Dr Vande Berg most recently extracted what was left of a tooth that had broken. He was very generous with his time at the consultation explaining the work to be done and the options for replacement.The extraction was completely painless and I love that Dr Vande Berg explains every step of the procedure as it is ongoing.Dr Vande Berg even called me the next day to inquire about my recovery. In fact, I needed no pain killers, there was no swelling but, as expected, I had to eat awkwardly while avoiding the site of the extraction.No one wants to need an oral surgeon. However, if and when you do need one, Dr Vande Berg is the man you want to see.

Very few places stand out with exceptional customer service and this place definitely does. Prices were very reasonable, but their service really stood out both at the consult and actual procedure appointments.HIGHLY recommend

Dr. Vande Berg and his staff are amazing! I went here to have my wisdom tooth pulled and they were so friendly and nice. They were able to fit me in right away due to my level of pain and I am so thankful. I was greeted at the front desk by Carla who was extremely friendly. The consultation went great, Dr. Vande Berg himself sat down with me and explained everything that was going to happen. Ms. Judy at the check out desk was so friendly to explain what the charges would be. During the procedure the nurse was so kind and friendly which helped with my nerves. The procedure went very smooth and I would highly recommend Cary Oral Surgery to anyone.

Over the top prices. They want 20% up front. I talked to Carla and was shocked considering the price and she said I could always go someplace else. Wow. These guys are making so much money, they dont care about potential new customers. I got a price quote of $6000 for 2 girls to have their wisdom teeth taken out. I paid for their braces, I dont want their teeth to become crooked. They try to hold you hostage.

The staff from the front desk, to the doctors are nothing short of amazing. They truly take pride in making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Englehardt did an amazing job my case complex case and recovery was not bad at all because the office made sure I had everything I need to recovery properly and quickly. I highly recommend should you need any type of oral surgery!!

Since I was at a higher risk of nerve damage, I had two coronectomies (removal of the crowns of my bottom two wisdom teeth) done here. My consult with Dr. Englehardt was thorough and I greatly appreciated his down to earth attitude and conservative approach. They also had to do an additional x-ray to get a better picture of the nerves and we were not charged for it. On the day of my surgery, I was incredibly nervous and the front desk staff and surgery assistants did a wonderful job of answering my last minute questions and putting my mind at ease. Surgery went as smoothly as I could have imagined and I felt nearly normal the rest of the day. I never had to take anything stronger than Tylenol/Advil and recovery was much easier than anticipated. If I ever need to have oral surgery again, I will definitely be coming here.

I have been going to this office since the 90s and i would not go to anyone but Dr. Vande Berg to have my teeth pulled. I have a few more to go and I am planning on it right now. Thank you from the front desk to Dr. Vande Berg for being so wonderful all these years!

I went to the Garner office a couple weeks ago to get a tooth pulled after complications from a root canal & the staff made the whole process so easy & painless. The ladies that work in the front office were super sweet & knowledgeable leading up to the procedure & even answered my questions afterwards. Dr Vande Berg was very thorough with giving me every route possible & really listened to what I went through & was trying to help. I hope I dont have to get another tooth extracted, but if I do, I know where I will be going!! Cant say enough great things. Thanks again you guys!

I was in unbearable pain, and had to have my wisdoms removed. While another practice told me they wouldnt even consult me for two weeks, Cary Oral Surgery saw me within days and had the problem teeth extracted by the end of the week.
