First time visiting this eye center. The store was clean and well organized. Easy to understand covid procedures being followed. I went in to find a replacement for broken sunglasses. I was in a rush so I selected a few pairs, put them in a tray and took them to a nearby desk for a final decision.Lindsey immediately came to assist me. She was pleasant and provided quick answers to my questions. Two other customers came in and asked for her by name. When they were told she was with a customer, one said they’d come back and the other decided to wait. I appreciate that she gave me her undivided attention. She attempted to get my prescription from another eye glass center but they were closed. She said she’d follow up with them on Monday, then contact me. I appreciate this type of service. I wish every experience was this pleasant and easy.

My grandmother needed new glasses, so I took her here for a vision test to get an updated prescription. She hates anything doctor-related, and we were apprehensive about bringing her in, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! They made the whole process easy. The optometrist was patient and made certain to explain everything step by step. And Lindsey, the girl who checked us in and out, was so professional and thoughtful. She made sure she got us settled right away so that my grandma didn’t have to be on her feet in the waiting room. Great experience!

Staff was great but the optometrist was more concerned with selling me extra service then tested what my insurance would cover. Once I refused the test she argued with me then made me sign a waver. Nothing but attitude after that. This is my third year with them and I’m very happy with the staff but I will not be bullied by some person who would rather be salesman then a optometrist they have lost my future business. There are other options in bartow county and I’m sure they will be happy just getting paid by the insurance company

First time here and nothing but a complete negative experience for both my son and self. You definitely need people that have been trained in doing their job before putting them on the floor and warranty, whats that?? I was not offered a warranty for either visit, now not even 2 months later Im paying out pocket full price for a new set of frames. You also charged me full price on extras that my insurance also covered.Edit: Changing my review from 1 star to 3. Having being on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach customer service I finally hung up and decided to call the store I where I purchased my sons glasses. I wanted to know if the frames that were bought online were under warranty since I didnt see it any where or was given the choice.After explaining my ordeal Kelly the manager went above and beyond and I cant praise her enough for being so helpful and understanding in a time of need. She addressed my concerns and got my son in a new pair of glasses the very next day.This is the ONLY reason for the 3 star, the owners response to my original review could have not been more unethical or careless. Had your response been more concerning I would have given 5 stars!

The whole process we quick and painless. The doctor was very polite and knowledgeable. The staff who made the glasses choosing was amazing. They got me exactly what I wanted for a great price. I have been to other eye care companies and this was by far the best.

Wonderful Dr. and staff! Took the time to go over all of my options from treatment to payment. Even though the store was busy, it was well staff and I did not feel rushed. Lastly my wife and I truly appreciate the Saturday hours since we both work during the week.

I have been here several times. Have spent close to $3,000 on my 2 pair of glasses, my daughters 4 pair of glasses, her contacts and 3 different times for eye exams. Called today to get some ballpark figures on another eye exam and some more contacts for myself. Got put on hold 3 times by one lady until, what I assume, was a manager got on the phone. Rude and very aggressive tone when telling me she couldnt give me a price. Which I find crazy since the other 4 places I called could. Will never go back to this place. Americas Best will get my business from now on.

I can’t stress how great this place is. They are fast and efficient every single time (I’ve been in and out about 10 times the last 6 months!) but they are also very helpful and care when you’re having vision issues. There’s no way I would go anywhere else to get my contacts. Also, Perri is absolutely wonderful!! Sweetest lady ever and SO helpful!

The 3 people in the glasses area were very nice and helpful. There was a little bit of a wait and they were all very accommodating and fun to talk with. The exam took all of 10 mins and the Dr was really nice.

Just fantastic! First, I have to say they are the best when it comes to helping you select the right frames for your face. Also, they were extremely accommodating when I got my glasses and realized progressives were NOT going to work for me. But here’s the part the sealed the deal for me becoming a loyal customer: I had an issue understanding final costs after insurance, copays, etc. Teija was super patient explaining over and over to try and help me understand—and even as I started to get frustrated, she remained friendly and bubbly and professional. When she saw I was still not understanding, she automatically put all responsibility for the misunderstanding on herself (not me!) and offered to have her manager call me back. The manager called me shortly after and was so patient and kind—again assuming the misunderstanding was on THEIR part, not mine. Once I FINALLY understood things, it was very clear that the misunderstanding had been on my part, not theirs. Nonetheless, the manager STILL did all she could to rectify the situation as though THEY had made the error and not me and went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. Her priority was me being a happy customer. I was floored! It’s been a long, long time since I’ve been treated with that level of good old-fashioned quality customer service. I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone!

Extremely disappointed in Kellie the Manager. She was extremely aggressive, rude and misleading. We are in a pandemic where people are fighting for their lifes and doing serious quarantine. Well that was me for over 2 months...now that Im better I reached out to Visionworks for help. A year and 3 months ago I purchased coding on my sunglasses and I wanted to know what I could do since I was 3 months over due.. Well all Kellie talked about was that I should had bring them before the year was up and told me my coding wasnt for those lenses and continued to bashed on me very aggressively... she flipped on me multiple times and continued to blame me instead. I was extremely sick and could not bring sunglasses to the store. Either way she didnt make the sale and she wasnt around at the time to be making judgment on a customers. She was extremely immature, rude and very inappropriate.

They are so warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the different products they offer. I LOVE vision works in Cartersville. My previous optometrist could never get my prescription right. I always had migraines, so I decided to give Vision Works a try. The staff is phenomenal, and they make sure to make you feel welcomed. They always have AMAZING deals. You never pay full price for frames, lenses or contacts!! I HIGHLY recommend their service.

Best customer service Ive had with ANY business. I called AND was greeted by the friendliest woman Ive ever had the pleasure of talking to. She got me an appointment time the next day that fit my schedule. The Dr was extremely polite and explained everything very well and was very thorough. When it came time for them to take my money, the woman spent the time to crunch numbers and utilize my insurance to the very best and saved me as much money as possible. Horrible. Have insurance but needed to add glare protection and the consultant Greg C was extremely rude when i mentioned that an eye glass place has never made us pay before the glasses were ready. In the 15 years i have been getting glasses and the 8 for my son not a single place has made pay before pickup. Even though insurance pays for the glasses and it was just a film we pay for once the glasses are ready Greg C. Refused to send the order into the lab so my son could have his glasses for school because i didnt have the money to pay right then. I even explained when making the appointment that i would be getting extras not covered by my insurance and was told that would not be a problem at all. So Greg C being completely unprofessional and rude tells me in his 21 years every place he worked for made you pay first, which is a lie since its the first time Ive ever encountered this issue at an eyeglass place in 15 years since Ive been getting glasses! Do NOT recommend and will never return due to Greg C. Because even with the problems he needs to learn how properly talk and take care of customers! If Greg C. would have had an ounce of respect when trying to deal with the problem i might have remained a customer!

The General Manager, Kellie, is the best when it comes to Customer Service. She worked with me to ensure the error in my prescription was corrected to my satisfaction. The error was not the fault of Visionworks but Kellie went above and beyond to make it right. The Optometrist was very friendly as were the other staff members, but I had to give a special Shout Out and Thank You to Kellie. My wife and I are both extremely satisfied with our glasses and the level of customer service.

I originally went to Americas Best because they said they took my insurance. They didnt and the customer service felt forced, halfhearted, and insincere. They did provide a phone number for me to resolve my out-of-network problem which sent me across the street to Visionworks. I get there, was greeted professionally, and waited for a few moments while one of two people on the floor finished up what they were doing, answering phones and helping people. It was very busy, but they worked through and got to me in a very reasonable time, took my information, got me set up for an exam, helped me beyond reason to find frames, gave me expectations for my lens adjustments and measurements, had very clean exam stations and restrooms, were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout. My specific needs are costly due to my age and tastes but they stuck with me and helped me find reasonable solutions for my needs. Thank-you to Greg, for being a superstar by going above and beyond, and to the entire Visionworks team at the Main Street Marketplace. Yall knocked it out of the park on all fronts.

I am delighted with the service that was provided by the staff. I have a 2 year old who is all over the place and they made sure to entertain her while I was picking out frames. I also put a time frame on them because I needed the glasses before the next day. They had it done in fourty five minutes. They did such a great job that I had my wife go in and get glasses from them as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a straight forward doctor and an excellent staff. Kelly and the other associates are wonderful! Had a scratch on my glasses (totally my fault) and since I had them less than 30 days, she replaced the lens and upgraded them to non glare for no extra charge to me!!!! Friendliest staff ever! Never going anywhere else!!!

It was time for my daughters annual visit and I decided to visit this Visionworks. Amanda immediately greeted me and made both my daughter and myself feel at ease! She assisted us throughout the entire process, which we truly enjoyed. Nice collection of frames, great prices, so overall - a win!

I originally went to Americas best and had my eyes checked and after I was done I didnt care for the frames they had. So I went over to Vision Works to see what they offered and let me tell you, they have a wide range of frames and brands to look at. I ended up getting Armani Exchange everyday frames with Nike sunglass frames and Im super happy with my experience with them! I highly recommend them and they dont rush you!! They helped me and told me straight up if a frame looked good on me or not. Thank you Vision Works!!

We were very happy with the level of service provided to us this morning. They were kind enough to fix my husbands old glasses for free even though we did not buy them there so he could have something to wear until his new glasses came in.

I was very surprised at the customer service and impressed. Other local locations have set the bar very low. As a lifelong glasses wearer and mother of children that require glasses I recommend Visionworks.

Got a great price on two frames and four pairs of lenses. Two pairs of lenses for my two new frames and two pairs of lenses that were cut special for my old frames. Kelly was great in making sure that the frames were adjusted perfectly. End result was exactly what I expected and what they said, they would do for me.

GREAT customer service.. second time there and I absolutely loved it.. PERRI was incredibly helpful in choosing out my pair of glasses (which I was able to pick up an hour later!!) they even had my contacts in stock which was extremely helpful to me! Will be back again usually go to the Barrett location but the drive to cartersville is definitely worth it!

I had a great experience here at vision works, I would normally go to pearl vision but this tops it by a lot! Everyone was so friendly and Amanda (the lady that helped me) was so awesome and friendly. I will be bringing the kids and my wife to here from now on.

I will never use vision works again this is the 3rd time that I Use them And once Again had issues so I pay them for an exam but they do not have a variety of assortment as people say in their reviews they did not have what I needed put me in contacts that were not right and said to wear these until we get what you need knowing theyre not right and I told them im squinting to see so I was told well then wear your glasses until we get what you need Then why did I pay for something that you cannot give me I do not build a house or work on a car and get paid before the job I need paid when complete and fixed they made sure to make me pay before even knowing they were correct even after telling me they knew that they didnt have what I needed they are also a RIP off on contact prices a year for $288 when I get them for 145 online the front desk ladies especially the little older white lady was excellent customer service and amazing but ther dr I coukd 9ver hear everything she was told correct for my eyes they didnt have so she said well put him in these until we get what he needs wires are nothing ti okay with and you can damage them with wrong actions and harm ur sight!

I know that the manager and staff had to work extra hard due to the fact that the doctor was sick and had to reschedule us twice making it our third appointment before being able to be seen. We waited well over an hour past our appointment time to be seen. Then after we were seen we were told that we would receive a 60% discount on any frames that we chose plus a discount on the exam at $39.99 for my fiance since mine is covered by Medicaid. After picking my frames I was told oh well you have Medicaid no discount on your frames. Therefore I received no discount because of having insurance even though my appointment was rescheduled twice and had to wait past the time of closing .. we were there waiting after the doors were locked. My fiance was told dont worry about the price well get it in your budget and after picking multiple different frames still none of them being in our budget he got so upset that he had to walk outside. Then without explaining the pricing for upgrades immediately begin asking if you want non blur, do you want to get your bifocals without the line visible, all of these things adding up starting at $50 and going up from their these things needed to be explained for an additional cost we can do this would you like to do this? Honestly Im hoping that things go better after this hoping this was just a rocky start we told them we were getting married on the 16th and were hoping to get our glasses before then and they said its possible but I cant promise. Giving all of this to God its in his hands let will be done!
