As an established patient I called for a tooth pain issue. The intake person Jill correctly determined my level of urgency and gave me an appointment (for within 48 hrs of my call) and offered advice to try in the interim - which proved to be very helpful. Ive been going to CDC for almost 2 years now. The staff is extremely professional and take their jobs seriously yet are warm and friendly. You never feel pressured into any extra services like at some dentists. I highly recommend CDC.

I drive over 50 miles to visit CDC and its absolutely worth it. Dr. Tigges and her staff are wonderful--friendly, professional, and courteous. Another dentist caused me a lot of difficulty last year and I chose Carroll to correct his mistakes. Ill never choose another dentist after receiving their service!

Not going to lie I hated having the infection scrapped out. The extraction was painless I feel 80% better it been only 12 hours I recommend them as great dentists and assistances

Absolutely the very best dental care. I was having horrible tooth pain and was so miserable I wanted the tooth out. Dr. Jaffe explained the importance of keeping the tooth and once I could think straight with less to no pain, I was so glad she’s my dentist. We talked about a plan to save the tooth and it was a very comfortable experience. Dr. Jaffe and her assistants are wonderful! Thank you so very much!

I have dental anxiety and havent been to a dentist in years because of it. My technician, Sara, was amazing! She walked me through what she would do. She eased my anxiety and we had a nice talk about all kinds of things. I will definitely be back and feel so much better about the care of my teeth.

My family have not yet been customers for a year, but we already know that weve found a place that we trust in Carroll Dental Clinic. From start to finish, it is always a comfortable experience(as comfortable as a dentist visit can be). They have a pay-plan that allows you to pay one low fee to receive 15% off of your care if you pay in full that day. That goes a long way to make it much more affordable. I highly recommend this clinic!

Very happy with my visit and dental work this year. The staff were friendly, helpful and relaxed. To my surprise they even offered to submit my dental bill to my insurance for me, a service I didnt think theyd offer because Carroll Dental Clinic is not an in-network provider for my UHC medicare advantage plan. I i couldnt be happier. Best of all, they didnt lecture me about anything, just offered some helpful advice.

I LOVE this clinic and my dentist! I started with my local dentist and something just didnt seem right plus he wanted me to go to Fort Dodge for things I needed instead of taking care of it himself. I decided to try Carroll Dental Clinic and I am soooo glad I did. Great, GREAT dentist and the total cost was much less than the local dentist quoted me. Did I mention I love this clinic??!!

I broke my tooth over the weekend. I knew I would likely need a crown. I left a message for the office and they called me first thing Monday to arrange an appointment. To my surprise they got me in first thing the next day. I presumed it would take several visits to have the crown complete. My appointment started at 9AM and I was on my way back to work at 11AM, crown on and finished! They have high tech equipment, extremely professional staff and best of all, no pain of any sort. Dr Bogue is excellent. Carroll Dental Clinic is the best!

The dentist has always caused me anxiety since I was young. As an adult my anxiety only got worse. I was upfront with Carroll Dental Clinic about it and they took it seriously. They let me know what they are doing ahead of time, give me breaks if I need it, and treat me with the upmost respect and kindness. I reccomend them to anyone!

I had a BAD toothache and they worked me in very quickly. The dentist was awesome to stay late and pull a couple of very painful teeth. He didnt have to do that and it was appreciated very much as you could imagine. Impressed!

Dr. Tigges is the only dentist my kids have ever seen. The hygienists are patient and caring and the visits are uneventful - behavior-wise. Everyone is friendly and the front desk staff recently worked really hard to get me a follow up appointment that worked well for our schedule. Its worth the drive (25+ miles) for us!

The staff at the Carroll Dental Clinic were all exceptionally friendly. I was having some severe facial pain and was referred to the Clinic by the ENT. I walked in with no appointment and they worked me in and resolved my issue!! Many places would not even attempt to work someone in without an appointment! The Dentist called me several days later to make sure that I was doing ok. Very impressed and appreciative of their care!
