have a scam going on here at Goodwill. Bait and switch prices. Manager Neil doesnt have a clue how to manage. Employees telling her how to run the store and she does as they tell her to. I have donated thousands of dollars worth of stuff throughout my 58 years and purchased plenty. Now i will do business with the Salvation Army. Neil is scamming!!

Found some good stuff but I proceeded to checkout and went to present my coupon and she tells its the Tuscon area and she wouldnt take my coupon from the phoenix-westside area. I asked her if she could give me a discount since I obviously use their coupons and she told me No.As a loyal customer why wouldnt you make your customer happy? I was very upset.I happened to look at my receipt and I was charged for a item at a pretty high price when there was no tag and she never told me the price upon charging it to me. Again, bad customer service. I had to go all the way back inside and return some items. No way would I ever return to that location.So dirty with dust bunnies floating around and so unorganized. I would avoid this place at all possible!

Decent selection of used items. Most of the store is clothing items which seem well organized. Housewares is always a dig for hidden treasures, but maybe it is better earlier in the day.

I love this store! I shop there regularly and I’ve found so many great bargains! The employees are super nice and very helpful!

You can usually find good stuff and the prices are great. The store is a little small but its busy and they have new stuff all the time.

This store is always clean and has a wonderful selection of used items. I am a hobby thriftier and I ALWAYS find good stuff here. We have purchased everything from books to bedding to dishes to decor.The store was ahead of the game with requiring masks. Be prepared to wear one or be turned away. It’s worth it.I would rate at a 5 if staff was just a little friendlier.I will definitely continue to shop here.

I used to go to this Goodwill everyday and always had a great experience.....the managers here are awesome. Until, I started being harassed and threatened by one of the employees boyfriend for no reason. I already filed a police report and filed a harassment form that should be served they said. I was still going until this last incident were he followed me and my daughter to another store after I left the goodwill and threatened me again (that was also reported to the police). I’m definitely not going anymore because I’m not going to put my daughters safety in danger with what he said in front of her. This was also brought up to the management at this store and she was very professional and helpful. Hopefully this whole situation gets resolved and eventually I can start going back to this store.

Pretty small location so there isnt always much, but its well maintained.

I have been here a handful of times and this place has got to be the place of the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced ! The females that own I mean work here are just rude they can pass as being hostile even I asked the cashier what was the price on a pair of boots I was interested in and she told me idk whatever it says there I told her Im sorry I do not have my glasses with me she says oh well idk whatever it says on the tag. I could not believe it Ive gone in a few times after that and the same bad attitudes and rude behavior so I would recommend the Goodwill store in Maricopa they have GREAT Customer Service and the workers leave plenty of good product for the shelves for the customers the selection overall is a bit more up to date .and of course they care about Happy Customers .

This Goodwill has some good inventory. There were several pairs of name brand shoes and lots of other decent stuff, but it is rather unorganized and slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Its a very small store. Clothing is organized but the rest of the place is a disaster.

First thing is this place is so hard to find but now I know why....This place is loud with employees yelling across the store and throwing things in bins with no respect for the customer. it is dirty and disorganized. Sad thing is it is the only good will type store in this area so you really have no other choices.

We went in and walked out with 3 things we had been looking for in all retail outlets. All 3 items cost us less then $10.00.

Ive been here 2 times and both times the larger black woman at the front of the store when you walk in Is extremely rude with her greeting And then I literally have her another employee follow me around the store harassing me about my mask. I was literally on the phone talking so my mask uncovered part of my nostril for a second and they asked me to leave over it.. Ill never return here again it smells funny and it was a complete mess. Maybe instead of watching my mask they should maybe do their jobs in clean up a little.

Pretty terrible experience. Assistant manager was incredibly rude without provocation (even though there is no excuse in the first place) to several customers in front of us and completely ignored a massive line. After hearing him accuse one lady of stealing, we decided to ask for a manager. We were told he was a manager. He then refused to give his name when asked (overweight male). This store is dirty, unorganized and overpriced. These concerns have been addressed before by other reviewers below, but in the year I have been shopping at this Goodwill, nothing has changed.Definitely not the norm for a Goodwill – wont be returning or donating to this location in the future. Remedial training highly recommended. When someone asks to speak with a supervisor, its customary to provide contact information at the minimum. Very disappointed. What a terrible experience.

I was in the store yesterday shopping and a guy named Kevin helped me with some furniture I needed. He was real friendly and helpful. The cashier was also nice when I checked out. Overall great experience.

Nice place to second hand shop

Places like this makes hunting for something you need or want an interesting. You never know what you may find. There is no reason for anyone to throw things away when you can donate them so that other people can buy them to meet their needs.

Finding work pants here when I needed inexpensive disposable work clothes. Met a work buddy there and he mentioned the best time is when they have 50% off Saturdays. Then I notice something I wanted and was going to get it, but they mentioned that they had color tags half off the next day so I got two items I wanted for the price of one.A bargain store indeed.

You can find good deals here. A lot of the time the store is messy.

My wife accidentally dropped off some hobby supplies that I wanted to keep. She went in to visit Tim in hopes we could recover the items. It took about a week but Tim and his staff found everything and returned it to us. Can’t thank him and his staff enough for their kindness and professionalism!

So where to begin,I usually come here and usually had good to decent experiences. Around up to around 1 year ago I was good with the people who were here previously and had no complaints whatsoever. I can not really fault them for their stock as they can only have what is brought to them, that is not what this review is for to begin with.To give some backstory around 2ish years ago I got a Samsung Galaxy S6 (elsewhere not the store), one of the best features that I still use to this day is Samsung Pay. Anyone who has access to the feature possibly loves it, as it has benefits for the user and anyone who can accept credit card swiping can accept it with NO MODIFICATIONS to their existing systems whatsoever, it is what Samsung Pay was made for and how they differentiate themselves from the similar apple and android equivalent.Anyone who uses Samsung Pay will probably know how hesitant some merchants can be to accept it. It is especially true for smaller merchants who still do not accept chip cards, as they are probably less willing to try new things. Goodwill is not a small merchant though.With former employees I have showed them Samsung Pay working with their systems before they upgraded to an external card reader. I bought an item that is untested and was going to pay. The Employee was looking at me holding my phone awkwardly and saying they didnt take phone pay. I noticed he wasnt activating the card accept system so I started taking out a card (the very same one Samsung Pay was using to make payments). When I saw he activated the card taking machine I put my phone on the magnetic stripe reader and it accepted my phone. The Employee merchant angrily said We do not take phone payment one last time.The card reader read Samsung pay and the receipt came out fine and said Approved. The Employee merchant visibly looked upset and quickly called a manager. The manager then started trying to void it, I told the manager I have used it since at least 2016 and the manager started telling me stuff about not accepting American Express and that merchants need to have external accounts to accept stuff like Samsung Pay that cost extra money. He proceeded to void my paymentNow either 1 of two things are going on here, first the manager is lying to me, as I own a store and I have my own card POS and Samsung Pay worked fine with the magnetic card reader, I have also tried it with my neighbors and it worked fine too, WITHOUT anyone having to make different accounts or any modification to accept it. Also the card wasnt American Express, American Express had nothing to do with this. The other option is that the manager genuinely believes that Samsung Pay needs so much accommodation (despite the transaction being approved). I personally think that this outcome is much worse as it shows that the staff at Goodwill is seriously behind the times when it comes to cell phone technology and payments in general. I do find it a little odd that Goodwill doesnt have Tap payment in their terminals kind of odd to begin with, considering how secure they are known to be. I have called the Retail Manager about this (who also didnt know about Samsung Pay and said he will speak to the technical department to see if they can accept, further showing how behind Goodwill is as a corporation) and will post an update to this review.Also 2 star is solely out of respect out of the previous employees and managers who were helpful and accepting of Samsung Pay when I used it with their old systems. I would give this new crew a simple 1 star.

This place is a joke go to salvation army . There over priced at this goodwill and its very dirty. Charging higher prices for stuff you can get at Walmart cheaper a used bottle of fabulous with a little bit missing 1.99 at 1.oo store 1.oo dollar . Not sure who manager is but should be fired. Shelfs just has items stocked on top of each other not organized. Furniture way over priced . I worked at Chandler goodwill and it was not like this store. Ill go to salvation army were I got a leather oversized chair 35 dollars . There at goodwill they want 135.00 for small recliners.

What or who is running this store? The items are just thrown on shelves and/or the floor. I visited GW on Az Ave today and it was so clean and organized then came to the Casa Grande store and was so disappointed. I left as did 2 other customers all for the same reason. Dirty and disorganized.

More clothes than anything. Customers sitting and relaxing with their feet on the couches for sale. Wont be back anytime soon.

Rude customer service, got there 45 minutes before closing time and they wouldnt except my donation. No where on the website did it say they close at 7 and stop taking donations before then.
