Great little park! Very friendly staff and residents

Nice mostly residential RV/mobile home park. The overnight spits are very easy to find and use. Office only opens M-F.

Very friendly park, everyone was welcoming and the park was clean and well maintained. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The place is always clean, the residents are mixed and the staff is incredibly friendly. There doing a great job!

Nice clean RV and mobile home Park. I was greeted by name as soon as I walked into the office! Paperwork was ready and we were escorted to our site. Laundry and restrooms are very clean. Pool and hot tub are comfortable to use. Residents are friendly and welcoming. We recommend this park whether staying for a night, a week or the winter season.

Very disquieting place. A large number of residents are too nervous to do anything in case they get on the wrong side of the management. It almost seems like a police state. The threat of fines (ridiculous idea) or eviction for non-compliance with rules has some residents (long term residents) considering moving.One issue that has come to light is the ridiculous charge for seasonal pets - $30.00 per month for each pet (dog or cat).Another issue is the $25. charge for administration to buy, sell or rent your place along with the rule saying the manager must approve any sale or purchase.One resident could not provide the excessive paperwork to managements approval so was not allowed to pay his rent on time and was charged a late fee!Because I am one of the 10 year+ snowbirds who is leaving (for personal reasons) the current situation with management did make our decision to leave easier. We will miss all the friends we leave behind but still can stay in touch and sympathize with their present state of affairs.I wish them luck & that things get better with a change in management or attitude.I do believe that Encore (or this particular manager) would just as soon see the longtime residents leave so their rules and enforcement methods are easier to administer to newcomers who know no different.The wrong answer to complaints is You can leave if you dont like it!

This park is a must visit... the people are incredible... But Barb went that extra mile each time we encountered her. The events Bring the park to life and barb is you perfect host!When she describes an event your curiosity is peaked... And each time she was right. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay this winter and cant wait to be back.Our event on the desert bell was simply amazing... We cant wait for our next visit!😀 check this park out!

It was a nice place, except my power kept shutting off at about about 10 pm every night for about 3 nites. I would have to go out and flip the breakers.

Good location, away from town. Very friendly residents. Sites are very small, pretty cramped for larger rigs. Office staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful too!

Friendly, clean, quiet, away from street noise. The only reason I did not do 5 star is the lack of amenities. However we joined the Monday and Friday golf groups and met some wonderful people. Sunday afternoon putting contest, great fun. Laundry room clean and reasonably priced. We stayed for a month and are going to miss the people.

The park is medium priced. It has many amenities. Snowbirds are all veryFriendly. No activity director but residents plan many events. Very active motorcycle/trike group. Also very active ATV/UTV group.

It’s a great place we have been there two months and it’s a blast. The park ranger ladies are the best they are so helpful.You all need to try it.

Nice smaller older RV park outside of town. Quiet and well maintained. Nothing within walking distance but shopping and parks within driving distance.

Great area. Friendly residents. Fairly well kept. Great clubhouse area and pool/spa.

Excellent office staff. Residents the friendliest we have come across in our travels.The bathrooms, showers and pool are clean.HoweverI give this park a 2 because very outdated club house, bathroom only has one toilet in mens and one in womens. Clubhouse windows were covered with plastic in anticipation of painting for the entire 6 weeks we were there!!!

The check in process is a pain, small bathrooms, overpriced and they add a lot of extras on your bill, if you stay a month 15 dollars just to read your electric meter, 30 dollars for your dog. The only reason I give it 2 stars is for the nice people that are there.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. Very quiet setting near Casa Grande. Pool and spa were top notch with friendly people and staff. Excellent laundry facilities. Only con was poor wifi connection. For some lack of tv connection may be a con. We enjoyed the off grid feeling of the park. Would definitly return when in the area again.

Very clean. Some of the Palm tree s are beautifully trimmed and skinned!

People are stuck up and condescending management are high on power and if you are not apart of the in crowd you are treated as second class citizens

Clean, and safe feeling, a bit of a ways out.

Used this facility to store our RV. Continue to use it for tank dump.
