At first I was a little irritated because it took 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Though there were a lot of patients. But one thing I appreciated was that she was very thorough and patient after I threat to leave and demanded a refund because it took so long. I was the impatient one only because my spouse was suffering and sick. But I would recommend going here.

I waited patiently in the waiting room for an hour was told to wait, that there were two patients ahead of me 45 minutes later i ask how much longer to be seen and the nurse said theres patients ahead of me theres two patients, where i had clearly heard the np go in and out of those two patients. The one star is for the receptionist who refunded my copayment

Great! I went here due to what I thought was a ruptured appendix and was too afraid to go to the emergency room during the pandemic. It was very clean and the service was very thorough. I found out that thankfully it wasnt a ruptured appendix, but something else less serious but just as painful. I was in and out in a couple hours and the doctors were great. I left feeling confident in my diagnosis and I was happy that they were there to help me.

It was my first time here. The ladies at the front desk showed interest of why I came into the clinic and made the paperwork and transition into care process easy. I highly recommend Bryan. Hes totally a God sent! Thank you for everyone here for all your help!

Horrible service. I took my grandmother, who was in pain due to a horrible rash and they refused to see her due to the physician not wanting to see a patient past 7:30 and we arrived at 7:40. the front desk had horrible communication skills and had us wait 15 minutes in the waiting room just for them to tell me that they won’t see her. Go to a different urgent care that actually cares about their patients health and safety!! if i could give 0 stars, i would.Update to your response back (because the website does not allow you to reply back):Change your hours to closing at 7:30pm or post a more visible sign because I asked the clerk why it wasn’t posted and she said “I don’t make the rules”. So obviously you do not treat your patients with compassion because if you did, you would never TURN A PATIENT AWAY. very upset about this experience.

Dr.McKenzie is a great Doctor. Checked every complaint I said I had, answered all my questions without any problems ,& was very kind & reassuring. Would recommend going , best Urgent Care I’ve actually been to. The earlier the better.

They were trying to push rapid test on me for the price of $150 when I have medical insurance. I told them I would take what my insurance covered and the nurse seemed upset. I ended up paying copay and a bogus “test fee” which I didn’t have to pay last time I was here. Seems like they are trying to make money on the need people have to test. While waiting a group of 4 people got to skip the line of people waiting over an hour because they knew someone that worked here. That’s just rude and unprofessional.

I never write reviews but I was recently at this Urgent Care and their professionalism was awesome. ALL the staff was so caring and gentle but incredibly thorough, like a micro emergency room without all the other sick people. I left there feeling better than I arrived, not just because of the medication, not just because I now knew what was wrong with me and that it wasnt as serious as I was feeling, but mostly i left there feeling better because they were so nice and patient and when youre sick, IT MATTERS. Clean facility, clerks, nurses and tech person was very nice, helpful and knew their job. Both female Physician diagnose my symptoms to the point. I would love either of them to be my main physician.

I started coming here a lil after they opened. I must say I love it here. The cleanliness, to the staff, they are all very nice and attentive. Ive never been here longer than an hour which beats 12 hours at ER! Ive sent many people and family too. They also have agreed what my comment explains.

My coworker told me about this place and I went there for the first time today for severe shoulder pain. The place was extremely clean. Staff was super friendly. I went in there with 10+ pain level and 0 mood/feeling/attitude because of the pain. I came out of there with a 3 pain level and 10+ mood/feeling/attitude because I wasn’t in that much pain anymore! This office is fantastic.

Recently got the flu so I went in and after being seen by Samantha I quickly found out that I had bronchitis and a sinus infection as well. I like this place because they have a lot of services that can be done on the spot! They are thorough in taking care of the people that come through the door.

All the staff that attended me was nice and pleasant. I am very grateful for that. I came in for an Adult TB Risk Assessment form to be filled out. It consisted of 5 questions. If the answers to those questions were no then I didnt need a TB test administered. A TB test was $35 and it included the administration, the reading, and the filling out of my form for work. That cost $35. To answer the 5 questions with no test administered whatsoever cost me $100. That was ridiculous. The price of the TB test would be, in my opinion, a fair and reasonable price at most considering there were no shots, no follow-up, and the form would be filled out either way. I was very disappointed that the manager, named Sheri, had no set price for that service and just randomly charged the $100 which was exactly a consultation fee as if I had seen one of their doctors for a medical consultation. I hope they remedy this situation for future customers. 5 stars for their service 2 stars for the pricing that didnt seem appropriate for services rendered. ;(

I brought my daughter to United URGENT care because she split her eyebrow open and needed stitches. (She fell while running)The staff was very friendly. They responded quickly. My daughter is a very smart and curious 7 year old. Al took her for x-rays and answered all of her questions and explained everything he was doing and why. The PA Araceli was awesome! Again like with Al she explained everything she was doing and why. She made sure my daughter didnt feel a thing while stitching her up. Cant thank them enough!

Took my 2 year old daughter for ear ache and the Dr who saw her claims he was having trouble looking into my daughters ears and took a long time , and instead of the Dr coming and telling me in person ,he sent the office manager to tell me that the Dr wasnt able to treat my daughter since she was being fussy was such a shocker to me because i have taken my daughter here a couple of times and never had this issue. suggested i take my daughter to the E.R . so disappointed ,since i myself come here and saw the same Dr . wont ever come here again and i will be letting friends and family who go here try to avoid the Dr we saw.

The employees at this place were amazing to me. I was sick and having terrible trouble with my insurance verification and they helped me find a place that would take me.The front office person Kiani was especially sweet and understanding. She was patient and understanding (I had lost my voice) and she listened to and helped me get the care I needed.Thank you Kiani!

Wonderful! The staff is welcoming and kind as soon as you walk through the door. What I love was that when putting in the IV, I didnt feel a thing nor got a bruise for the IV. Recommended to come in as early as possible before catching a line.

Have been there several times, very little wait, efficient and great attention by all. Very clean facility.

I strongly recommend for anyone who needs any kind of care to come by and be seen here. They hear all you have to say of any illness you may have. They do care and work in finding out a therapy to help you. In my visit I had a better check up including X-ray to see the real problem. At my neurologist that I seen monthly for years just gave me medications to mask my problems. I appreciate the doctor at United Urgent Care really listened. Thank you

Plus-Nice receptionist/clerk and hardly no waiting. Minus- The Nurse Practitioner was unreasonable and didnt want to listen to my request. Unfortunately I cant go to my primary doctor until Friday so I had to come here.

I recommend them alot! They are very good on checking and coming up with the best effective solution. They have good equipments for xray and for imaging checkups. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They do escalate to the hospital if it is beyond their capability. Me and my family has been checked by them. They take cash they let you know the prices. Theur prices are reasonably priced. Their atmosphere is a nice feeling type they play good feeling songs in the background. I highly recommend them! Clean facility. Nice personnel. But, $475 for stitches in my thumb for a cut with a serrated edge kitchen seems outrageous.
