I love Dr. Aluning. She was so gentle while filling my teeth. Especially when she injected the anesthesia to my gums I didn’t feel pain at all. Her staff is very nice and friendly. I’m so glad I chose Carson Dental Care.

Carson dental provides caring, compassionate care. My mom needed an emergency extraction and within a week we were seen, bridge cut and tooth extracted. And my mom says that the entire process during and after was painless!

Dr. Aluning is amazing! I had my Invisalign done and was sure I had to get my bonding after. She added bonding and made some adjustments and my teeth look perfect! Just as good as veneers. I am so pleased with the final result, she is a magician.

My dental experience was dealt with perfection and professionalism. Because, I have a low pain tolerance, I was given an extra pain shot for my comfort. What was so comforting, and thoughtful was the X-ray technician notice I was a little chilly. I appreciate he got me a lightweight blanket and placed it on me. Doctor and Staff are the best in Carson! Very professional and I feel at home when I’m at this clinic. There is TV and a couch in the main waiting room and all the other rooms have TVs and are clean and comfortable.

After another nearby dentist turned me away for being too fat, this dental office greeted with open arms. While completing the questionnaire, I noticed how spotless the waiting area looks. The service from front office was pleasant and calming for anyone who may be afraid of the dentist.Unfortunately, theres no help for me, due to the cost of the treatment that is needed. I will continue to have difficulty chewing, due to a couple of reasons, but I like that the Dr did write out what I need and the cost, whereas, other dentist only did what my insurance covered and passed me on until exam time.

I’m very happy with Dr.Aluning. Did a great job of my extraction. I actually had three tooth removed. It wasn’t painful at all. My neighbor was the one who recommended me to see her! 👍🏻

I turned to google search so I can read reviews and see what advice I get get from other people. This is where I found Carson Dental Care. I’ve been having pain from a bad tooth and I wanted it out. I called and right off the bat, Jillian made me feel like she cared. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She got me an appointment right away. When I arrived to my appointment I was greeted by Maria and was then greeted immediately by the dentist. In what world does a dentist greet you right away. It made me feel special, like I was going to be taken care of. Bong, then took my xrays and was extremely good, I have never had a time when I didnt have to re-take an xray. He got them a perfect the first time. Then it was time to see the dentist. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, showing me examples and providing me with options. Nothing saying you NEED to do only this. Her hands are amazing! I didn’t feel any pain at all when she gave me the shot or when she extracted my rotten tooth. I will be recommending her to ALL my family and friends. I left with tears of joy.

August 8,2020 I was about to cancel my appointment with My Dentist Dr. Maria Cecilia Torres Aluning due to this Covid 19 Virus. I live In Las Vegas Nevada And I decided to just go right ahead And Drive for 5 hrs For me to see her And Thank God I did. I was admitted right away and before she proceeds to work on My teeth she decided to do the CBCT 3D Scan on me. Wow, what a surprised that was. I was expecting that it will take a while but My expectations was all wrong it only took a few minutes and she was all done. She showed me the results of the pictures And I was blown away of the results. It even showed that I have a tooth that it was enbeded on to bone on my lower nasal area. Dr. Maria Cecilia Aluning ask me if I know about it And I said no just until now. Thank God she did the scan And this New Technology. I’m so thankful And greatful that I went to see her. I’m having My next appointment on September . I love her Office staff as well they are very friendly I cant awit to all see them again.

If I could give it a 0 I would the person working at the door has no customer service skills. My experience here was the worst ever. They didnt even help me out I told them the issues I was having they scheduled me once I showed up everything was different waisted time and gas just for NOTHING!!!

Doctor Aluning is fitting me for Invisalign. Soon I will have a straight smile! I am so happy. My two boys got their teeth cleaned today. They were both nervous at first but they were so happy by the time it was over. The friendly dentist and dental assistants made sure they were comfortable and enjoyed their time here - they even put cartoons on the TV for them (each room has a TV).This is the best experience I have had with any dentist in California. The office is so comfortable- two huge couches, TV, snacks, and water in the waiting room - and the staff is so amazing. Everybody here is very nice and professional and I could not be more pleased with my entire experience.THANK YOU CARSON DENTAL CARE! 6 out of 5 stars in my honest opinion.

Just left the Carson Dental Care office for my moms 3pm follow up dental cleaning and it is now 420pm. My 82yo Mother and I waited an hour to be seen. After 20 mins, I had to clarify if we had an appt. After 24mins more of waiting I was upset and getting frustrated for waiting so long. I have patience but waiting 45mins without being informed about a delay and I have to ask twice for myself is RIDICULOUS. This place LACKS customer ETIQUETTE. I would understand if a case took longer than usual for the hygienist to finish. I just need to be informed of what is going on. If 15mins go by, 30mins, 45mins, inform the people with appt why the long wait. Common COURTESY to your paying customers! We make appts because we have other appts to keep. We can make an INFORMED DECISION to RE-SCHEDULE if informed ahead of time, say 15-20mins. Dont tell me to re-schedule after 45 mins of waiting. In fact, APOLOGIZE for the unscheduled delay and ASK WHAT YOU CAN DO TO APPEASE OUR FRUSTRATION!

Dr. Aluning is good, and staff was great! Very clean office. Only down fall is my Appt was at 10:30 and was nit seen until 12:30! Sat in the waiting room for ever!!

I found the office to be nicely set up. The several large screens showing TV shows were pleasant while waiting. The receptionist and Dr. Aluning shared sociable and kind personalities. My dentist performed a great cleaning with minimal pain, and her explanations were effective. This latest visit for me was right on the spot.I was disappointed to find out that Dr. Aluning only installs porcelain crowns, since Denti-Cal only covers metal. This led to my having to call tens of other dental clinics to find one that performs the metal kind.
