At this place Drs come and go in Casa Grande. I would not recommand Brain and Spine Ctr. It is all about making money for them. Every week I had to go to the office and no resolve or treatment untill I finally had a stroke. This could have been prevented with better care. Stay away from this office. Their phone system is messed up and the staff does not care.

They do not answer their phones or return phone calls. EXTREMELY irresponsible for a doctor’s office not to answer their patients’ calls, especially in the field they’re in.

Ive been a patient at Brain and Spine Center for 3 years now. Simon Parkinson is AMAZING. I see him at the Casa Grande location. My daughter is also a patient of his. I couldnt ask for a better person. He takes his time with me and lets new know if a treatment will work or not. Highly recommend

I came here 5 years ago. I was badly sick . Walked with Walker couldnt walk on my own. Body Shakes. Neurological problems, sleep deprived and horrible headaches uncontrollable. They have stopped my body shakes and taught me how to walk again. They are very concern about your health. I still go here and working on other things related to my health. I give them 10 stars. Yippie I can walk again.

This office has terrible patient service- no return phone calls in timely manner!! Can never get hold of anyone - Business must be great if you can have no patient service and still survive!!!

I drove an hour away to see dr Pandy because I was told what a great doctor he is. After an hour wait past my appointment time he finally got to me. He only spent 5min with me. Didnt ever look at my MRIs I told him I had genetic testing and what the results were. He said I was wrong and it was something else similar but not the correct diagnosis.I think he has knowledge about migraines and doesnt want to care for other patients in need. I suggest trying to find a better neurologist if you are in need of one.

My wife had seen Dr.McDonald for two years but he moved from the Casa Grande practice. Switched to Dr Pandey. Very brusk, uncaring attitude. Requested a Mini-Mental test and he said that would be done at the next visit in a year. When I called before the visit there was no indicator in the appointment for the test. I repeatedly requested confirmation and was treated to several calls, callbacks, and a constant runaround! Terrible office staff.

I went there to see the neurologist about the constant dizziness I’ve been experiencing for the past 4 months. The neurologist was very knowledgeable and nice. The problem this place has is with everything that happens before and after you see the doctor. The staff that run the office aren’t friendly and they are harder to get on the phone than the president of the United States. It is now a week after my visit and Daisy (the medical assistant) still has not sent all of my prescriptions to my pharmacy even though she assured me she had. She only sent 1 out of 2 that I was written. I have talked to her a total of 5 times and she lies to me every time we speak by telling me she’s going to send them over to my pharmacy. Also, I was written a dangerous combination of medications. The one medication she actually bothered to send to my pharmacy has a strong interaction with another medication I have been prescribed. The only reason I know this is because my pharmacist warned me not to take them together or else I could have permanent face tics and tremors. I have called and spoken to Daisy about this 5 times asking how to proceed. She said, “Just take it. We’ll monitor you.” I told her I was NOT comfortable with that so she told me she would call me back after asking the doctor about it. She never called me back nor did she ever send in my second prescription. Fire Daisy! She does nothing at her job and barely even answers the phone. Useless.

It has taken multiple phone calls to get my meds and they still havent filled it. They gave me one script but changed the dosage so I ran out faster than usual. Can I get a new script? No, nothing yet. Its been days since I ran out and they dont seem to care.

The Dr is awesome but the staff is horrible about returning phone calls. The say theyll return your call within 24 to 72 hours. I called 2 weeks ago and am still waiting. This is how it is everytime I call.

Being a Dr has taken me off of my seizure medication, temporary for 7 days prior to surgery we came in on Monday morning after trying to call to let Dr Pansy know, in case he would subscribe something temporary. Asked nurse about why not answering phone, she responded with did you leave message? we said no because recording said they would respond within 24 to 48 hours and we need answer now. She contacted someone by computer and said they would contact us, it is now Wed and no one has contacted us. If we end up with a stroke because of there lack of concern for a patient, there will be a lawsuit filed.

It takes several tries to get anyone to answer the phones and they have different phone hours than office hours. If you need help they transfer you before you even finish your sentence. The receptionist is always annoyed to do anything beyond checking someone in, like updating insurance. They tried to push the Botox treatments on me for something that couldn’t be cured by Botox. They demanded unnecessary new test when they could have just requested my medical history. I did all the test requested and only after that did they say they didn’t prescribe the medicine I was on making it pointless for me since I only needed medicine management. When I confronted them for wasting my time and money their approach was to treat me like an addict begging for drugs after they agreed to manage my meds in the first place. The last time I was there a patient had left their X-rays/scans in the waiting room and a nurse laughed about what a waste of time it was for her to bring them because no one there can read them anyway. I’ve never been to a neurologist that couldn’t/didn’t look at the scans before even if they had a report. I also think it says a lot about them that theyd laugh at someone for expecting their doctor to look at them or beable to read them or being proactive by having them. Skip this place and find doctors that care.
