Dr Ottman and his wonderful staff performed A very painful procedure on my eye; however he and his assistant made it as comfortable as possible and The surgery was a success.I can recommend his office w/o reservation! The doctor was amazing, however the billing lady is an absolute nightmare. She incorrectly puts in her information and calls me to threaten me to be semt to collections if i dont pay her NOW!! At the time i was unemployed and laid off work with an income of 180 a week to survive on. I even attempted suicide and thankfully im still here for some reason unknown to me, but she couldnt care less. Basically twisted the knofe while it was already in. I explained how i have already sent the info to and contacted the insurance, however she did not care. She is refusing to give me back my money ive paid in cash in a timly manmer. She has taken over 200$ from me and continues to say she doesnt know when ill get my money. Even tried to short me 100$ on a payment i just made a few days ago. I asked her for the doctors schedule and she refused to comply. She hung up on me and said that everyone including the office managwr and doctor wont be bacl for a week or two... straigh unprofessional and disrespectful. If you want a good doctor, he is your guy, but kristy is a rude woman who has no business maintaining the title she does. If i cant do my job, im easily replaced. Until she gets talked to or let go I refuse to return to this place and will be sure to let everyone know what a bad person she is and how she will ruin the entire experience. I will be sure to repost this review everywhere possible til something is dont about this. Stealing money from your doctors patients is just sick.

Dr. Ottman has been a wonderful eye doctor for myself and also was for my husband (now deceased). His office staff is also wonderful to deal with. I like the timely reminders of my annual exam, and how through they are. This is especially important for Diabetics as I am (and my husband was) I do not have any retinopathy as my husband did, but I ever had a vision problem Im certain Dr. Ottman would know exactly what needed to be done or could refer me to a Retinologist as he had to do for Bill.

Excellent Ophthalmology Office! Great Medical Staff! Surgery Center in the Basement. Excellent Emergency Eye Surgery and Treatment... I had 2 compressed Optic Nerves by Swollen Iriss called Narrow Angle Glaucoma. It was originally caught by my Retinolologists Office, Dr. Arun Patel on Greenback Lane on the right side prior to hitting I-80 West on Monday, August 21, 2012. They sent me on Wednesday to my Optomotrists Office, Dr. Mar at Copperwood Square Shopping Center, near Food Maxx. Dr Mars Office sent me immediately to Dr David Ottman, who immediate measured my elevated eye pressures and I event up getting an emergency Iridotomy (Created a Secondary Drain in the Back of my Iris). This was at 8pm on Wednesday, same day as Dr. Mars Office Optomotrist Appt. If I had gone home that night, I would blind in my left eye 👁. Thank you, Dr. David Ottman! 😄 Thursday I wentback to have a 2nd Iridotomy on my Right Iris. This helped me to save my vision AND see colors so vividly. It had occurred so slowly that I didnt realize how much color was blocked by the Compressed Optical Nerve. Bless you, Dr. David Ottman! 😄

Best experience, this Dr. Is an upgrade to others, excellent staff, best surgery experience, sets the bar high. Wouldnt go anywhere else now.
