Dont return phone calls. I needed a prescription filled, and have been waiting for 2 weeks and still nothing nor did I receive a call back, and still no prescription filled. Im done with A to Z Dermatology.

Right from the beginning the receptionist was lovelyI then saw Karen Ayala she was so personal and professionalI then saw Dr Joyce Forest she was the thorough dermatologist Ive ever seenShe addressed all my concernsWONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

I had a cancerious tumor on front of my leg under my knee removed.I had stitches for two weeks and insisted it was infected and antiobotic wasnt working.The Doctor never bothered to take the time to look at my red stictched area and the assistant emoved stitches. Nedless, to say the skin just opened back up and I smelled infection under butterfly bandage they said to leave on. I removed small bandage and yes, it was terrible -as cut was too wide to heal or close as infection spread. I paid over 1K for my 20% and had to go to another specialist where I actually was seen by the Dr, not just assistant.The Doctor had to cut infection out and reclose the cut with stitches. Plus, they wrapped the leg while healing and checked it every week in the office. The after care makes all the difference in healing. Ato Z has no aftercare and you dont see the Doctor. I am finally on my way to healing and now 3 weeks later the stitches will be removed after it healed and antibotic cream was applied daily whic I also didnt receive at Ato Z. This place was the worst experience and costly .

I have been trying to call to make an appointment for weeks. Nobody answers the phone!! So annoying. I left a message like it says to do and they didnt return my call for over a week, and it says they will return your call within 24hrs. And yes, I unfortunately missed their call when they decided to call me back, and now again I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Maybe I should just go to the office and make an appointment. But I dont know if they will schedule me or make me keep calling.I dont know what they are doing over there. But they either need to get on the staff there for them to do their job, or hire new staff and some just to answer the phone. This is ridiculous!!! I desperately need to see a dermatologist! Maybe Ill just go somewhere else. Its sad because I havent even been there yet.

My problem is you receive a phone call from them with a message to call back, you call back and a recorded message states someone will return your call within 24 HOURS, like you have nothing better to do than sit by your phone for 24 HOURS waiting for the call that will never come. This clinic thinks doctors/clinics are the only people on earth and the patient should take a back seat. For very small skin cancers on your body instead of removing them by surgery, they want 10 plus radiation treatments where the 10 sessions are way more than one small surgery, its big $$$$$ to them.

The new office in Kings Ranch Road is wonderful. Very pleasant staff and easy in and out.

Dr.Gamoth has been a Godsend in controlling my husband’s psoriasis. Otezla has been a great medicine for me which has helped tremendously. The team at the A to Z dermatology was extremely helpful in getting us on PAP program to my meds at no cost. I recommend Dr.Gamoth and the team to everyone for any of their skin concerns.

Had a wonderful experience at A to Z Dermatology in Casa Grande. Dr. Gamoth took the time to fully explain my condition and give me all my options. I highly recommend her and the Casa Grande office.

I take my mother there and Dr. Joyce Kate Forest is wonderful. She listens to us and offers great explanations along with after care instructions. I am not sure why all the negative reviews, but we have not experienced the negative treatment that has been reported here. We are very happy with Dr. Forest.

Ill give more stars when they actually answer the phones. Ive called about 20 times and they dont answer or return the call even though they left a voicemail telling me to call back. Getting frustrated. I like the doctors though.

I had a appointment on Jan 10, 2018, it was at 4:00 pm. The morning of Jan. 10, I get a call from Dr. Gamoth saying that they had a cancellation and ask if I could come in at 3;30. I had said that would be doable and I would be there at 3:30. At 3:20 I was there, went to sign in. The receptionist stated that the Dr. had left for the day and if it would be ok for me to see her MA. What do you think I said, After I got done blowing my top I left. I do not recommend this DR. I would have not giving a star but it would not post until I did.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this place. From the moment you walk the front receptionist wasnt warm or friendly. Then Dr. Gamoth was even more cold then the receptionist. If I could give it no stars I would have. Ive been into many Drs offices and this by far has been the worst!

They are just out to make money so be careful on what you let them do or talk you into!!! They made money on me and what they promised didnt work at all and they refused to issue me a refund. They said it says no returns on the bottom of my receipt, when in fact I checked the bottom of my receipt and it doesnt say that at all.

I had a great experience visiting Dr. Jayshris office for the first time. Everyone was professional and friendly. I got seen by the doctor very soon and was treated very well. I appreciate this kind of service very much.

The absolute worse place I have ever been to! The doctor has no idea what she is doing and is all about the money. She is also extremely rude and when corrected will literally yell at you. So unprofessional, I was appalled that I could be treated so poorly. Every time I went in she had different staff in the front and Ive witnessed for myself her yell at the staff and treat them like dirt. How is this office still running and more importantly how is she still practicing?!?

Not about the patients needs and questions concerns . Its about a price whether its needed or not.

Changed my review from 4 Stars to 1 Star. The reason is because I asked what the cost for the visit was before I scheduled it and I paid cash at the end of the visit. A couple weeks later I get another bill for $10 in the mail with a threat of late fee and collections if its not paid on time. There was no explanation for why I was being billed more than quoted and the bill included no line item explanation.

I went to Dr Gamoths Casa Grande office. The office was beautiful, but highly UNprofessional. The office staff giggled their way thru the new computer system. They left me sitting in an exam room in my bra with the door open. A teenage boy came out of the office across the hall and looked right at me. Yes, I was covered, but why was their a kid sitting in one of the offices? He was obviously not a patient. And why couldnt they shut the door? Then, when I asked Dr Gamoth about the size of the scar on the mole she had removed from my back, she lectured me on vanity!!
