This business was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad I went. I had a very high amount of wax buildup and he removed all and explained how to help prevent it from returning. They are a very caring practice.

I went with friends we are all seniors. My mom had been a few years ago. Stella was so pleasant. She was sure to keep up comfortable and informed. Thoroughly. Jose wow!! Well above and beyond. Explained every thing. Completely. Pleasant and respectful. We will be back in a couple weeks. Customer service had seemed to disappear. Not here. Best I have had in a few years!!👍👂

They went above any expectations I may have had. Mr. Rodriguez was very thorough and professional. He took his time explaining everything to me. This was my first hearing test. He also explained all my options before I made a decision on what I wanted in hearing aids. Great customer service! I highly recommend them!

My husband needed new hearing aids but was not happy with the company he had used previously. We found Sound Point in Casa Grand Arizona. He did purchase new aids and was fairly happy with them. A few months after he purchased his aids, Jose Rodriguez came to this store. What a difference Jose made in my husbands hearing. We are totally satisfied with Sound Point, Candy at the front office, and Jose. We later recommended that my 80 year old sister go see him. She had profound hearing loss from an brain injury several years ago. She had tried several different hearing aids but none of them were satisfactory to her so she wouldn’t wear them. Jose spent many hours with her and her husband explaining her issues, what was needed and what the proper aids could do for her. My sister purchased the Starkey Livio aids. What a difference they have made for her. She loves them, wears them like she needs to and is back to her old self that she was before her brain injury. We have another close friend who saw the results that my husband received, the difference these aids made for my sister and he purchased new hearing aids. Jose Rodriguez has gone way above anything any of us would have expected. We would highly recommend these hearing aids, Candy and Jose Rodriguez.

With a birth defect in my right ear, this has been a real challenge for SoundPoint. They sent it back in for adjustment to the hearing aid. With adjustments to the hearing aid and working on the programming they had successfully eliminated most of the feedback problems. This is my third or fourth set of hearing aids. I’m amazed by the support from the Starkey company. With a live conference call, SoundPoint has successfully programmed the hearing aids that really fits my needs. As a drummer and singer I’m pretty fussy on what I’m hearing. I’m completely satisfied on the sounds I’m hearing from my hearing aids. Great experience for a newbie. I went for a basic hearing test after years of avoiding one. Sure enough, I needed hearing aids. Mr. Rodriguez explained it all. He spent over an hour explaining their installation and use. Then he called the next day to see how I was doing. If you have to get hearing aids this is the place to go. Especially if youve never worn them before.

Such a warm feeling when you walk in. Outside building information is so so helpful on how to precede to inside. Receptionist was just lovely and so friendly.

We were visiting Casa Grande and my husbands left hearing aide wasn’t working. He changed the battery several times and nothing. We stopped in looking for a solution and the door was locked. Candy saw us and let us in after we told her the problem. She took the hearing aide and returned about 10 minutes. My husband put it in and it worked just fine. We were so thankful. I can highly recommend SoundPoint Audiology & Hearing in Casa Grande. They are very professional and dedicated not only to getting you the right solution for your hearing problem - but servicing you in the months and years ahead. Great products and great and caring people all under one roof.

The best people. Like family. The products are working well except for the audio TV transmitter which takes a while to start working, and if it needs to be shut off briefly during commercials or for personal conversation, another long pause occurs. Also the right or left side cuts out sometimes when turning my head to look elsewhere. Alternatively, Radio Shack sells a headphone set with cordless transmitter, several years ago was $45. Handy. But the doctor and receptionist really know what theyre doing and are adept at dealing with insurance providers and using their regulations to the patients best financial advantage. Tune-up visits are pleasant with accessory products available.

First visit with Dr. Shepel, my wife has no hearing in her right ear due to her mother having German measles when pregnant and has 30% hearing in her left ear with the aid of a hearing aid. Doctor Shepel confirmed her hearing has not gotten worse and cleaned and repaired her hearing aid. He was very pleasant and certainly knew his business We would highly recommend him. Office staff very friendly and helpful.

2.5 years of not hearing conversations clearly have now turned in to a wonderful experience with the new hearing aids Dr. Shepel tested and fitted me for. I do one on one life coaching as well as deal with clients of my accounting business. So nice to be able to truly understand every word being spoken and not guessing what answer to give. It has also renewed my self confidence and feel worthy to perform my work and volunteering services for others. Happy Casa Grande Resident.

Dr Sheppel is a 5-Star audiologist. He is kind and compassionate about an individual’s hearing loss and concerns. It is his goal to allow you to understand and enjoy the sounds around you. I recently received my second pair of aids from this office. The originals lasted eight years. Prior to that I had analog aids from a provider in VA. The technology is forever changing. Five stars. Over a period of years I have been to several audiologist and to several Hearing Aid stores. I have never had the pleasant experience that I have had at SoundPoint Audiology. Dr. Shepel and Jennifer are first rate and it is a pleasure to do business with them. I had quit wearing my hearing aids because it seemed as if they were causing more problems then they were solving. Dr. Shepel fixed that and I am now hearing the birds sing again. It seems to be real tough for them to get appointments correct. There is always some problem with my appointment. It takes three times telling the audiologist that I have a problem before it gets fixed, and Im not sure yet that this is corrected yet.I still have buzzing in my ear occasionally.

Always had good service dealing with hearing loss and the paperwork necessary to get it approved.
