Love the staff here at My Orthodontist! My daughter was very scared the first time hearing about braces and she instantly felt better once the staff talked to her. Now she loves coming here to get her work done. This is a great place to take your kids if they are worried about getting braces

I have been coming to Happy Tooth for many years , now My Orthodontist . My two older sons had no problems . My child currently in treatment has had many issues, mostly with scheduling. He had an appointment in June and next appointment was for this week. I had to change appointment because my son was coughing and sick (I was protecting the staff!!) I got told next available appointment was September 2nd . I had another appointment for August before that so kept that . Unfortunately when I looked at my schedule today , I saw that he had a conflict . I called to reschedule and no appointments until September 8th (so he will be going 3 months between adjustments.) Very unacceptable . Receptionist was very non caring and told me that I would be delaying his treatment !! I’m trying to get him in . Can’t help that he was sick . I was also told that they would call if any cancellations occurred to fit him in , but I’ve been told that before and have never been contacted!!! Very frustrated with this orthodontist office and would not recommend to anyone!! Like I said I’ve been loyal through 3 kids braces so this stinks!!

The staff that my child had to deal with were wonderful. The issue lies with the receptionist. I was treated very unprofessionally, made to wait outside while other parents were able to stay inside. I also was given the run around. My last appointment I was told it would be a week before she was seen again. However I called after 2 weeks just to be told their system was down. My daughters mother and I had to call many times for a follow up appointment. It wouldn’t have been an issue if they didn’t leave two brackets on her front teeth for 2 months!! They really dropped the ball. Now they will not let me transfer to another happy tooth. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. Avoid!!

Nice, clean and friendly staff! My daughter is excited for them to put on her braces in a couple months! The icing on the cake is that they accept Medicaid & have various affordable payment arrangements, if you do not have any insurance!

My first visit at MyOrthodontist Cary was amazing and exceeded my expectations. My appt was at 9:20, I came early and was in the chair by 9:10, my dental assistant knew what she was doing and knew was what she was looking at. The doctor as well as the other associates were very nice and enjoyable to deal with. When it time to go i was able to book two appts ahead and this is not something I was able to do at the previous practice. This location is simply amazing!I constantly have great experiences here! Went in today and without expounding, because i could talk all day, the doctor heard my concerns and acted accordingly. ❤️ Im a happy girl!

My whole family is happy tooth clients , and I too , I always like this place, every employee and doctor is so nice . But Actually couple months ago , I made a appointment ，and I double check few time to the schedule time , because I need to back to work on time , I need the appointment on time starting and finishing too . But it still delayed 20 minutes for beginning. I have a little sad to cancel the appointment. Because I have to go back to work . Hopefully, when I schedule the new appointment. And it will be not delayed again .

We currently have 3 boys under the care of The Happy Tooth for orthodontic treatment. I have always found the office staff to be cheerful & helpful. I have had to change appointments from time to time on short notice due to scheduling conflicts, or have needed to wiggle in an unplanned appointment for a broken bracket. Each time, the staff has been pleasant & accommodating. The professionals who work on my boys’ teeth are exceptional in their interaction, encouragement, and explanation. What a great office! Ive been taking my daughter here for a little over a year. We absolutely love it here. Mr Allen has been more than wonderful to us and accommodated us in every way possible. Worst clinic I ever been , was waitting for hour until the doctor came that’s first , second they told me it will be around half hour work , then it was 3 hours , I will never come back here , they are the WoRSt

I was looking for an orthodontic doctor for my son, it was hard just moving here to NC not knowing anyone who could give me a referral. I called around and went into a few different offices, none that I was comfortable with. I called The Happy Tooth and went into and spoke with the office manager who sat with my son and I and explained everything. She was extremely sensitive to our needs and took the time to answer all the many questions I had. I truly have to say the the entire team there is such a wonderful group of people. I am extremely happy I made the choice to go with Happy Tooth. My appointments are always prompt, I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is always so attentive to my needs. We have been coming into The Happy Tooth since 2013 and I look forward to continuing them working with my family. The Cary office is the best choice for me. If any of my other children happen to need to need braces in the future, I would not hesitate to take them to The Happy Tooth in Cary, I know without a doubt they will give us the best service.

Everyone there is so nice and willing to help you anyway they can. The office is always clean and I love how they have games( sometimes) for you to do like find the leprechauns.

My daughter had her braces put on in August of 2016.The experience was amazing.My daughter never dreaded going for her appointment. They are wonderful at answer any questions you have.My daughter had a dental technician named alaen he made the experience easy for my and myself. He is very easy going and funny. Which for my daughter who has anxiety problems was wonderful.She would always want him to do the work on her teeth.Yajeira the receptionist was amazing as well. She is always nice and helpful.If there was a question that she didn’t know the answer to she would go out of her way to find someone who did.My daughter finally got her braces of July 2019 and I have no complaints about anything. There was never a time that my daughter or I left where we were unhappy after a appointment.Overall this has been a easy and great experience over the past 3 years.I definitely recommend them!!!

-Zero....Happy Tooth is all about the “Money”… had by permanent bracket repaired at Happy Tooth and less than 7 months the bracket re-broke in the same place (due to the orthodontist cutting the wire extremely shot) vs. them trying to fix their mistake. They just kept saying “we don’t guarantee anything”…and wanted to charge more additional fees to repair it again in the same location. Horrible customer service and they have extremely long wait times. Additionally, they never answer the phone, called multiple times to reschedule my daughter’s appointment and left voicemails, they just picked a different date time vs. calling me to see what date worked for my schedule. Will be informing my daughter’s dentist office, they need to refer a different orthodontist to other patients – this place is not a place they should be referring patients too!

Visited two orthodontic offices for my 9-y-o daughter -- we were new in town and had few contacts or recommendations. Happy Tooth was by far the better experience. They were friendly and informative, prescribed a treatment scheme that was less aggressive (and expensive), and put my daughter at ease (not an easy feat) by treating her like a person. Were looking forward to completing her orthodontic program with Happy Tooth!

I have two daughters with two different orthodontists. When it came time for me to choose an orthodontist to work on my teeth, I chose this one! The cost for treatment was less, the staff is a joy to work with (especially in being ever so helpful in scheduling for my daughter who has a very busy schedule!). I havent had any issues whatsoever with my daughter and myself. Definitely a great choice!!

My twins have been to the Happy Tooth twice now and both times we have received wonderful care. From the receptionists to the doctors, everyone is polite and very professional. My twins will both be getting braces soon and they are very comfortable with visiting the Happy Tooth which is extremely important to me as well as them.

My daughter is being going to Cary office and we are very happy about it. There is no wait time and they maintain the schedule very well. My daughter going to boarding school in Durham so only late appointment will work for us. The receptionist is very accommodative and understand our needs and always give us a requested appointment. I am planning to take my next daughter too for orthodontist care in coming years

I have been going to The Happy Tooth Orthodontics in Cary for just over 2 years. The friendliness of the staff is fantastic. Any time I need to get in to the office to have something done urgently, they always fit me in, and my regular appointments are fast, and always start on time. I definitely recommend them.

If you have a cold this is the place to bring them for braces. Great music, calm atmosphere, the staff is so pleasant and walks you through everything. My daughter is so happy and excited for this experience, and we are so happy to be apart of the Happy Tooth team!

My daughter has been coming here for a few months and they are horrible! Customer service is horrible, staff are careless and lack even basic customer service skills! Its been issue after issue and I would never recommend this place to anyone for service! Go somewhere else! You call and they are rude! I spoke to someone in the Cary office, asked for her manager and she replied she is the manager! I asked for corporates number, she gave me an email in which never replied!

I submitted a previous review a few years back with a 5 star (Love it), unfortunately 4 years later into treatment I have to come back and change this review to 1 star (Hate it!).My daughter has been in treatment since 2011, and she is still under treatment and not with the expected results ... according to the doctor its not their fault my daughters profile changed ... so basically its not us its you kind of story.I need to also add that the #1 reason why I chose this Orthodontics was to have my daughter treated by Mister Moray himself ... well, that changed and I wasnt even notified! if it wasnt because my daughter mentioned it one day I would have never known! Mr. Moray, a candid feedback to you, be respectful to your patients, having money doesnt make you better than anyone else! When we first became your patients things were so much nicer and we felt your practice was an extended family ... not any longer ... your practice is pretty much focused on producing money than having happy customers.Last but not LEAST, my oh my, please be careful with this people and insurance claims. They say they will work with your insurance as a Courtesy however they dont give you the behind the scene details. My daughter started treatment in August 2011 - yeah, 3.5 years ago! - and this practice submitted the incorrect claim back in 2011 and never bothered to informed me; how did I find out? the nasty letters I have received in the mail (I happy to share/upload the letter if needed) claiming that I need to pay the remaining amount ... 3.5 years later!!!! Again, they took it upon themselves back in 2011 to bill my insurance, then they submit an incorrect claim, and of course since they completely and entirely messed up and cannot get the insurance to pay anymore they come after me ... 3.5 years later! PLEASE please please if you choose this practice do your own insurance claims.Mr. Moray [if you even care to read these reviews], I will start my small claim court, the last few months have been above and beyond stressful dealing with this matter and receiving nasty letters from your arrogant billing department, your staff can only care for the $ sign, and well then I am happy to inform you that I will be taking your practice to court!!!

I came on the referral of one of the employees. After the consultation I decided to go for it and get braces as an adult. I really enjoyed my experience, of course I had to wear the braces a little longer than initially anticipated but it was well worth it. In fact I have now started my sons treatment and have at least one additional child to come. Thanks Dr. Ruppel!!!!

2015AUG31Either your Cary office is very busy, understaffed, or simply badly managed.I needed to call for a new appointment, and change another appointment for another child. The phone rings, someone gets online and puts me on hold. 20 minutes later I hung up and called again, same thing, they put me on hold right away, not even a chance to answer (Please hold ! click). I waited, this time 30 minutes. I hung up, and decided to leave a message, I could NOT. the mail box is full. what kind of business are you running.

Dr. Rupple and her awesome staff are always friendly and professional, and go the extra mile to make you feel at home while you get prompt, expert orthodontic care. I have also had the pleasure of visiting their dental offices in Chapel Hill and Cary, as well as the orthodontic office in Southpoint, and every member of each office treated me with utmost courtesy and knowledge, helping out in any way they could to make my visit as smooth as possible and get me the care I needed. I cant say enough good things about all of them!

My name is Clint Oneal I am the father of Morgan Oneal. My daughter has been going there for quit a long time getting her braces their. I called today at 12:00pm to informed them that I had gotten seriously hurt at work and would like to rescheduled, immediately one of their representative by the name of Laura or Laurel started telling me about how I missed another day back in July and I was a no show and this rescheduling would be a no show and would count against her allotted visit sounds like a bunch of insensitivity to customer service sure my daughter is on Medicaid and Im grateful that shes covered but a system where your on some kind of allotment has a terrible sound to it I guess you pay for what you get. So now Ill have to get out of bed with a busted leg in horrible pain and cant even really walk and on Doctor order to stay in bed but its my daughter and Ill damn make sure she gets what she needs especially concerning her health.
