I definitely won’t recommend anyone to bother with Willowbrook. My daughter was referred by her pediatrician for emotional issues and it was pointless. After doing the initial over the phone assessment with my daughter they tell me that therapy would be benificail (which her pediatrician had already recommended). The woman from Willowbrook gives me a few numbers to call and is done with the call. I was led to believe they would help me find a therapist that would best fit her needs but that wasn’t the case. The lady was reading off a list of therapist that took our insurance. It was a waste of time because I got all that information off Google. I was told that Willowbrook would help set up an appointment with the therapist and guide me through the process and they did nothing but waste my time!!They are nothing but a waste of time!!

I’ve had to reschedule my appointment 3 times already. One time was an honest mistake the other time apparently they called me but never gotten a miscall from any number. They can’t tell you what number they are calling from because they don’t even know. I’ve waited for this appointment for over a month now. They have 1.3 rating how are they still in business ?! 🤦‍♀️

Great place if you dont mind that when you call for your first appointment the phone rings over twenty times before someone answers, when you get there for your first (morning) appointment theyre running over an hour late, that they try to set you up with a therapy program thats way more than you asked for and when you call back later (twice) to get options on other programs they never return your call. So actually I havent dealt with a therapist but if theyre anything like the office staff then no thanks.

This place is horrible. I have Miss Kiera. And she does nothing but judge people. Dr. Akers is actually a good doctor and Mr. Jermel is a good therapist. But transition people are horrible only thing they do is talk about each other. They show up early and expect you to be there. They could care less about their jobs. And Miss April the administrative person does nothing but talk to the therapist about nothing . This place is horrible do not expect any treatment to come out of this place they’re just using your insurance money

My appointment was for 8:30am, which I arrived 5 mins early. Found no one to greet me or sign specifying what to do. Knocked on the nurse window, and then finally found a doorbell that rings throughout the office. Only 1 lady was there at this time. Apparently all other staff arrive around 9am. I proceeded to wait an hour in the waiting area where I could hear the staff making jokes about my physical appearance from my license picture. The walls are paper thin where everything can be heard. When I was taken back, I was asked many questions that I could honestly answer online in an application. The lady that consulted with me answered her phone twice during the process and got up and left once. This was one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been to. When considering to be placed into a program to speak to a doctor, I would rather have nothing to do with this company ever again. Perhaps the staff should help themselves with their mental problems before hurting others that come to them for help. Waste of time, money, and gas.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. This so called not for profit hospital blocked us from having our hospital in Newnan, GA so they could force patients from our area to have to come to our facilities. They offer horrible service anyway and is a fancy facade with patients with the patients being listened to by hidden microphones and cameras in their rooms by administration and God knows who else. Stay away from this place!!!

Accuse people of mental illness so they can be locked up indefinitely for insurance profits. This place is staffed with criminals and scammers. Mental illness is the modern-day witch trials.

First of all the cover photo is misleading bc it is a photo of the inpatient hospital in Villa Rica. This isnt the hospital. This is outpatient therapy and I love it. My therapist is amazing. He gives me reading materials and techniques to deal with my anxieties. He listens without judgement and is the sweetest. He actually cares about his job and his patients. I am so thankful for him!!!

I would not go to this place again, if it were the last place on earth. Instead of helping me it seemed like they were more concerned about judging me. It seemed like they were working with the cops trying to monitor people just because they have mental problems. I have no criminal past or history of violence but they treated me like i was a potentially dangerous person. After i openly and honestly told them about my mental disabilitys.

Wish I could give 0 stars! The lady we spoke to was SO incompetent that she tried to have my fiancee committed for the only problem she does NOT have!!! They wouldnt listen and were more concerned about their lunch than trying to help! Thanks for wasting everybodys time!
