Best pediatrics dentistry office in Cary. The kids are always looking forward to seeing Dr. Brooks and the awesome staff. They are all about maintenance, proper dental care, and not unnecessary dentalprocedures like other offices. So happy we have found this office 3 years ago and we have enjoyed each visit ever since! I have known from the first visit that I finally found out the ideal dentist and team after a painstaking search. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Preston corners pediatric dentistry highly enough! My son and daughter have been going for 14 years now, and every single visit we have been met with warmth, kindness, and such a positive experience! Dr. Brooks and Dr. Shandak are phenomenal and so incredibly skilled.They recognized early that one of my son’s adult teeth was not in line to push out the baby tooth and we were able to take care of it while he was young enough, healed quickly, and other problems were prevented. They not only make the experience for the children comfortable and relaxed, but their sense of humor always has my children looking forward to going. The office is themed as an underwater oasis and it’s very calming and cheerful. They have been such a blessing to us and to so many and we are very thankful!

Dr Chadnak and her staff are wonderful. We switched to this practice from another in the area and are so glad we did. They are kind, gentle, and very patient. My daughter (5 years) now loves going to the dentist! After our first visit she told me unsolicited how much she loved her new dentist. She gets so excited and always looks forward to her upcoming appointments. Would definitely recommend this practice to other parents for their littles.

Preston Corners Pediatric Dentistry exceeds all expectations!! We have been going to Preston Corners since both my children were old enough to start seeing a dentist and now my daughter is 20 years old and my son is 17. My daughter has even said that she doesnt want any other dentist!! Shes allowed to continue since shes in college, but its adorable when the staff talk about her moving on soon.... shes absolutely in love with this dentist office and so are we!!! Outstanding! Dr. Brooks is very friendly and easy to talk to. I like how he makes you feel comfortable and explains what is going on with the care plan. He answers all questions and never makes you feel rushed or that is he is to busy for you. He has a love for his patients that is genuine. As a mother I appreciate that so much! The staff is always happy and caring. I am thankful for their friendly faces and sweet personalities. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Great experience at every appointment. My kids got in the car after their visit today and talked about how much they like going to the dentist! Weve been going to Dr. Brooks for many years now and have ALWAYS had a five star experience with him and his staff! My girls and I think Dr. Brooks is knowledgeable and honest and is also the funniest, nicest guy! His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as well. I trust him with my childrens dental health and all of his referrals have been spot on! Scheduling is easy and their office is nice and clean, as well. Not to mention theyre directly behind La Farm...talk about location! Ha! Seriously, Dr. Brooks and his team will take good care of you!

We have been seeing Dr. Brooks for a couple of years and have always had positive experiences. My six year old loves the staff and thinks Dr. Brooks is so funny. She always looks forward to her appointments and that is truly priceless. The patient care area is fun and vibrant with under-the-sea theme everywhere. There are flat screens with child friendly movies playing at each chair and they have private rooms for the kids who need them. The staff also seem to get along and joke with each other - which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Our family cant recommend Preston Corners highly enough.

We couldn’t be happier here! My boys love coming to the dentist and they always leave happy. Robin, the hygienist is always so kind and good with kids. She explains everything that she’s going to do so the kids know what to expect. She’s thorough and gentle with their teeth. The dentists are wonderful and fun too. Went for a first visit today. The staff was so friendly and explained everything to my son, answering all his questions. Nothing felt rushed and I appreciated the dentist taking his time to walk through options for care. Beautiful space, kids and adults feel right at home! I love that they bill your insurance first, as opposed to other places that make you pay thousands up front. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist, this is the spot!

We just left Preston Corners Pediatric Dentistry. We have been with this practice for at least 10 years. I cant say enough good things about them. They give personalized care and are sensitive to special needs patients (my daughter has a seizure disorder and intellectual disability). We look forward to our appointments with Dr. Brooks and his assistant Robin. They go the extra mile with their patients. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Chandak has been seeing my 11 year old since he first got his baby teeth. She and her assistants are always so kind and good with the children and their parents. My son loves going to the dentist!

We love this office. Dr. Brooks is amazing and is so excellent with kids! He has an awesome personality that kids really relate to. The dental assistants are so nice and remember my kids appointment after appointment even if they havent been there in 6 months.

Ive been bringing my two boys here for years now and am dreading when they outgrow the pediatric dentist. We see Dr Chandak and both she and her staff are patient, kind and compassionate with my autistic son as well as my typical child. We drive 30 min to see her and I wont go anywhere else!! Starting from Mrs. Nafisa the representative nurse she is very knowledgeable and trained enough to clearly tell u whats covered and whats not covered in insurance. Also in my follow ups and reminder she is exact in to do so. The other staff for x-ray and inspections is also excellent and welcoming. Treats u like a family. About the Dr. She is friendly and also great with detailed explanations. U feel like treating at home. In Covid 19 situation they are following all rules. My mom felt like she is visiting a doctor at our home only. Clearly Dr is experienced and holding too much knowledge with each and every steps. Keep it up guys. Best wishes.

I brought my (almost) 3yr old to see Dr. Brooks and had a fantastic experience.From a Covid-19 perspective it felt very safe and cleanThe dental hygienist was very nice and patient with my son, and kept him calm and engaged throughout the cleaning and exam.Dr. Brooks was great with my son as well, and they even let him walk around (and turn off some lights) in the office to help him get acquainted with the area and more comfortable. I will definitely continue bringing my son there.

Dr. Brooks, Dr. Chandek and their staff are the best! My 4 kids have been been going here for years and years. They are kind, attentive and very good at making the dentist not scary. My kids have been since toddlers and now in their teens. They feel comfortable and safe here. I highly recommend them!

My daughter had to have her two canine teeth extracted, which she was really nervous about. My 18 year old son is severely autistic and very orally defensive. He is terrified of the dentist, and they are sensitive to that and so good with him. They get in and get things done quickly. Robyn is such an amazing hygienist. She’s quick, thorough, confident, and gentle. She makes a very difficult job look easy. Both dental providers are great. All of the office and medical staff are super friendly and professional. I have had nothing but great experiences there with both of my kids. When my daughter was little, she used to ask me “When do I get to go to the dentist again?”

My girls love coming here! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. They take their time with each patient and you can tell Dr Brooks really knows his patients. He takes the time to talk and interact will all kids and parents. I live in Clayton, so it’s a drive for us (almost 45 minutes) but I happily make the trip because of the staff and Dr Brooks.

We love Dr. Brooks so much. Prior to finding him (through the recommendation of several friends), we went to a different pediatric dentist in the area. Our son hated it. Screaming every time. He LOVES going to the dentist now and wants to go all the time. We recently went for a checkup and appreciate all the covid precautions they are taking. Dr. brooks truly cares about kids and their oral health..not just trying to make money off unnecessary procedures. Amazing dentist and staff.

My kids have been going to Preston Corners Pediatric Dentistry for over 5 years now. We have had routine cleanings, cavities filled and teeth extracted. Dr. Chandack and the rest of their team go above and beyond to make our visits go as smoothly as possible. My kids are never nervous when it is time to get their teeth cleaned. We recently visited during the month of September. I appreciated all the extra safety steps they implemented to ensure a safe visit for me and my family.

My son had an appointment with his hygienist Robin today. Robin is really great! She really knows how to set my son at ease about the entire cleaning session. She explains everything to him so he can understand what she is doing. There is a TV mounted to the ceiling so my son can watch some of his favorite movies while getting his teeth cleaned! We were finally able to get x-rays today since the office has invested in some new, smaller bite equipment! Dr. Brooks knows how to talk to kids and it is evident that he really enjoys his job! Even the billing and office staff is great! They are very easy to work with and are always accommodating if we ever run a few minutes late! Even staff who arent working with us take time to say hello - we always feel welcome here! Thank you for another great experience! Highly recommend this practice!

Without hesitation and with much enthusiasm, the dental assistant and dentist walked my 3 year old through everything an adult would receive, including x-rays. It was amazing how they kept her focused, rewarded, and part of the experience.

Dr. Brooks is amazing at helping the kids get through the uncomfortable procedures. My daughter was very nervous to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Brooks and his team were very gentle and helped her get through it without any tears.

Ive been going to Dr. Brooks since I was in elementary school and now Im eighteen years old and in college, and there is no one I would want to clean or work on my teeth! After meeting Dr. Chandak at an info fair, seeing how warm her and the team were and how non judgmental she was about my almost 5 yr old still sleeping with a pacifier, I decided we would commit to traveling from N Raleigh to Cary for check ups for my son and 2 yr old daughter.Im so glad we did. Before we even walked into the office, there was a warm welcome sign with their names on it (as new patients) which already made them proud and ready to cooperate.Everyone had a smile, showed them the tools and talked them through it all.My son sat through a very thorough plaque scraping without even squirming. My daughter hopped up on her chair for her cleaning faster than she does for dinner.We got great advice and the tokens for treasures at the end had them asking when we can go back again.Highly recommend for everyone, especially nervous and first time kids.

This is by far the best pediatric dental office in the area, especially for a special needs child. Entirety of staff are pleasant and professional, and hygienist Robyn is superior in her calming and pleasant demeanor, and quick scrape skill. She explains everything in advance, offers breaks and jokes at just the right times, and truly cares about your childs experience and health. Robyn is an absolute gem!Dr. Brooks has a goofie demeanor which is calming and entertaining for my son. Their banter is quite amusing and beautifully diffuses a stressful situation. Dr. Brooks is a seasoned and intelligent dentist , so professionally am also impressed with him. He is the perfect mix of smarts and fun!

First of all, I have no complain on their dental service quality because we just had a check-up and XRay. But I believe they did not said clearly to my wife that they dont have agreement with our insurance company and just said we will charge you first (500$) and send your bill to insurance company and insurance company will refund you in full/part of the amount!After few weeks we noted that our insurance refused to pay any because this clinic is not in their network!I have to say, clinic guys are still believing they had clearly said : our office is out of network with all insurance companies and we inform every parent that contacts our office of our network status.

My son came in referred to by another dentist with an abscess. My son was nervous at first but the staff there made him feel relaxed and the doctor came in walked him through the process of what they were doing (even though he probably couldnt understand too much,he is 7). They were all patient and kind.
