If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is a joke, I had insurance with them for a entire year and I made an initial appointment in Feb-March, they did not have available dates until JULY, so I accepted bc I had no other choice. One week before my appointment they cancel saying there was an error and the doc wont be there....they reschedule me for OCTOBER. and guess what happened? A week before my appointment they cancel AGAIN, saying the doc is out of town, but if I want I can see a nurse in DECEMBER.....I accept bc I have been having stomach issues ALL YEAR. At my December appointment I reschedule AGAIN to February 22nd. They called me yesterday (2/14/19) to tell me yet AGAIN my appointment was going to have to be cancelled. I have been paying $200 a month PLUS the tax credit given to me by the government for this insurance. These people are crooks. I paid $2,400.00 out of pocket to NEVER ONCE be able to get service or see a real doctor. I dont know how they havent been sued yet. DO NOT EVER GET JOIN THIS INSURANCE GROUP!!!!!!!!
