Dr. Patel is my PCP for the last 2 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. In all my appointments with Dr. Patel, I’ve never felt rushed. He has always answered all my queries. His office staff is also very cordial and quickly responds to queries.Dr. Patel and his staff are doing their best by maintaining all covid-19 restrictions at their office. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team!

My husband and I were very happy with Dr. Patel and his staff. They were very patient, thorough and helpfull. They also are able to laugh which is a huge plus for me when talking about stressful matters. (I made them laugh to calm myself down). Alot of medical personnel seem to have no sense of humor. Real people who seem to honestly care.

Wow?! Mother had an 11 am appointment, they didn’t take her back til 12 pm and now 2.5 hrs later I’m still waiting for my mother to come out of this “Dr’s” office. Seriously how can they justify her being here this long?! No appointment at a Dr’s office should take this long to complete. If I could give zero stars I would.

Dr. Puar is the best family doctor Ive ever had. Two things that stand out:1) She listens very well, is never rushed, and is genuinely interested in my overall health and lifestyle. Not only has she treated my illness, but shes also helped me live healthier. An unexpected thing that she provided was comfortable, non-judgmental conversations about my health and life.2) The practice is extremely accommodating. Frequently I can get same-day appointments, and rarely do I need to wait. The staff is amazing.If you are looking for a fancy practice with an upscale facility, this is not your place. If you are looking for an extremely competent and caring physician that can help you live as healthy of a life as you want, this is your place. Im sad I moved so far away.

Shes the sweetest lady. Takes her time and listens. I came in only for a wellness check and she made sure that i was comfortable and understood everything that she was doing during our visit. My last time visiting her office was in 2015 and she remembered me. The receptionist staff wasnt as welcoming but after seeing Doctor Ravinder nothing else mattered. She rocks!

I have never had such personal care with a doctor before. They took their time and asked a lot of questions to get to not only know your condition but as a person. You wont find fancy big screens in the waiting room but that wont matter because you dont have to worry about waiting long. I made an appointment but they do take walk-ins. I grew up in a small town with a small town doctor and that is what this place feels like. Thanks Dr. Puar and Dr. Patel.

We LOVE Dr. Puar - shes been seeing my daughter since she was 4 days old. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She takes the time to ask us how we really are and listens when I have concerns. The wait is never long and she always allies my daughter to pick a sticker. Kids love her - she doesnt administer the shots! Literally the ONLY downside is that labs have to be taken off site, but it isnt far from the office and theyre pretty good there too. I moved pretty far from her office but I have never changed pediatricians - shes the one!

What I like BEST about this place is the short wait time. If they schedule you for a certain time, they usually get you in 15-20 minutes max. Dr. Puar is also quick in getting in & checking you. Theyll try to squeeze you in even if theres half an hour left for the clinic to close. Another amazing thing about them is, they dont charge you money right away, but send you a bill later to be paid. Ive had experience with a doctor who wouldnt check on me unless I paid in the front desk, but Dr. Puars are exactly the opposite! So far, my experience hasnt been bad. Knock wood!!!

Definitely to avoid this place if your are looking to get treatment for anything other than flue and other casual disease.I went for discomfort in my head with some abodimnal pain she did took hell lot of blood for test and it took almost a month for her office to inform about the report.Finally when I got the report and asked to visit her she told me she everything is good with your heart so she did test for my heart and other factors which is not my concernWhile I was leaving the office she was asking do you want to go for ct scan she had shown interest for ct scam more than couple of times.There are better ways to treat without extra dinges on pocket.Only reason I went to them was they are near where I live and have walk insThey have very old system they don’t have didgital weighing machine which won’t cost your more than 15 dollarProbably she is there to get your annual physical done and treat flue and common coldMy experience was not good with her after a month I yet have pain in my head I am looking for second opinion

I wouldnt even give 1 star. I went to her to get a prescription for high blood pressure. A prescription that the ER determined was needed to keep me alive from my three day stay at Baylor Hospital. She told me that she refused to treat me and I should go back to the ER. WHAT!? Oh no, do NOT go here if your life depends on it. Literally.

Ive gone here for almost 10 yrs. My three children see her as well. You can see in her eyes she truly cares about you as a person and your health. She never ever rushes and isnt t looking to make money only . She will even help if u dont have enough. Like an old family dr with big heart.
