They are the BEST. I drive from Santa Barbara to see Dr. Berkenmeier. The The front desk girls are amazing, they are very accommodating and make sure to get you in ASAP. Doctor Burkeymyer is the sweetest and has such great attention to detail. I have been a very difficult client the least and they have always made sure to get me in and to make sure that I am happy. All of the dental hygienists are very great ! I am very happy with this dentist!

A very sore jaw got me in to the exam chair. Dr.Klara checked in several ways and found the offending tooth. Root canal scheduled with Dr.Bob. He has done one of mine before and is very skilled and kind in response to my anxiety. From the front office to the Docs and assistants, everyone is always considerate, friendly, and clear in explaining procedures and options.

This was my first visit with Dr. Berkenmeier but I would unequivocally recommend him. He, and his entire staff, were incredibly nice, intelligent, thorough and caring. And it was apparent that he put the patients well-being above everything else. Pleasant office, too.

Judy and I have been with Dr. Bobs practice for about two years for oral health maintenance and recently cap replacements. He and all of his staff are thoroughly professional, honest, competent, thoughtful, caring, and by far the best dental practice we have ever experienced. Dr. Berkenmeier is amazing!! He was so calm and soothing which put me very much at ease. He explained everything to me thouroughly and patiently listened to and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel extremely comfortable and confident moving forward with him for all of my dental needs. His office staff was so friendly and very helpful in checking out what my insurance might cover. They also provided me with a folder which included copies of my X-rays and exam info from that day. The office itself was also so cute and comfy! Everything about my experience was great!

Dr. Berkenmeier and Dr. Sugiyama and their entire staff are amazing. I always a joy seeing everyone there and their dental work is the best of the best. They provide incredible service, bending over backwards to accommodate all of the clients needs. A five star experience, for sure!

This is the best initial appointment at any dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Berkenmeier is so kind and thorough. He took pictures and x-rays and brought them up on a screen for me to see. He went through every single tooth with me and explained everything he was seeing on each tooth. I will definitely be using this dentist office all the time now.

The office has the latest in technology and is spotless. Friendly faces that are there year after year mean that not only are they competent but that it must be a good environment to work in.

Dr. Berkenmeier was so gracious to take me at 8PM when my tooth cracked in half and came out. He gave me temporary that night and today gave me the permanent crown!Amazingly great service! :)

I have been a patient for about twenty years. Dr. B and Dr. S and their staff always provide top-quality professional service and on a personal level are very warm and caring. Their prices are very good. I would never go anywhere else!

I had 2 crowns replaced today. Notably I am one who puts these things off as long as possible as it is a super stressful thing to have a dentist invade your mouth with a syringe, various drills and tools. Dr Berkenmeir has a soft voice and is very patient and calming. Having crowns replaced and any kind of drilling on my teeth is not what I would choose to do for fun, but he made it as easy as it can possibly be.

Lovely small town dentist. Thorough exams and cleanings, and willing to work with me as a self-pay.
