I cant even write a review about the Doctors here because my wife and I never got past their rude staff on the phone. All these posts talking about the staff are telling the truth.We couldnt get a hold of our sons pediatrician. Their robot phone tree kept sending us in circles back to the beginning of the call. No answer, messages taken, or on call physician. So we called this Pediatrician office looking for help for our sick son.The lady who answered was rude, told us they couldnt help us due to liability reasons and him not being a patient (which of course is completely understandable). Then proceeded to show she hand no compassion for sick children and hung up on us before we could see about becoming a patient there, so that we can get a hold of a pediatrician if our son is sick again. In hind sight she saved us from making the same mistake. Lovely way to run a business.zero stars for the clown who answered the phone.

I wish I can give 0 star. I like the doctor( I followed him from one practice to this one) but the staff I absolutory dont care for. I moved out of state over a year ago and I still cant get them to transfer my kids record to the current pediatric office. My current pediatric tried over with fax request and over to get it and have no respond at all. I called multiple times and yet I cant get it.If you follow your doctor there , I dont care how much you love your doctor, it is NOT WORTH to go there!

Dr Arab is a great dr but he really should take into consideration all the complaints of his office staff. I’ve dealt with this place for 3 years. They never answer the phone and they’re always late. They all seem like they hate their job, the main front desk lady specifically. Her attitude is horrible and I’ve seen her speak to maannyyy people in a horrid manner. No point in updating information on file with them because they just ignore it anyways. Honestly remove the front desk staff and plenty of people would be back.

Most of doctors and staff are friendly but they refused to provided American Sign Language interpreter for parents who need to communicate. It’s ADA law required. Just keep in your mind

I was really shocked by this view 😑 the paitent chair is very dirty. How do they preview paitrnt with this view. Also it is a long wait there! Good luck getting a hold of anyone during business hours. the last lady doctor i had that seen my son was grumpy and didn’t even get the right diagnosis for his foot.

This place is terrible. The doctors are not bad, but the office staff is horrible. They are rude and obviously hate life and their jobs. They don’t look at you when you speak to them, and seem as if having to deal with you and do their jobs is an awful experience for them. They never answer the phones and when they do you are on hold forever. God forbid you need a referral... the lady in charge of those only works certain hours and sends the referrals incorrectly or with missing info 30 times before she gets it right. They get irritated when you press them to fix something, even if it was their mistake. We were there for a couple years and it’s just terrible.

The front desk is rude. The wait time is 30+ minutes, then they put you in a room to wait for the doctor and you wait 20+ more minutes. My child’s doctor was no longer with the clinic and they never mentioned it to me. Will be switching clinics. Also! My son is not current on his immunizations because they don’t have the vaccines that he needs! But! They do make you sign a form that they don’t need patients who are against immunizations and that they believe in immunizing your kids. My son is going to kindergarten in less than a year.

You never see a doctor only nurse practitioners they gave us the wrong antibiotics and also wrong information twice. Also missed diagnosis twice .Pharmacy also questioned the antibiotic ordered wrong dose and antibiotic .My daughter got worse until we actually seen a real doctor in a different office . The nurse practitioner was pretty blunt and didnt do a thorough assessment on my daughter .They also told us there was nothing else they could do it was viral. Well they were wrong

Why does Dr. Arab hire these snotty, rude, condescending and passive aggressive clerical staff workers!? Also, why not hire some men? The doctors are awesome but the office staff here at the Coyle location are experts in making the parents feel awful.

WARNING!! Terrible employees. They are constantly rude! Denied my almost 2 year old daughter an appointment because it has been a year and 9 months since she has been there, not 2 years. Absolutely no reason to deny a child their shots. Really feel bad for the pediatricians that have to be around all that negativity. Did I mention they also hung up on my insurance provider the second they heard my daughters name (: i wouldnt even recommend this office location to my worst enemy

Warning....Dmv has less wait than this office...They dont care Even you have appointment...I dont know how California health and Medical department approved their facilitie.

Horrible customer service, they are willing to yell at your face even they are at fault. Please if you are planning to look into this pediatrics place please do not go. They will make a mistake and will not take full responsibilities.

I normally go to the office off of El Camino but they were booked for the day. Usually at the El Camino office I experience a 45 minute to 1 hour wait to be called. Then an addittional 20 minutes in the room.This was my first time at this office and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes for both my kids. The front desk was a little overwhelmed but they were not rude at all as previous comments indicated.

Horrible service their charging us for a bill saying they were not the pediatrician. They made us change because they shut down the elcamino location. So we changed now there saying we randomly choose them to have my sons shots ok lol and so you bill me later !!! Ok bs waiting on a response on the state hearing. stay clear away from these people.

Theyre always trying to get money. Both receptionist are very rude. Whoever records no show appt and rechedules appts does not do their job correctly. I had an app for 5/18 i rescheduled to 5/25 we get there, they said my daughters dr changed so i wistvhed it and it wasnt valid til 6/1 so i was resheduled for 6/2 we show up and theres a 20 no show fee for 5/18 and nothing saying that my appt was rescheduled and it wasnt a no show. The receptionist continued to tell me she cant be seen til the $20 fee was paid and even said whoever logged it in didnt do it correctly and gave me a smirk? Im taking this further. Its not the $20 its that someone isnt doing their job right.

Kicked my kids out saying they dont accept medi-cal anymore and charged us a no-show fee after that.

Horrible front desk was told I was charged for missing a appointment after I wasnt told the office even moved had to drive to coyal for no reason the front desk Ann told me I was ugly never will I go there again
