The service was good but the customer service was terrible. The lady who seemed to be the owner was utterly judgemental and made 10 assumptions about me with the 20 minutes I spent there. She mentioned that she herself writes most of the review on Google for the salon. She seemed to care a lot about my children since I got a c section (which I didnt even know had happened). She seemed to me like a gossip queen. Not only did she reveal her own review writing information she also revealed information about her previous customers.

Follows Covid protocol and are always concerned about customers safety while maintaining their service quality. Highly recommend anyone for Eyebrow Threading in Carson CA
