Looks like I dodged a bullet!!! My husband bought me a gift certificate in 2017. I know I should have used it before now but life happens. There was no expiration date on the gift certificate AND he spent $100!!!! Anyway, I called to make an appointment and they told me it was no good. They were rude and didn’t even offer a discount or anything.DO NOT BUY GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM INDULGE!!!! Total rip-off!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Always offer you drinks from water to mimosas. They have wonderful personal care products and candles that are made locally. Things that are perfect for gift giving and you cant go wrong with a gift certificate. I have had massages and facials. And I always leave with a great color/cut from Rachael!

I absolutely love this Salon!! I find it very difficult to find someone I can trust to cut my hair. I stuck my foot out and took a chance on Indulge after not having my hair cut for roughly 3 or 4 years. They set me up with Brittany Brown who did a fricken fantastic job!! I swear I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done. I will only go to Brittany!!

I had high expectations for a salon and spa with such great reviews. My husband spent $345 for me to have a spa day. I left so upset. The facial was great but the massage was horrible. The lady never stopped talking. I now know all about her personal life with her boyfriend and the opossum she found on her porch. She was super nice so I didn’t want to be rude and tell her to shut up so I kept giving short answers. Terrible is the only way I know how to describe it.

I just left from a facial and massage here. I had the BEST experience. The staff is so friendly. Amy is an amazing massage therapist and Michelle made me feel so comfortable during my facial. I cannot stress how amazing this place is! I will be back again and again!

Rachel remembers her clients preferences, and does such a great job with hair care - she by far gives the best hair cut. For massages, Laura/Hailey are the therapists of choice - each massage just keeps getting better and better with these two! The manager is also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with when needed. Very pleased to have such a great salon & day spa located in Carrollton.

AND they finished ahead of schedule, every bride’s dream! They were so fun and calming as we got ready, and knew exactly what to do for hairstyles if any of my girls were unsure. So I went and had a massage a 90 min. Hot stone massage by Gretchen! And I must say 5 stars aint enough. The hospitality was wonderful! I was greeted with warm smiles and hellos as soon as I walked in the door. I let them know who I was and then they asked me to go upstairs. I went upstairs and was welcomed by other massage therapist there. I got relaxed just sitting upstairs from the music and dim light. Once it wasntome for my massage she listened to my needs where I needed the most attention. Then once she started she worked on those areas the most after she would massage everywhere else I needed. I was so sleepy and relaxed when I left from there. And my shoulders and legs are.no longer tight or sore they feel amazing! I highly recommend this place and ask for Gretchen!

Giving 2 stars for the atmosphere but overall unhappy with my hair coloring. I showed my stylist a picture of very light ashy blonde. I walked out with dark brown and a few weird gray pieces . My starting hair color was medium blonde so I wasnt asking for a huge change. I felt like she didnt listen to what I wanted and I wasted $200 on a color I honestly hate. I asked to go lighter and instead Im 3 shades darker with a weird grey tint (Im in my 30s). She also did a conditioning treatment without asking me or telling me it would cost extra. Will not return for hair services. Felt misled and overcharged.

Had a delux manicure and pedicure here before my wedding. The actual massage position of the treatment was fantastic and the lady that did my service was very friendly and seemed good. I did gel polish on my nails and did regular polish on my toes, and BOTH my fingernails and toenails had to be redone within hours of my original services. The polish did not stick to my nails at all, and I had to pay to have them redone by another salon. When I went back to the salon the following day for my hair and makeup to be done, I complained to the manager about the situation and she did nothing for me. She would not even offer a simple 10% discount on my hair and makeup. I spent $132 for my manicure and pedicure at indulge, and then had to follow it up with a $50 manicure and polish change at another nail salon. For the prices they charge, it was 100% not worth it. And the customer service was horrible. I do think the employees were incredibly friendly and did all they could do, but the manager lost all my respect and I will not be going back.

This was a gorgeous place. I wanted to thank Rachel for a wonderful job on my nails and Chandler for an awesome job on my makeup. I felt absolutely glamorous at the company holiday party last night. Thanks again.

Every time Ive had my hair cut here Ive left totally happy. Chandler, Rachel, and Jess were all great and personable. Prices are totally reasonable and the shop is clean and welcoming. The only place in Carrollton that Ill get my hair cut now.

Love getting a massage here! If you are an athlete- request one of the massage therapist who specialize in some of the sports medicine style stretches and therapy! Its very beneficial to this dancers body, so I highly recommend !

Shes gentle, talks things over, understands your hair goals.Amanda, Esthetician -- She took on my weirdo request to wax my nostrils. Do not wear any kind of jewelry or anything that might be valuable to you because it might randomly disappear. Dont ask too many questions, you might annoy them. If you want to go here make sure you get in and get out, dont talk to much & dont wear anything valuable. You are just a paycheck for them so dont expect to be treated as anything else. The down side is that there are not many spas in this area, so this is kinda what you get.

The massage was amazing. I will go back just for that. The pedicure/manicure was horribly disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Ive gotten much better pedicures at Walmarts nail salon. No exaggeration. The polish job was mediocre. They need a wider color selection. At a spa I expected a better massage with my pedicure than what they give. All this for $40?? No extra treatment included. I told my husband never book a pedicure there again for me. For only $20 the nail salons have them beat by far with only a basic pedicure!! Trust me. But massages? Oh yeah! They just need to step up their pedicure/manicure service an get more qualified technicians. These looked like college students who needed side work but it was very obvious they werent properly trained/skilled. Which is surprising for a quality spa like this one. Well... Hope this review gets you a great massage and also saves you $40 on a bad pedicure.

Dont choose a color for hair unless they already have it. If you choose one they have to make....disaster. Never going back again. My hair was cut way too short as well. Worst experience. They may be nice there but the actual finished look...horrible.

TERRIBLE customer service! Always been satisfied with my services at Spa Indulge until this week. After completing an eyebrow and face wax, I left to run an errand across town before dinner plans. At my 2nd stop, I noticed a huge wad of wax at the base of my part on top of my head. I immediately called the spa the whole time thinking people make mistakes and hopefully they can tell me how to get it out without pulling out more hair and give me my next visit free. They put me on hold for a very long time; they instructed me to drive back across town so they could give me an oil to maybe help. No we wont credit you. Sorry you have plans and cant drive back across town for the free oil, but we wont do anything else for you. Turns out, it was the actual owner, Stacey, who dropped the glob in my hair! Really? Business must be good when you refuse to make your own mistakes right for your customers!

I did the total body rejuvenation with Cindy she was amazing! Very professional and skilled. The treatment was very relaxing and my skin is super soft.I then did ultimate anti aging facial which also left my skin soft and smooth and last I did the signature mani pedi which was also great. I left feeling rejuvenated with some great skin products!! The staff was very friendly and professional the only thing that could be better is if you couldnt hear people in the waiting area ,it does disrupt the sessions or mabe put out some please be quiet signs lol. It was really great and will definitely be back.

So one year ago I had a stupid crash on my dirt bike causing a third degree separated shoulder with lots of pain. I have gone to the physical therapist and work on my shoulder focusing on repairing the damaged tissues and muscles. BUT today I went to Indulge Spa and had a 55 min message (thank you Dixie Poe Brooks). And my shoulder feels 100% better. I will be going back for sure !!!!!

They were really nice but for the price a the pedicure I got I could have gotten done better at a vitameise place and paid for somebody to join me. My feet were still scratchy and ruff afterwards and the polish came off that day! Really bummed I felt as if I would have gotten pampered way better somewhere else!

The hot stone massage was very pleasant, as was the masseuse. She listened attentively and went easy as I figured out if I was ok post shoulder surgery for massage. She also dug in a little deeper when I asked after figuring out I was ok and the softer massage just wasnt loosening me up.However, if the staff/owners are reading this - when I called to make the appointment I specifically mentioned I was using a gift certificate and wanted to know if the Hot Stone was an option. I was told yes and an appointment was booked - that was it. After my massage, however, I was charged $17 because it was an upgraded/speciality massage and not a signature massage. (I wouldve though hot stone fell under signature). I dont know that I wouldve gone the hot stone route if I had known it would be more - this should have been mentioned (the additional cost) when I BOOKED the appointment and/or when I was checking in - not after the fact. It feels like a strange bait-and-switch.That being said - all of the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere is very spa-like with appropriate decor, beverages (tea/coffee) and general quiet feel. Additionally, they have a hair salon and makeup salon with Bare Minerals (the brand I use). I cant comment on makeup or hair services, however, as I was only there for a massage.

SO SO SO BAD!!!!!!!! I wanted some red highlights and ended up with my hair fire engine red! I told the stylist, and front desk I was upset before leaving and they told me to wash my hair, get clairifying shampoo and if it wasnt not better by tuesday(three days later) they would fix it.... I went to another salon monday and got it fixed was told because my hair was over processed it was now damaged I paid $150 to get it fixed. I then talked to the salon manager and she said the only thing she could offer was 20% off my next color in the salon.....are you joking?! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!
