Ive been a member of this gym for almost three years now. From the moment you first walk in the door and all the times after, you are greeted warmly and enthusiastically by coach Mike and its members. This gym puts a huge focus on not only quality and purposeful work outs, but also community and camaraderie. I never feel like I cant do a workout as everything is scaled to my ability, safety is mikes main concern and I always leave this place feeling better than when I walked in. We love The Box!! Mike is an amazing CrossFit coach and a genuinely awesome person. I’ve worked out in gyms on and off for twenty years but it doesn’t compare to the one on one coaching you get here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If youre looking to get in the Best shape of your life or just want to slim down, The Box is the place for you. The owner/head trainer is very knowledgeable and experienced. The members are friendly and welcoming. You cant go wrong with this gym.
