Long wait times to speak to a representative are a time waster. There should be a much easier and faster way to ensure that your life saving cancer prescriptions are received at home when they are supposed to be. Why do I need to speak to a rep or a Biologics pharmacist every month?

Horrible service. This organization is supposed to dispense potentially life saving medications. I had one associate Malaysia purposefully try and delay my prescription by fabricating information. Was repeatedly put on hold and had multiple people at this place tell me they were going to call me back, but never did. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with these people try to get through to a pharmicist otherwise you will be on an (even longer) infinite loop of crummy service.

Extremely rude customer service who does not know at all what theyre doing. Theyre extremely rude and incompetent. Id like to see how those rude customer service reps would feel when being treated rudely while fighting cancer.

First time received medication from them. Excellent service this time. Spokeswoman was very nice & to the the point. Received my meds the next morning. Please keep up this great service !Thank You, & God Bless !

We recently changed insurance companies and I gave all the info as soon as I could to Biologics. I will never understand why no one took the initiative and tried to contact me. There isnt a single patient taking these medications who wants to be on them, but were thankful we are. Im disappointed but not surprised. Your company needs training. Its so much easier to be proactive than reactive.

We have been dealing with them for 4 months and every month they tell us the meds will arrive by a certain date. They usually call on that date or the day before and tell us either the doctor or the insurance is the hold up, never except responsibility themselves.

When we first started receiving meds from Biologics in Spring of 2017, they were fantastic, always following up and the meds always arrived when they were supposed to. However, in the past several months, its obvious that customer service has taken second place here. We had an issue a month or so ago, which resulted in missing a day of meds to devastating effect (my son ended up hospitalized); yesterday, my son called to find out when his meds were arriving and was told they had been calling someone at some number (they didnt say what number they were attempting) because the prescription needed renewing. Come to find out, they were faxing a request to somewhere; no follow up and no one from Biologics contacted my son to say the script needed to be renewed. On top of that, there is no pick-up available, so we have to wait for them to be shipped to us. GRRRRRR! According to the hospital pharmacy staff, they have had repeated issues with Biologics in the last several months. Get it together, Biologics!
