I came in today at 9 am while checking in I was the only person in line while two receptionist talk about taken days off for a wedding. While their talking after waiting about ten minutes another lady check me in. The nurse helping me told me that I need to walk so I started walking around the building. Now it’s 1:15 pm I waiting to check back in the same two ladies are talk and when the Security guard told them one person was waiting in line Erica said one person can wait. I’ve been here since this morning I’m ready to go. I don’t have time to wait. She is very rude.

I took my grandmother to this suite #220 for a check up and arrived 20 minutes early. A gentleman came in after us, who was running over a half hour late. They let him in before us. When I stated what was going on, the front desk woman just laughed and shrugged it off. When the doctor let us go back, the doctor was just rude. Not impressed. Would definitely choose a different place to take your loved ones for care. I would give 0 stars if applicable.

Very poorly organized. I arrived half hour early for 12.15 appointment. Finally got procedure started half an hour late. Staff not friendly but bossy. Facility dowdy. One shining star the gentleman who did the MRI. Mercy imaging on Coyle so much better.

I have always had a positive experience at this imaging facility. However, the one-star rating is due to recent experiences scheduling or changing appointments. I made a call this morning and was told the wait time would be 24 minutes to speak to someone. I hung up and decided to try later in the day. I have currently been on hold for 40 minutes! And there is no others means (website, MyHealthOnline, etc.) to schedule or change an appointment. Do they have only one scheduler for the entire Sutter Imaging system??? Absolutely unacceptable!

Everything is great about this place, but the lady on front desk. If she is not happy with her job its not my fault, she can get another job or she should be happy to help people. All the stuff are friendly and really helpful. I had to wait about 45min after my appointment to go in. Im still happy with the service I got here. This place is very clean and well organized.

Went here for my first ultrasound 😊 I was very pleased. Appt was at 7:45am, got there at 7:20am. And they took me back about 7:35AM. Front desk and ultra sound tech were fast & friendly.

They are always courteous and prompt. I have been a walk-in and had appointments and I have always been treated kindly. I never have to wait too long to be called and any scans Ive had have always been done professionally and in a timely manner.

No Kiosk in the buliding. It is electronic and broken. Had a terrible time trying to find my daughter. I went to several floors and had to make inquiries. Employees say it has been broken for over a week! Totally unacceptable. Go back to the old signage that does not break down!

I went a few days ago for an ultrasound to find out the gender of my baby. I was super excited thrilled to finally know well the experience was horrible there. The intern that was doing the ultrasound was very rude even mumbled under her breath stating darn baby. I guess my baby was doing what she wanted at the time. She huffed and puffed the whole time. I called to speak to the supervisor expecting something to be done but she could care less I believe her name was Janette. Completely blew me off. I will not be returning or recommending anyone. Its ridiculous. What kind of people are they hiring? If you dont like the field your in leave dont take it out on others. Something needs to be done!!!!

I wish I could give this NO stars. My husband came in for an ankle xray (today) April 2. He was told by the rude and gruff receptionist to go sit there while pointing to a chair. She said it would be 30 - 40 minutes at most. He waited for 1 hour and 15 and finally left. This is not how a business is run. Maybe the receptionist was having a bad day, maybe shes always this rude - either way, dont take it out on the patients. Id terminate the receptionist. He will never return.

I love Sutter facilities. My doctor is the best with very friendly knowledgeable staff. Ive always chosen Sutter. When going in Sutter Imaging they are friendly and knowledgeable and get in and out quickly. Its always something I can count on.

Im giving Sutter one star for this mornings visit only. Normally I would say they would get at least a four star as their staff is generally competent and caring and the techs are always excellent in their field as well as caring. Today however Broomhilda the Hun at reception greeted me with a frown and an attitude (hoorah its Monday morning). No organization should have customers be greeted my someone who has zero social skills. She needs to either change her attitude or be assigned to a non-public position.

It takes 45 min just to sign in for a ex ray then wait for your named to be called to get your insurance, than you wait even longer for them to call you back. And there were only 3 people waiting. They just dont want to help you. This location actually almost killed me, I ended up driving to Roseville (They are open until 8 pm) and they determined I had a collapsed lung and was sent to ER.

Arrived around 4:30pm on a Friday with no appointment and got right in to get my x-rays done. Both the receptionist and the xray technician were very helpful and very nice.

Im furious. Ive waited weeks to get my first ultrasound and was scheduled today to come in. THEYRE CLOSED. why would they schedule me a day theyre not even open? So unprofessional, so upsetting. Not okay.

I called to schedule an X ray and the lady was extremely rude! She even called me stupid when she thought she was covering the mic on her phone! Im not sure why people that dont like dealing with other people work in this type of field. It seemed painful for her to answer simple questions as if I was wasting her time and treated me as if I was beneath Her! Same attitude when I actually went in. Some people as front desk reps should NOT be in that position!

Thumbs-down! Waiting an hour just to take X-rays is outrageous. I am a 30 year Professional and I blame it on Management. Regardless! They are the ones who are getting paid to keep things&every employee in order.
