My father-in-law had an excellent experience here. They refit his hearing aids (which never really fit correctly) and were able to increase their capacity to the next level (he was previously told that they were maxed out). Highly recommend this location!

Needing service on my Beltone hearing aids, I filled out the online form to set up an appointment at this Beltone Hearing Care Center. I waited a week but this store never responded to or acknowledged my online request for an appointment. So today I decided to call them at the phone number listed on their website to set an appointment. All I got was the screeching sound of a fax line. I tried 3 times, got the fax machine each time, then gave up. With no response to online requests and no one but a fax machine to answer the main phone number, this store will likely not be in business much longer.
