I was hesitant at first since I get calls everyday seems like from companies claiming to handle loan forgiveness and I usually ignore their calls but for some reason I decided to go ahead and pick up. The enrollment advisor I spoke to was very nice and very detailed. She explained to me step by step how the program worked and how the program would end up saving me thousands of dollars. The process was done in less than 3 months and my credit report even benefited from it. I told my friend whom I went to school with about it and she signed up too. I recommend Optimum Doc Prep for anyone who has been stuck with student loans theyve been struggling with for years like I was.

I had taken out a loan for my youngest son and i was getting charged ridiculous amount for it. When I spoke to Veronica she explained what type of loan it was ( parent plus loan) and how i can reduce it. Since i work for the city she was able to even reduce my term as well.

I give them no stars . This is 100% a scam. You do not have to pay for loan consolidation. They will take your money and disappear. Do not fall for it. If you have been scammed by them already go onto the FTC website: ftc.gov and file a complaint. Also change your navient information and remove them from the list of ppl navient can report information to. Change your banking info and file a fraud claim with them aswell. Be careful they have changed their name to My Financial Solution its still Optimum

If I could give this “company” negative stars I would. This turned out to be a total scam. It appears they’re not even operating anymore and I’m out almost $1000. I don’t consider myself a naive person, but...WOW! I really got “took” on this one....
