Fast, friendly, easy to get an appointment, good man, friendly staff that appeared to have worked there for a long time. I used to live in the apartment complex next door to his office several years ago. One day, there was a horrible accident on Fair oaks boulevard in front of his office and an SUV was flipped over and a woman was trapped inside. Myself and several neighbors ran out to provide assistance as did the Dr. and one of his staff. I started seeing him as a dentist after that and have since. Ive always been pleased. He did inexpensive cash work before I had insurance through an employer as well. His son appears to have joined the business. Ive always found them to provide good care.

I have been going to Dr John Barakat for the past 18 years. My wife has been going to Dr. John Barakat since she was 5 years old. We also now see Dr. Andre Barakat. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are the best in Sacramento! If there is a procedure that cant be performed at their facility, their network is also top quality. What I love about Dr. John and Dr. Andre Barakat is they make you feel comfortable. Their work is not rushed. They are personable. Their dental assistants and entire staff is the best! They truly make you feel part of their dental family. I plan on working with Dr. John and Andre as long as they are in business!

I have had mostly negative experiences with Dentistry in my life. However, the appointment that I had with Dr. Barakat yesterday was truly amazing! I needed a tooth pulled, but it turned into oral surgery due to decay on the root as well as cracks. That made me very nervous, because I had it done before and it was a horrific experience with terrible pain. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I experienced no pain, very little swelling and did not even need to take anything for the pain afterwards or the next day. I didnt even have a dull ache the next morning when I woke up. To me, that is a testament that he not only knows what he is doing, but he is a perfectionist at what he does. That is very rare to find! During the experience, he was very reassuring. He told me each step as he went along, and I was so surprised how quickly he completed removing all of the pieces of tooth. I highly recommend Dr Barakat for any/all of your Dental needs!! Thank you Doctor!

This place is so friendly, super clean, and definitely will be our new dentist. My 8 yr old grandson accidently broke his adult tooth in half. They fixed it up real nice there and he said the dentist was like his friend. Flawless experience there. Thank you guys so much.

We stumbled upon Dr. Barakat when we were trying to navigate through the horrible medi-cal process - thank the lord above for that! He is nice and comforting, not only to my young children, but also my big baby of a husband! 😉 In short, my whole family loves him, he’s personable, informative, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and his office is conveniently located as well as clean and last but not least, his entire practice has great customer service 👏🏼 I recommend Dr. Barakat to all my family and friends and review readers.

If I had Dr. Barakat as my dentist as a child, my teeth wouldnt be in as bad of a shape as they are now as an adult...I wouldnt have feared getting things done. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Barakat (the son...although the father seems very nice as well). HIGHLY recommended! This place has saved my mouth and I cant thank them enough.

I had a very long journey trying to get 4 top teeth repaired. Along my journey 1 out the 4 got extracted because of a terrible experience at a different dental office. It really took my confidence away from me because it’s noticeable when I smile. I proceeded to see another dentist in my local area as he told me my teeth were great and all I needed was some fillings and one root canal done. So he placed temporary fillings that weren’t even done nicely to make me feel comfortable. Later down the road my left tooth, that supposedly only needed a filling, started hurting tremendously.My mom gave me a number to her local dentist that she was referred to by a friend. Knowing that the drive was pretty far for me, 1.5hrs there and back..3hrs total, I decided to give them a try. That was the best decision I made!First appointment I met with Dr. Andres Barakat. I had a full X-ray, exam and teeth cleaning done. I was told I had a very bad infection on my left tooth and an infection on my two teeth on the right, and that I will need root canals and crowns done immediately to save my teeth. I was prescribed an antibiotic and saw Dr. Andres Barakat two days after my first appointment to start the procedures.I had no pain during the procedures and after. My teeth feel and look AMAZING! I also got a flipper to cover up my “hole” in the front and it literally looks like a natural tooth.Hands down best dental experience I’ve had. The staff is extremely nice, caring and so informative. The office is always clean. They accept medi-cal (denti-cal), PPO insurance and their prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend Dr. Andres Barakat and Dr. John Barakat!

Dr. Barakat has been my dentist for over 14 years. He is gentle and does fast and neat work . The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.
