Went to the dentist today for the first time in 3 years. Between a lack of dental insurance and some dental anxiety, I was avoiding the trip. The staff here made me feel SO comfortable. Everyone was so accommodating, making sure I was OK and understood what was happening. Pricing is extremely fair and they will not try and convince you to do work you don’t need. Highly recommend!

No one really wants to go to the dentist but every team member that l spoke with was genuinely sweet, thoughtful and accommodating. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere! They were also entertaining while I was getting work done - ha. Couldn’t have chosen a better dentist office!

They got me right in. Assessed the situation, discussed options and made me an appointment to have the situation taken care of. Now everything is back to normal. Whats more they went the extra mile with a follow up to make sure that I was doing okay after the fact. These are professionals, with the bonus of being compassionate and kind❤️

I was nervous seeing the dentist as it had been 6+ years and I knew I needed work. But Dr. Megumi and her assistants made me extremely comfortable during all of my appointments. Terrific experience with teeth cleaning and dental health checkup. The entire visit was under 90 minutes, which included the brief paperwork, new x-rays, complete oral evaluation, teeth cleaning & polishing, dental health consultation, and a fluoride treatment. I got Brie as my dental hygienist, she recently moved from Massachusetts and is very talented in doing a thorough job while keeping the patient comfortable. Dr. Ben was knowledgable and helpful. The facilities are well designed - I appreciated the contemporary music playlist and the nature documentary (like Planet Earth) they put on during the cleaning. Personable staff and a friendly office environment. Ill be back.

I was hesitant to find a new dentist since I moved but I am so glad I found Milltown Family Dentistry. They are very enthusiastic, professional and personable. The office is amazing and they make you feel comfortable from the time you enter to the time you leave.

Super impressed! Dr. Lambeth, Lindsey and Steve were so friendly and helpful. The visit was quick (no waiting in the reception area) and painless (their X-rays were the best Ive ever had. No ridiculously uncomfortable bite plates!). At the end, Steve fully explained my insurance coverage. I would definitely recommend them.

Milltown is the only dentist office that I can honestly describe as comfortable. The level of care is great, the staff seems to be genuinely invested in their patients, theyre all efficient, and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes in my 5 visits. The whole team is warm and friendly while still being professional -- theyre great at putting you at ease. And if thats not enough, they have televisions mounted on the ceiling where you can watch Netflix while they work on your teeth. Zoning out to Planet Earth during a cleaning is pretty great. Its also a new and spacious, with minimalist furniture and big windows, free coffee, and iPads for the kids -- all of which makes your unlikely wait to be seen even better. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous new practice in downtown Carrboro led by a husband-and-wife team. Staff is friendly, warm and professional. Their in-house dental insurance plan is simple and affordable. Kid-friendly with play area. Ceiling-mounted TV screens for a bit of Netflix while you have your teeth cleaned. :)

I had to have a crown placed and believe it or not they worked me in, it was fast procedure, they participated with my insurance and the biggest thing is that I had NO PAIN! I’ve watched her give numerous injections with patients feeling little to nothing. Her sweet demeanor makes patients with even high dental anxiety feel comfortable in her hands.
