First its hard to make an appointment they never answer the phone you get routed to an answering service and no one returns your call. If you need weekly allergy injection good luck they never have a MA working to administer the injections. The office staff doesnt seem to care that you drive all the way to the office and waste time just to be told sorry we dont have enough staff to do injections.. My child had ear tubes put in and we called to be seen due to complications from the surgery we were told they didnt have time to see her. So frustrating. Time to find a new allergist/ENT.

Since this locations reopening after COVID,You can never get through to an actual employee on the phone. You always get rerouted to the companies answering system(AS), which can take up to 24hours for a callback. The AS Representative can not answer any questions or give basic information. (Really inconvenient for the patient)It’s a hit or miss when you go in for your allergy injection, most times they are not staffed appropriately which results in having to return another day for this service. (Since you can not reach an employee in the office by phone, you can’t call ahead to confirm this service is being offered that day. Another inconvenience)

I love that I was able to do most of the paperwork online so there wasn’t only but a few at the office, I didn’t have a wait time. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in great detail.

The doctors and medical staff are all excellent. Caring and knowledgeable. The office staff are incompetent. I left 5 messages, including 1 for a manager to deal with my issue. They never even bothered to look at or listen to the messages until I went in and talked with them personally. I asked while in the office for a follow up appointment in Casa Grande, they made one. I found out from the reminder text the day before the appointment that they had made it in Glendale.

Dr. Mostafavi listens and takes the time to explain and answer questions. He is very thorough and and does not rush through appointments. I have seen other ENT doctors and he is one of the best doctors.

Took a family member in for care. Office has a nicely decorated, spacious and clean waiting room. Check-in was a breeze because we downloaded the paperwork and filled it out beforehand. Its a lot of paperwork so I recommend getting it done before your appointment. We got back to see someone in justafewminutes. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

The past experiences at this location have been great but not the most recent one. My wife and daughter had an appointment and they were seen by the PA Nicole reed, my wife commented she was standoffish. Both my wife and daughter were seen by her and their check up was about 3min altogether the waiting period for her to come into the room took longer, another comment terrible bedside manners. Will not go back

I was able to get my appointment in a timely matter.I was sent a reminder confirmation of my appointment, which is helpful.When I arrived, my wait was less than five minutes.My exam was painless. My ears were plugged up. Within ten minutes I could hear again.🌝All the Staff are nice and helpful.

I don’t recommend this office at all, its so hard to get a hold of them because i have to leave messages and it takes them about a week to return my phones calls. Im suppose to get a 2nd opinion and the girl that i been dealing with send me to a dr that doesn’t take my insurance and that’s going on 3 weeks since they were supposed to send me to a dr to get a 2nd opinion. after I called and left Enticare another message she said she doesn’t know where else to send me and to call my insurance 👎👎👎. So done with this office

I was appalled by the PA, NICOLE REED. Horrible bedside demeanor. My visit was wrapped up in 4.5 minutes. Bare in mind this was my first visit. During our short time, as I was trying to relate my illness, NICOLE REED decided to Look at her fingernails observing them well over. I guess I was not an interesting patient. Will report her to the board of her conduct. Would not recommend ENTICARE to anyone if this is how your Company treats patients.

It is impossible to contact anyone to schedule or reschedule appointments. Also when I was there recently I had to wait an hour in the lobby for my appointment and the lobby was very crowded, unacceptable for these times of Covid-19.

I went in with a ear complaint and chronic ear infections. I went in 3 times and each time they said nothing was wrong. I just had allergies and was pushing for allergy testing. I went to my PCP and asked for an MRI. MRI showed mastoid effusion in the left ear. My husband dropped off the MRI report hoping they would schedule an appointment to address the diagnosis. Instead they refused to schedule an appointment citing that the ordering doctor has to go over the results with me. I already had the results. What I needed was treatment. Mastoid effusions require IV antibiotics. I also have Chiari, had strokes, and an aneurysm. Last thing I need is an infection in the bone that could potentially spread elsewhere or to my brain. If left untreated, complications such as hearing loss, blood clot, meningitis, or brain abscess can occur. These are things I do not need on top of what I already have. Today, they called to schedule an appointment to review the MRI report after my husband called and complained. I will be going elsewhere for treatment. My PCP has ordered some temporary treatment until I can see a different ENT. I will not be returning.

First let me say the Doctor and nurses were great. Very friendly. The Dr. was thorough, explained my condition, answered all my questions and was compassionate.My rating is based on the Doctor.Front desk - not so great. As a new patient I would expect to be greeted and given paperwork to fill out. I signed in, said good morning but received no response. After 14 minutes of sitting in an empty waiting room, watching the two at reception fiddle with a Christmas decoration, I went to the desk, said I was new and asked if I had to fill out paperwork. At this point, neither had checked the sign in sheet. The reaction of the one who gave me the paperwork left me with the impression that she was annoyed. The other said not a word as she turned to her computer.I guess you cant get good front desk help anymore as this has been my similar experience with many Doctors offices.

Everything about my two visits went great. All the staff was great to deal with and very professional and helpful. PA Shull and his assistants took care of my nasal issues and within one day after my first visit I was feeling 100% better than when I went to the Enticare ENT Clinic. I would highly recommend Enticare ENT Clinic CG to anyone with ENT issues.

I am glad that I went to this office. They are willing to help me with my health issues when other doctors said I was just sensitive but not allergic. I trust them and am looking forward to what ever they can do to help me. I would recommend this office to anyone. They are very friendly and professional and the office is very clean. Waited several weeks to get an appointment for our 3 yr old grand daughter. Mom shows up 15 minutes before her appointment and they are left sitting in the car in the parking lot for an HOUR & 45 MINUTES after the scheduled time in 100+ degree heat. I tried calling the office several times only to get stuck in an automated loop. They finally get taken into the office, to see a doctor for only 10 minutes and be told they will have to come back after finishing antibiotics. No, they will NOT. Any doctors office that would leave a 3 year old patient to sit in a car for that long, in this weather, shows a complete lack of concern for their well being in my opinion. Ill be filing a complaint for sure.

Staff very friendly, respectful, honest, they calmly wait for you to finish filling out paperwork. they will call your name if you forgot to fill response on a question. They thank you when you turn in your paperwork. They answer questions you need answers to.When Dr. is ready they take you to assigned waiting room. Your asked a few questions and they finish, shell tell you Dr. Will come in a few minutes.Your wait isnt long. Dr. arrives, will ask few questions, examine your ears, throat. Will recommend physical therapy if needed. Which I did.It involves ear and the fluid thats retained can be corrected through excercise and assist in draining the fluid as you move your head how they tell and guide you.I didnt know that. Now I do.Ill receive a call and they give me a day & time I can come in. So everything went smoothly. Pleasant and clean environment.Very positive visit. I recommend Enticare ENT IN CASA GRANDE.Make sure all your paperwork is filled out. You can pick it up before the day of your appt. Make sure you have your list of medications and supplements you take daily and how many times daily.Its been a pleasure writing this mrssage.

I took my son here for nosebleeds. Dr. Vega examined him, cauterized his nose vein, and we were on our way. He hasnt had a nosebleed in the month since that happened (he had been having them about twice a week).I had taken him to an ENT in Chandler prior to ENTiCare, who had suggested multiple tests (even an MRI). I told him that his one nostril had been cauterized a couple of years before and that had stopped the nosebleeds from that side. It seemed like he was making things way more complicated than they needed to be. I ended up going there 3 times before the doctor recommended a complex surgery which had a bunch of risks.I was so thankful to Dr. Vega for doing the simple thing I was asking him to do, in the office on the same day. Im not sure why there are all of these negative reviews. Its an ear, nose, and throat place. Not Club Med.**** Update 2 years on, my son is still nosebleed free. Except when he dives head first into the couch pillows 200 times in a row doing gymnastics. Dr. Vega changed our lives!

I give no rating but unfortunately 1 star is good enough! My mother went to the Chandler and Casa Grande locations only to deal with unprofessional staff. Both locations did not communicate well with each other on the status of insurance approval. Only to end up paying out of pocket for a scan, physically hand delivering it to the CG office to then never communicating at all with her. They simply gave up!

Had an appointment they told me i had a no show fee, but ive never had one before, so they said they couldnt see me unless i payed 25dollars. I find this ridiculous because i have always called to cancel an appointment. I will never go this office ever again, now i gotta drive 45 minutes to a different place. I would not recommend this location to anyone, do not waste your time and money at this place.

Dr. Mostafabi is excellent caring and board certified. IF you have a problem this doctor will figure it out.We are lucky having him in our little town. His staff is busy and his office waiting room is crowded but that is a small price to pay for State of the Art Medical CareADDED POST :I have used Enticare for almosgt 10 years now.As far as hearing aids they carry the same ones you can get at Costco but the difference is the TECHNICIANS. Enticare has some of the best trained Techs. Sure you can get the same piece of equipment anywhere for about the same price, but you cant get the tech who can tweek that baby and make it work like a Maserati. The tech met with me as many times as I wanted to get my hearing aid just like I wanted it. She did not complain, she let me come back and she kept working with me and we get these babies working so well now, I can hear better with these hearing aids than I heard when I was 30!So my point is, its not how cheap you can get the hearing aid for. Its who is going to tweak it for you. Who is going to stand behind the product for you. Who is going to be there year after year for your? HMMM? I would go with Enticare for my hearing aids. Oh yeah. Thats right I do. Ive been getting my hearing aids from them for almost a decade! And Im thrilled!
