Very helpful I dont understand the rating?, went to location of competeror on Cottonwood their system was down so would not sell to me(what) went to RTA would highly recommend them.

Called many times & had to leave a message. Never a returned call. Drove to store & they had all kinds of excuses of why they did not have item we needed or when item we needed would be available. We googled Easy Medical Store in Gilbert & had what we needed at a very reasonable price. Drove to the valley on what we saved & had lunch & picked up needed item.

Leah bello was great didnt push an expensive option ....instead gave the option of a less expensive smaller item that was better for us and it has been amazing.Would recommend tag homecare and Leah bello in a heartbeat. And I am certainly returning in the future for a wheel chair.thank you RTA homecare for everything.

If i could give this place less than one star i would. DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! These people are dishonest, lying crooks. I was shopping for a butt pad for my terminally Ill father. I had to try serval pads out to find one that would releave the pain on his back side. Before purchasing a 50 dollar pad i askes if i could return the product if it wasnt suitable. The lady at the counter assured me i could as long as i didnt remove the plastic wrapper. I returned the next day to return the item as this one didnt work for my father. The lady at the counter first told me no refunds after 24 hours. I explained that i was reassured i could return it if it didnt work. The lady then went to the owner and a few minutes later the owner appeared and said. Well the charge to your debet card didnt go through. Which was a lie because i was holding the receipt. She still insisted no money was transferred to her and therfore couldnt give me a refund. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT AN HONEST BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Your better off driving to Chandler or Mesa or Phoenix. Maybe youll get better service there. Good luck.
