Today my daughter visited this dentist for the first time after making an appointment a month and a half ago. By being there, they indicate that they do not accept my plan, something that they never indicated to me when I made the appointment. I go out and contact the insurer and they tell me that the reimbursement can be made. So I went back and told the one who attended me to take care of my daughter that I would ask the plan for reimbursement. She tells me I have to make another appointment. I ask her why we were already here and she replies that she had already moved on to the next one. I understand that they as a dental office should improve customer service and be more empathetic in these times of pandemic. It was her duty, first, to have given alternatives regarding the plan (because when I called the plan, I found out about the reimbursement) and not simply say we do not accept that plan and, second, that if I was already there, they should attend to me And not letting me go, even after the one who passed on my shift (but it was easier to say that I made another appointment). Bad service and little interest in working. It is a pity.
