When you have to inform the receptionist about what she should already know about what the website to her place of work offers is not a good sign.No explanation about how things work or even saying something like This paper work will explain.After reading over the first page I decided not to stay because I have insurance.After bringing up the paperwork and informing the receptionist that I decided to go somewhere else. She stated Oh tomuch paperwork to fill out, I understandNope it was vibe.

I have been there for several months but lately I have gone there to Dr. Taylor and he has done wonders for me. I will keep going to him for ad long as he’s there!!

Never been to a chiropractor before, went the other day because I had been having issues with my neck. He got a pop out of my neck that felt like it had just been sitting there building pressure for years. Prior to going my range of motion in my head/neck was limited, I had a hard time turning my head to the right, afterwards I was actually able to turn my head to the right without any pain.

I hadnt had lower back problems in 20 years. Have sciatica now. Joint Chiropractic has really helped a great deal.

Went to the joint in Casa Grande seen Dr Reeda week ago amazing at what he does his adjustment had me feeling great, But went today and Dr. Tolen was the only one in so she had me lay face down adjusted the spine sat up did my neck , but my chief complaint was the shoulder do to utv accident , she used the clicker on my arm and shoulder, I stated are you going to adjust it she stated their all different and that she adjusted it with the clicker tool, i stated it still hurts and feels no different. Anyway the clicker tool is not a substitute to actually adjusting this issues we have, very unhappy.

I go to The Joint Chiropractic once or twice a week because of a herniated disc and a pinched sciatic nerve. Dr. McDonald and Dr. Reed are awesome as well as the receptionists! They listen to your concerns, give excellent advice in getting and staying pain free. They also give options that are entirely up to the patient. Im healing nicely with stretches and low impact exercises and weekly adjustments thanks to the Doctors at The Joint.

The staff are very friendly. The environment is relaxing and the chiropractor is amazing. He takes his time with his clients making sure he understands their needs and areas of focus. He provides so much great information to the clients to take better care of yourself! It is well worth it to see them.

I have chronic back pain. I also have stenosis, and a vertebrae that has slipped forward. Dr McDonald did the adjustments, and told me a few things to do at home. These really showed me how sore my back and legs were . I never realized how far the pain radiated. Doing the tips he told me is helping to loosen me up to feel better. His bed side manner is great and his clinic prices are great also!!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Ive never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get in to be adjusted. I recommend The Joint Chiropractic to any and all who need a chiropractor.

After my wife cancelled her service with The Joint, we started getting getting charged on our credit card. The Joint has charged us for the last three months. When I called this morning, I was told they were working on the problem and to give them 10 minutes to call me back. Several hours later no call. When I called again, a rude person told me they were swamped and did not have time to get to the problem. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.Update: got a call from a very friendly lady named Sandy. She is working to fix the issue.Final update: got a call from Sandy who said the issue was resolved. Will recommend now.

Was my very first Chiropractic visit, and I was super nervous but Doctor Reed was very kind and walked me through every step, I immediately felt relaxed, and lost the tension in my neck.Very pleased.

First, doctors are great at the Casa Grande location, i was on a phone call with Samantha and asked 2 questions about my bill, she answered, I dont know , then proceeded to ask my husbands name, date of birth and states our address out loud. I asked if there are patients in the lobby, she said yes, I asked her if she was aware of HIPAA laws, she said nobody is listening to or conversation and state this conversation is not going well and hung up. I will be making a visit to speak with the Chrropractor tomorrow, hopefully to answer my questions.

Love the way it fits my schedule. Dr John is a great chiropractor who listens to his patients.

The Joint is great. The doctors listen to your problems and provide a plan to fix them. Being able to get an adjustment on weekends and evenings is great for 9-to-5ivers.

The young man was more interested in selling packages and lecturing instead of doing his job I had to ask him to adjust my neck twice and he still didnt do a good job.....seemed scared afraid to adjust and I walked out wasting 39.00 on nothing still in pain thanks for nothing
