I went there to better myself and I appreciate all the help that I received

I am in desperate need of help for my adult son. When I called the lady was very flat and almost to the point of being rude in my opinion. I told her I’m desperate because nobody seems to be able help and she said the only way is to bring them in for a consultation that’s the way they get their patients. I understand that. So I said how do you make someone come in that refuses and she said you have to call the police. I tried that two weeks ago didn’t work. Then she said well just good luck with that. That was the end of the conversation. I’m just flabbergasted!

Rude and unhelpful when I called to ask questions about the inpatient treatment. Didnt even answer my questions. Would never consider sending a loved one here when that cant even be respectful on the phone.

Ive had to come here to be stabilized on medication and I just gotta say I loved the entire staff very sweet and down to earth caring individuals.Thank You CrestWood.
