I have been with Dr, Nguyen and Elizabeth for years. My whole family goes to Dr. Nguyen. He could not be any more professional, and has a great interest in his patients, well beyond the medical. My family is in good hands with them. Elizabeth is top shelf.

If you want to have very long waits, rushed appointments and get over-billed Dr. Shaun Murphy is the one for you. Its sad that is only about business and never about the patient. If you want attention and proper care, avoid Dr. Shaun Murphy.

Dr Shaun Murphy and his Staff are awesome! I have been a patient of Dr Murphys in the Addison office for the past 3 years and have always been treated with great courtesy and respect at each visit. I am greeted in a timely manner and escorted to the patient room to begin my exam promptly. Dr Murphy takes the time to listen to me and my ongoing issues, then asks probing questions and develops an appropriate course of action. I was half an hour early for a 9:30 appointment, wasnt taken to the exam room until 9:45, and after vitals/present illness/family history waited for over half an hour before walking out. Two ladies who arrived after me were seen before me. Someone else noted that the receptionist is short and rude. I do agree shes brief but I think she was professional and effective the whole time. The tech who took me to the exam room was very friendly. I take issue with the management of this operation that allows for this kind of poor scheduling. Why dont you tell people to come in later if you know you wont have time to see them? Its so unnecessary in this day and age of electronic means of communication to not give people some courtesy and consideration. Now I have to find another PCP or internist to begin to diagnose a serious health concern.

Absolutely loved it. Im not one to enjoy a visit to the doctor but this felt like anything but that. It almost felt like a second home. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Tran!

Receptionist was short and rude. Told Dr. Tran only takes Medicare patients over 65 as new patients. I feel this is discriminatory towards individuals under 65 that might be on Medicare for a disability. I feel that I was discrimated against based off of age and disability status.

Dr. Tri Nguyen is an excellent and caring physcian. He has been my primary care physcian for ten years. I have Posturial Othostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).Very few doctors are aware or understand this chronic debilitating autoimmune disease. He also stays up-to-date on new treatments.

Dr. Tri Nguyen is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares for me a whole lot, and he cares for my family as well. I cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Tran cares for my 102 year old mother as if she were his own! He is conservative, caring and takes the family into his decision making.

Decent medical service, but are extremely expensive and up-charge for the craziest of items. This group will even add services that are not covered on your insurance.
