Dr Arcelara is very attentive to patient needs and adapts when necessary as with me. I was diagnosed with colon cancer but had a heart attack which required a stent - my treatment was adjusted to take account of this and I was taken to the ER with blood infection, Dr Arcelara came to check my progress several times and is obviously very caring. He is highly regarded by all in the hospital without reserve. I like him a lot.

I am so pleased with alliance care center. They have been extra helpful from the beginning . Even before I went in for my first appointment they offered assistance with insurance and financing. My first appointment was educational and they explained everything in great detail. That made me feel comfortable. I liked the respect the medical staff had for each other .The atmosphere in this care center is a great clue to the feeling and compassion of the employees. I am and the community is so lucky to have them in Casa grande .

I have been going here for over 2 years. The staff has always been professional and friendly. My Oncologist is wonderful and always more than helpful. I would highly recommend them all.

Ive been taking my husband to this facility for over a year now & I can truly say its been a great experience. The receptionist Nancy always greats you w her beautiful smile & loving personality. Shes so good w all the patients. To tell you the truth I dont know how she does all that she does & always w a smile. The radiation staff is very good as well as the chemo staff. David & Rafael from the radiation department are amazing & are the techs that mostly took care of my husband. They were also very kind & always did their best to make sure he fealt comfortable. Dr. Arce-Lara, his chemo doctor, is such an amazing person as well as a doctor. I couldnt be more happy w the way hes taken care of my husband. Hes always been there for us whenever we had any questions or concerns. We feel hes more than just a doctor, hes so amazing. Then Alex is my husbands chemo nurse & shes a true blessing. Shes an excellent nurse. Being a nurse was truly her calling in life. Shes such a sweet person & is so good w her patients. She makes you feel as comfortable as possible at all times. We continue to be truly blessed! Thank you to all the staff at Alliance Cancer Care! 😀

Stay away if possible! Staff is always rude! They have lost my labs and blame Sonora Quest. Staff is always gossiping about patients with instead of working. I can be the only one waiting for labs and they will still take 30+min. They run late for appointments. Today my provider was not in and no one called to notify me. They assumed I’d like to be seen by someone else. The front desk clerk didn’t check me in despite the information being clearly written. She was too busy giggling about a problem patient. She offers for me to speak with her supervisor who doesn’t come out. I left a note for the person to call me. Very doubtful...

This place is horrible, when you are struggling to find answers, they dont help! I would not send a pig to these, no compassion, or consideration people. My oncologist, and radaiologist were both great, it was the ignorant staff you had to go through. Very disorganised, and Rude.

I cant leave any feedback about the cancer treatment, however I did see Dr. Stanek as a hematology patient. Ive been severely ill for about 3 years. I found out I had chronic illnesses that went undiagnosed for too long. Ive been dizzy, weak, terrible headaches and body aches. One of the illnesses is ovarian cysts. This makes me bleed heavily and also gain weight. I became horribly anemic and have been on oral iron for like 2 years. A doctor suggested I see a hemotologist and suggested Dr. Stanek specifically. I was excited to start feeling better. He asked if we had insurance ... I should have known that he wanted me to pay for test after test after test. Extensive genetic testing as he revered to it. I told him no one in my familys is anemic but me. This indicates it cant be genetic disorders but whatever. He didnt listen to me. The thing is these doctors have this fancy building they need to pay for so theyre going to suck you dry. Even after three sets of tests (and one of them being extensive) has no idea and basically called me a liar about how Im feeling. I called the next day and said he isnt worthy of my time as a doctor. I believe this for you too. If you have money to waste, then go ahead and see this time waster. If not find a REAL doctor. Sure glad I wasted 25 dollars each visit just to see him only to hear go on oral iron. Oh wait dont. Oh wait yes go back on oral iron. Oh it makes you sick? Suck it up. Nothing is going to make it feel better. the way he spoke to me was despicable , absolutely terrible bed side manner. He is a JOKE. GOD, imagine if he talked to a cancer patient that way? I sincerly hope he retires from medicine. Dont come to this center. Also the blonde phlebotomist is really unprofessional , judgmental, and sour.Updating this to tell everyone who works here to go to tell. You are all a bunch of morons.

Dr. Klarnet seems great! The only problem I have is how awful it is to get a hold of the office staff
