Knowledgeable and passionate owner and instructors. These guys really want to help their clients reach their fitness goals. Very thankful to have found this gym while I was in Sacramento. The virtual classes are a wonderful option for anyone! Classes are offered 7 days a week to cater to all the crazy schedules out there. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Sac area :-)

Im so glad I found UFF. I was looking for a locally owned gym where my husband and I could get fit together. The workouts are tough but the coaches and classmates are so encouraging. I love having online & in-person options that include boot camp, yoga, TRX and spin. The variety keeps it interesting. If youre thinking about trying Urban Flex, just do it. You wont regret it.
