My child has been going here for over a year and its been wonderful. Quite recently my child developed a sudden allergy and they have gone over the moon to help with this problem. Its always so nice getting pictures of their day and seeing the artwork they do. I absolutely love this daycare.

I highly recommend 10/10! Xplor is an wonderful school with amazing staff, as a first time mom especially during the pandemic I was worried but xplor has truly made it feel like a very safe place for my daughter. Not only does the school take extreme precautions for caring for our kids during this pandemic but they also try to keep the parents update and involve as much as possible. My daughter is currently in the toddler classes and I can see the relationships she has built with her teacher and other classmates everyday . It’s truly amazing to find a school like this !

The staff is friendly & made me feel comfortable. Being a first time mom it’s hard to choose a daycare but The staff is amazing, have many years of experience & they update you throughout the day on their app how your kids are doing& even sends you pics ! I love this place. And my son also loves it !10/10 recommend :)

We love Xplor! Currently our third child is enrolled full time there and all of our kids have loved it. I have grown attached to the teachers and appreciate what they do and how they prepare my kids for elementary school. We recommend this school to all of our co workers. The management and front desk are extremely friendly and willing to work with you on any concerns you have. I love that my children get to grow there!

I currently have children (2 & 4) attending Xplor and they love it. The eldest has been attending since she was approximately 18mos. We are so pleased the staff at this facility. They are friendly, knowledgeable and proficient in the curriculum that is taught. Their unconventional approach to the curriculum is so fun and stimulating that the kids don’t even realize they’re learning. The Directors are friendly, willing to assist at a moments notice & just down right AWESOME!! I’m amazed at how quick my little ones are achieving/surpassing their age-appropriate milestones😀

My daughter loves this place. I have been very impressed with what she has been learning and how well she has adapted. She loves her teachers and the other kids in her class. I have had minor concerns here and there but the principal and assistant principal have always had an open door and been quick to address them

This place is gold. Our kids could not be happier. They learn so much while having fun. They love their teachers and staff. They look forward to going to school each day and then coming home to tell us all about it. We love the friendly, safe, and clean environment and they way they treat us as family. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with our experience at Xplor. Ms Leila runs an amazing facility where each child and their family is recognized and matters. Ms Cindy and Ms Kayla are knowledgeable and really care about each student. Our son just completed PreK 2 and Ms Molly was amazing! He is so prepared for Kindergarten because of the academic and social lessons she has taught him. Her classroom has become a family of siblings who support each other and it warms my heart to watch all these children grow together. Her constant willingness for open communication about our sons development was so important to us. We were always welcome to discuss any situation at anytime and that is also why I love Xplor. I am so happy Ms Molly has given our son such a positive example of a great teacher.

I searched a lot of daycare centers before we moved to US and finally chose Xplore. The teachers here are very kind. The space for kids to learn and play is large and super clean. Meals and snacks are provided so I don’t have to worry about my kids food. Programs are well structured and extra curriculum can also be done on site. My kids and I are all very happy to be with Xplor.

We just moved to Texas this summer and couldnt be happier with the summer camp at Xplor. They truly provide a one-of-a-kind experience for the kids. When we pick ours up each day they cant stop talking about what they did. Field trips during the week, activities all day and a wonderful staff to oversee it all. Would highly recommend Xplor for summer camp!

I have two kids here, and we’ve been going to this location since my five-year-old was an infant. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff! They care about every child and get to know them all personally. They are very accommodating when random things pop up, as they do with kids!, and they plan lots of fun activities throughout the year. There are also extracurriculars available on campus, so no picking up kids to take them to dance, soccer, karate, etc. My daughter really loves the karate and computer classes.

I transferred my child to Xplor for many reasons. Even with my daughter being young the advance she has had with what is taught is night and day. We appreciate the time that Xplor gives to her daily. No matter the topic at hand we can always talk about it and find a solution or a better way to help my daughter. You dont get that typical care from any daycare.Mostly I appreciate the communication and honesty from the staff.I recommend Xplor to any parent.

I love the Links2Home app on my phone so I can track my kiddos through out the day. I love the safety feature of getting logged in and out notices for my kids and I can leave a note for the teacher if I need to on it. The facility is nice and clean and my kiddos like the staff. I love that Ms Cindy shows love to all the kids in her charge equally.

I went here when I was in pre-k until I was 12!! I love this place so much. The teachers were awesome and we always went on fun field trips!! Miss you guys!! 😘😘

My son was going to the Carrollton Xplor for 2 years. We left Xplor due to him starting Kindergarten. We are wanting to return during the summer in order to keep his learning going as Miss Molly his teacher was AMAZING! He learned so much from her. She is a rare find in a daycare setting and they are so lucky to have her.

This is the best daycare! I don’t even know where to begin. I toured 3 daycares and left crying after 2 of them. The second I walked into Xplor I knew it was going to be a good choice. I was greeted and given the tour by Cindy who is fabulous. Fast forward to my son (started at 12 weeks old) being a student in one of the infant rooms, his teachers are amazing- all of them. They do activities everyday such as reading books, artwork, music, tummy time, the works. The school has an app that provides constant updates throughout his day as well as pictures. Nothing brightens my day at work more than seeing pictures of my son having fun at daycare. They will do anything you ask them to do- feed a certain way, sleep a certain way, specific health requests, you name it. I do not have one bad thing to say about Xplor! You will not regret enrolling your baby, or child, at this school.

My daughter has been here since she was 6 months old and well be here until shes too old to attend. She has the best teachers and the staff in general is amazing. I recommend Xplorer to any one looking for a daycare or just dis satisfied with their current one. You cant pay for peace of mind and we have been very lucky to find a school that not only my daughter loves but I can drop her off and go to work and not worry about her. That is priceless

We love Xplor Carrollton! Our daughter has been attending since she was an infant. Now in the Beginner classes, we see not only how much fun she has attending but the passion she has for learning. We credit a lot of that to the school and her teachers. Definitely recommend!

This really is an amazing facility. My son has now attended for 3 months and the change in his behavior is night and day. He really enjoys going there each day, and i have total peace of mind while at work that he is being looked after and loved. Leila Couture the principle is absolutely fantastic at what she does, and the genuine care she has for the children. She know them ALL by name and gives a real sense of calm and security. All the teachers are warm, welcoming and pleasant, and I would highly recommend this school for any child under kindergarten age.

My kids have been here for years and I couldn’t be happier. Every teacher is invested in their health, future and sense of well being.I feel confident dropping them off here for a good portion of the day and love to see them flourishing sociallly and mentally.They also include many things in the tuition, such as meals and art supplies, that other daycares tend to charge for. The facilities are always clean and the grounds are well maintained.I would highly recommend this facility to any parent.

We love Xplor. I have two daughters (2yr & 4yr) and they love going to school everyday. We went to the Mckinney location for 3 years with our oldest and were really excited to see there was another location close to our new home. The staff is very friendly, communicates well and seem to genuinely care for my babies. I would highly recommend this preschool.

I have two children that have started at Xplor when they were 8 months old. Xplor has taken great care of them, and every day they are excited to go. They always have wonderful stories about what they learned at the end of the day..

I enrolled my granddaughter here after a bad experience at another daycare. I was impressed with the atmosphere and environment for her as a three-year old. She grew up here, and I was so pleased I enrolled her in their private kindergarten, even though the class was very small. I was a little worried about her staying on par with kids in public kindergarten; however, I a pleased to tell you that as shes entering first grade, she has tested at reading at a second grade level. My granddaughter loved the teachers, and I liked that there was little or no turn over in the 4-6 year age teachers.

We love Xplor daycare! They have a very clean facility, great staff and Leila, the principal is passionate about her job! We are very happy to be at Xplor.

When my daughter and I walk into xplor it feels like home. Ms Leila, Ms. Kayla and ms Cindy have been so amazing to us. I would recommend xplor Trinity Mills to every parent I know. You will feel welcomed and your child will be in great hands. The curriculum is fantastic and my daughter loves going to school.

Our boys are thriving in this daycare. The things they learn and the activities they have in their classes are so great. What a great learning environment and way to socially blossom. The teachers really love their kids and the management has been really great to work with.

My kids have been going to this school since they were babies, and they love it. The staff is nice, and they have learned so much! My older one is in pre-K now and this is her last year here. She will miss it a lot!

I love all of the teachers in the infant classroom. They are wonderful at communicating with us and I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter with them. The facility is so much cleaner and nicer than any other in the area. I would definitely recommend Xplor to a friend.

We love Xplor Carrollton! Our younger son has been attending since last August. This is his first preschool experience; and sure enough, he loves it. Every morning he’s looking forward to school and spending the day with friends and teachers. Even my older son, who’s seven years old, finds it enjoyable to pick up his little brother.The teachers and staff are caring. The directors are friendly, open-minded, responsive, and willing to assist in anyway they can. Now, our son is in Pre-K classroom. His teacher, Ms. Alicia, is awesome! She’s both kind and firm at the same time—she’s firm in terms of classroom rules; however, she’s gentle with the kids. When certain circumstances come up, she’s able to stay calm. Instead of criticizing the wrong-doings, she teaches the kids what they should do in a positive discipline way. As a mom of two sons, I learned a lot of parenting skills from Ms. Alicia. My son loves her!The school is clean and organized; with nice decorations along different holiday themes. The school provides nutritious breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks with variety. The tuition rate is reasonable, especially including all food and art/school supplies. On top of the regular curriculum, the school also offers extracurricular activities, which is a convenience for busy parents.We highly recommend Xplor Carrollton! It’s not only a fun place to play and make friends, but also a place to get kids well ready to transfer to Kindergarten.

My son has gone here since he was 3 months old and he is now 3 and a half. The staff has always been so loving and caring to him and I always feel he is in a safe place.

My son and I recently moved to North Dallas from the HEB area, to be closer to my job. He is 4 years old and will be going into Kindergarten next year. As a single mom, it was pretty stressful to find a new home and school for my son within just a few months. After I found my new home, I did extensive research to find a school that suits my minimal requirements. My sons previous school was not structured whatsoever, there was no set curriculum, and the communication between the teachers was a joke.Needless to say, we needed a fresh start!I had four schools that I planned on touring. The first school I called was Xplor Preschool, I spoke with the Registration Director (I cant remember her name), but she was so sweet! She was so helpful and explained the schools overall structure, as well as asked me about any concerns I had. I set an appointment to tour the school a few days later.Ms. Karma and Ms. Cindy were sitting at the front desk. They both greeted me with friendly smiles, stood up and shook my hand, and they were so friendly and professional. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Ms. Karma took me on a tour of the school and the class that my son would be in. She went through every single thing the children do throughout the day, what they will learn, how progress reports work, how the parent/teacher communication works (which is AMAZING, I will get to that), and answered all of my questions generously. Impressed was an understatement! I just wanted to hug all of the teachers, because I knew that my son would absolutely love this school.By the time my tour was over, I was ready to register him!My son started Xplor Preschool on September 25, 2017. He has learned SO much and he has become such a respectful, helpful and independent four year old! Ms. Alicia is his teacher and I just adore her. She sends me a photo of my son through the Teacher/Parent Communication App, daily! Which blew my mind that a school provided this. It truly makes my day when I receive these pictures.Ms. Cindy, Ms. Karma, Ms. Leila, and Ms. Alicia...you ladies are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for all that you do!

This has been one of the worse daycares I have placed my child at. The teacher for toddlers was awful to the kids. She had zero patience, not a good thing in a teacher. It only took a few weeks to notice that this daycare was not good at all. The director would always be in her office talking on the phone or on the computer. She would always hide in her office. Not once did I see her greet the children or parents. Super overcrowded. Good luck to whom ever has kids in this daycare. :(

Ive had my kids there for over a year now and I love Xplor! The staff is amazing, the Principle is amazing, the daycare overall is amazing. They care so much for our kids and keep us updated on everything thats going on in our kids lives. Thank you!

My kids truly love it here! The teachers really helped them transition in the beginning as well. They really care about your kids at Xplor and always have new and fun activities to do with them.

I cannot express how happy and comfortable I am having my daughter at Xplor Trinity Mills. The directors are so friendly and the infant room teachers are amazing! Ms. Ranna, Ms. Paula, and Ms. Nadia take such great care of my daughter and I cant imagine any other place for her to be during the day. The communication between the directors/teachers with the parents is wonderful and there is always something fun coming up for the families to participate in. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Xplor Trinity Mills.

In my humble opinion, Xplor Carrollton, has one of the worst management teams I have ever seen. They are severely understaffed and the employees they do have are treated poorly and over worked often times without being given a break, while the head manager/principal Latrina sits in her office. Not to mention the fact that they have a problem with some kids who are physically abusive towards the staff and other children and nothing is done about it. Plus the roach problem in the kitchen and some classrooms. I wouldnt recommend this place for daycare or employment opportunities for that matter because its just horrible.

As a single father of a 17 month old boy, I have found that the caring staff at Xplor Daycare on Trinity Mills in Carrollton is by far, second to none. Beginning with the professionalism of the Director Latrina Helfrich and the warm smiles from Mrs. Nikki De Torres and Mrs. Cindy Faulkner, make arriving every morning pleasant and uplifting. In addition, the open arms welcome from Mrs. Juliet when my son was 6 months old to the excited to see attitudes a year later from Mrs. Abby and Mrs. Medina have been yielding. But the attention to detail, care and love that has been amazing to watch, feel and experience first-hand belongs to the most wonderful members of the Xplor staff, teachers Elizabeth Gonzalez and Mrs. Kathy Vesher. Thank you all for giving my son the care he needs and the peace-of-mind that every parent should feel when our children are in your care.

My 9 month old baby was sick CONSTANTLY (like a weekly basis) here. I switched daycares and havent had to miss work since. I wouldnt not bring your child here.
