We needed a simple electric problem fixed that my husband and I didnt feel comfortable doing ourselves. We called power bound and the owner was very friendly, they got someone out the next day. Reasonable price for peace of mind that our house wont burn down. Definitely will call again if needed, hopefully well get the owner next time; very funny and knowledgeable guy.

We had Power Bound Electric upgrade the electrical panel at our home. They also made some electrical changes to the way out A/C was wired. They gave a clear plan of the work to be done and the charges, and didnt ask for money upfront They were perfessional, always communicating with us, and did a great job. I had an emergency and they came out the same day and tried their best to locate my problem. Unfortunately they were not able to locate the main source of my problem without putting in a lot of time. I ended up having them replace a couple contacts that needed to be replaced, as a preventative measure. Their rate was about $100 an hour. Over all they were reasonable about payment until my phone broke. I was unable to contact them for about two weeks and the messages that poured in became very discouraging and rude. I can prove my issue with the phone and will save the messages he left if anyone wants verification to how rude this guy can get. He questioned my character and accused me of trying to get free work???? It makes no sense considering we paid $1000 the same week. Why would I try and get them out of a remaining $280.......? Doesnt make sense, even less sense to spam my phone and leave the messages he did.I apologize for my breakdown in communication and am working to get them paid.I must adjust my review here. Shaun is one of the worst business personalities I have ever worked with. Yesterday he came in completely unauthorized and literally ripped the contactor I had him install!!! He shut down our entire business, bullied his way through my employees. Then after I got the cops involved bold faced lied and said I told him to do so!!!!!! What manager would ever say hey yeah come and rip out the heart of the business and shut us down? He lied to the police and said that it was in exchange for what we owed him. I was working to get him paid I was in contact with him letting him know where I was at. I already paid the majority of the bill and was working to get the remainder. It wasnt even 30 days!! Be warned this guy is a bully and a brute.

Needed a 240V receptacle installed in my garage for electric vehicle charging, Power Bound answered the call with ease. Everything went smoothly, from the minute they picked up the phone, to the final test and sweep up. Having previously dealt with no-show appointments and getting no replies to voicemails left for other companies, Ive learned my lesson. The owner Shuan Cardenas is a HUGE bully. He had 1 guy come and he has stated several men came to assess a situation, which they didnt assess anything. He also stated that WE asked him to lie in the report so we wouldnt have to pay it?? This is bogus accusations and I must say THIS IS ALL LIES. This guys is shady and a bully. I honestly feel really bad for the employees working with Power-Bound Electric, I feel worse for the customers who have dealt with this bully. This will be the first and last time that we will ever call this guy. He tried to threaten the company and put a lousy review (to up his ego I assume) who knows.. just because he claims WE dont want to pay him. Its not our fault that the mail man is late in sending his mail to him. He seems money hungry too. It was about $300 that he charged and also lied in his report. I would think twice before calling Power-bound electric. We will be reporting this to the news, maybe this will stop him from bullying other people and scamming the rest of the customers out there looking for an honest business. Shaun felt that it was ok to be bullying our company and calling and threatening just because its passed the 30 days and he claims that we work for FREE???? This guy is the real deal scammer; Shaun is one of the worst business personalities I have ever dealt with, hands down.

I have had one of the worst experiences with these people. Worst part is they didnt even do any work for me! I was at casa grande car wash yesterday (waiting in line to get it washed after the storm we had the previous day) Im halfway through the car wash and it suddenly stopped! I figured something went wrong. I didnt know what was going on at first but after awhile one of the employees came to me and told me that an employee from power bound electric had done some previous work on there wash. I dont know much but was told he came and ripped out the electrical work they did supposedly cause they were still owed a couple hundred dollars for the job. I understand that people need to be paid for there work. But if there is some type of problem like that take it to small claims court. I just think its so unprofessional for someone to go rip out electrical stuff leaving wires laying around someone could have gotten hurt! Well anyway about 6 other cars including myself had to back out. Like I stated before never used this guy before and probably never will! I only knew what company it was cause I asked the car wash employee only cause wanted to write a review on this nonsense! Now I believe what he has done is criminal damage and trespassing. How can a business be so unprofessional.
