Today was my first visit. I was brought to the back fairly quickly and given a small tour of the building. I have never seen such a high tech dental office before! I think it’s awesome that they also have their own dental plan, so much is included. The staff is another amazing quality of the office. Every staff member was in a positive mood and they were all very pleasant to talk to, it made my experience so enjoyable.I can honestly say, I’m looking forward to going to the dentist now!

Had a really good experience. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice and professional. You can tell they loved what they do it is not just a job for them they really cared. We love Marconi Dental Group. We saw Sharon for our regular cleaning and she is always fantastic. My kiddo is autistic and has sensory issues. Sharon always remembers to have a blanket and the weighted vest available for her, remembers she cant stand anything minty, and alternates how she cleans based on how good or bad of a day we are having. She is so patient with us, explains everything, gives great recommendations for keeping our teeth and gums healthy, and never judges. The front desk staff is always amazing. They answer all our questions and genuinely care. If you have dental anxiety like we do, this is the office for you. They are awesome!

I had a scheduled cleaning done today. I am very pleased with the hygienist. She was very thorough, very professional and knowledgeable as well as very personable.She is a true professional, hard to find these days and I really appreciate that!

Horrible experience. My wife and I went here and never went back. She got a crown and I got my teeth cleaned. The dentist that worked on me was in training and while she did a good job, I experience pain in my gums for more than two weeks which has never happened before.My wifes crown was done poorly and she also experienced pain and sensitivity for weeks. She also felt like her tooth became loose.This office is more focused on sales than taking care of patients. They kept calling us to go back until we had to block them. We felt that they were more focused on acquiring new paying clients that actually solving clients dental concerns.

Happy to have switched my dental provider to Marconi Dental Group. Have had 2 visits now, and both of them went well. Staff are friendly, professional, competent and considerate, and take the time to explain and answer questions. Ive had good experiences here and would recommend to others.

We have been going to Marconi Dental since moving to Carmichael in 2018. Joan has been amazing and is our preferred hygienist. The office staff are all very pleasant and accommodating.

Worst dental office I have ever been to. They gave me a quote for 2 fillings then one week later charged me 3x the amount. They claimed my insurance fee schedule increased. The dentists will tell you that you need the most expensive treatment , which will be more than 3x the average cost. Be cautious if using this dental group.

A Big Thank You to the Invisalign team of Dr. Huang and Ashley! You took great care of me through the entire Invisalign process and were patient enough to teach me and answer all of my questions. At the age of 60, I didn’t think it was possible for me to have great smile or a perfect bite. You proved me wrong and I’m so pleased with the results!!

I had a regular dentist, hygienist all related family members for about 17 yrs, but they sold the practice few times. After a few yrs, I decided shop around. My current dentist Dr. Fisher and my hygienist Megan at this facility have been a solid constant for me since 2019.

WOW! This is truly a state of the art dental facility and is hands-down the best dental office I’ve been to! First person I saw was the oral hygienist Sharon and she is the reason I will never choose another dental office again. Sharon is AMAZING! She’s calm, funny, and does her job extremely well. She explains everything along the way so you know exactly what she is doing; very transparent with patients. Sharon is clearly very experience and has been doing this for a while. When the doctors came in they explained everything in deep detail and prioritized my treatment plan. They explained everything so well I had no questions I was just so thankful I came in!

I just returned a call to Marconi Dentals insurance coordinator, Stephanie. She called and left a message on Wednesday, September 15th, asking that I call her. Upon my return call, she explained that she misquoted the pricing for a custom whitening tray and gel syringe kit offered by their office. On Tuesday September 7th, when I was present, standing in front of her, she quoted it at $126 and I booked an appointment at that time to have the impressions done on Monday the 20th. I even called my wife to encourage her to book an appointment. During the call, Stephanie tells me it would be $199. I explained that as a customer I expect them to honor the original quote. She obviously knew what she had quoted me, given she was calling more than a week later to quote a different price. She said there was nothing she could do to rectify her mistake and transferred me to the office manager, Edna, who had no idea why I was transferred to her. I explained it to her. She also took the position that Marconi Dental had no intention of rectifying their employees mistake and honoring the original quote, and punctuated her insult by sarcastically asking if she could help with anything else. So much for customer service. I cancelled the appointment and will be looking for a new dental office with integrity.

After researching for quite some time I found Marconi dental which is close to work and home. Myself and five children are all being seen here. Children ages 21 to 2 years old. They were absolutely awesome with my two and four year old. Love all of their updated technology, super kind staff.

Amazing dental office! This dental office cares for my entire family—children and adults alike. I battle huge anxiety with the dentist. The entire staff is loving and caring, takes time to understand what I need, and provides such care and respect. They never rush, taking time for each patient to explain their unique needs and finds way for them to be met. I highly recommend them.

I havent been to a dentist in over 5 years when I came to this place they were understanding and willing to work with me on financing. Every time I have gone they have been so nice and helpful. And with every visit my smile gets better and better. One of the best parts of go into their office is how open and inviting they are.

Ive been with Marconi Dental since the original owner was forced to sell.The second owners understood business; and, they did a great job of managing the operation and providing excellent dental care.The newest owner stopped by at my recent examination, and, he took the time to introduce himself, leaving a positive impression on me.I strongly feel hell carry on the excellent legacy of the prior owners.Thank goodness Edna remains; she started with the second owners with her wonderful customer service, glowing personality and awesome smile.Also, I received my second oral hygienist cleaning from Hau, who does superb cleaning, second to none - seriously the best ever for me. Wow!

Dr. Huang has been taking care of both my sons and my teeth. He has done an excellent job. I used to delay/skip a dentist visit many times in the past due to my fear of the sound of the drill, needles, etc, but this is no longer the case anymore now that Ive found a dentist who works carefully and skillfully. Dr. Huang is also communicative, very responsive with my needs, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and most of all he listens and answers all my concerns and questions -- including my fears. He took really good care with my tooth fillings, extractions and partial dentures. I was amazed even in my experience during and after the extractions since I felt no pain throughout the procedure. Im glad to say now that I am no longer afraid to see the dentist, thanks to him! I would highly recommend Dr. Huang to family and friends (especially friends at my workplace). Thanks also to the dedicated staff at the Marconi Dental Group!

I came in to have a crown cemented in after it popped off. I had an appointment within the hour. I also am having a new night guard made. The entire process was seamless, the staff professional and courteous. I was done within an hour of starting.

Marconi Dental Group is outstanding!! All the staff is welcoming and very nice. Dr. Fischer was nice and efficient. He not caught a mistake that my old dentist made and wanted to fix the problem that day but didn’t have the time that day due to appointments, but he did get me in that week to fix it. He also told me everything that he was doing before he did it and kept me in the loop, which is not what I am used to. He is an amazing Dentist and I’m more than happy that I switched dentist offices to the Marconi Group. They also called me the next to check up on me which was amazing and showed me that they truly care about their patients. I would recommend the Marconi Dental Group to everyone in a heart beat.

I had written a different post after my first visit to this dentist, stating how great I thought they were because I normally hate dentists. However, I have run into a couple of problems with them- 1)they placed a bridge in my mouth AFTER stating they were merely repairing an old bridge, which led to grinding down a second tooth (I understand why it had to be done, but they were not clear on what they would be doing ahead of time, which is something I told them was a BIG DEAL for me at my first appointment), 2)they are pushing “treatments” that aren’t all covered by dental insurance, like sleep apnea and sleep study machines (I never have understood how sleep apnea relates to my dental health, and they were trying to run the sleep study through my medical insurance, because they “saw blockage on my dental x-rays”), and 3)they “fired” my husband from dental care, including his family, because we had not come in for treatment during the COVID quarantine period (there was no asking us why we hadn’t come in, but just “firing” us because we hadn’t come in or called to make appointments). After “firing” us, they continue to email me, reminding me to make appointments. This is unprofessional and not compassionate, especially in the times that we are in. They don’t care about their clients, but instead care about making money. I was constantly pushed to get dental care that cost a lot of money and to get a sleep study through the dental office (that was also going to cost a great deal of money), but I went to my doctor and teated to be told I have no nasal blockage nor do I have apnea.

I just had my cleaning with Shannon and she did and amazing job. Needless to say, the front desk was kind and highly professional. Thank you Marconi Dental Group.

This dental group is practicing patient care with the upmost COVID precautions. I felt totally comfortable. They are always professional answering all of my questions. I have huge respect for these front line practioners.

I have an extreme fear of the dentist. They are very aware of it and show me great compassion. They help make me feel at ease and because of them I won’t be avoiding the dentist like I use to. Thank goodness their staff is very friendly and understanding.

When I normally enter a dental office it is a small room with all walls and no communication. When I entered the Marconi dental group, my whole experience in dental offices changed. I have only been to this office three times since switching from my prior dentist. Each time I come in Im greeted and treated very well. The dentist is nice, professional and does good work. He seems like he is invested and actually cares about the quality of his work. My hygienist is very sweet and knows her stuff, she is legitimately excited and thorough with her work even at the end of the day. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and did an amazing job. With past hygienists I was left in pain after a cleaning but with her all I felt was clean teeth. All of the staff is very informative and friendly. The front desk is always smiling and works well with scheduling and information on suggested procedures. I havent felt pressured to do anything at this office just informed of any suggestions. All in all I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking. They also stay open later to accommodate the 9 to 5 worker.

Had a dental emergency on Christmas, they got me in the next day- had never been there before. Every member of the staff made an effort to ensure I was comfortable and understood what my options were. They were great at explaining the finical side as well and handled contacting my insurance.Needed a procedure, they offered to do same day or schedule out. Their flexibility with my scheduling needs made everything so simple!The dentist and all assistants were very kind, made sure my questions were answered and checked in throughout my visit.No one likes the dentist but this is about as good as it gets! They will be where I continue to go and would recommend them to anyone.

Marconi Dental has been a very great experience for me. I made the switch over from my previous Dentist and have been taken very good care of. They sat down and listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted to have done. I haven’t had to wait to be seen , and the minute that I have been seated in a room work has started right away. My Doctor totally understood my concerns and is willing to work with those. Everything is done in a very timely manner from start to finish. I receive follow up phone calls, and reminders on my up coming appointments via text and phone call. They have been very courteous and it’s obvious that the patient means a lot to them. I’ve say in a room at my previous Dentist for long periods of time but not at Marconi Dental. I give the whole staff there 5 stars. I never give out perfect scores, but this one deserves one. I really love marconi dental Ive always been nervous when going to the dentist but they are really good at calming my nerves. Everyone who works there is very nice from the people who great you at the front desk to the dentist working to make your smile great. Even my husband is okay with the dentist now and he had even more anxiety about the dentist than me. They have been great with him and are helping him get the smile he wants. My whole family goes to Marconi Dental and we always have great experiences with them.

MDG is professional, friendly and they have all the latest technology available. Dr Huang addressed my concerns effectively and efficiently. He is an expert in his field (prosthodontics!). The assistant-Javier-is pleasant and very good at what he does. All the front office-Saharai, Miriam and Edna- were helpful and I could “see” their smiles even though they were wearing masks. They are above and beyond the guidelines of the CDC in regards to protecting their patients from COVID-19. I have found my dental home.

I have to move , cancel, move, and then make another appt. due to the unpredictability of my schedule and other issues. Today I became a new patient at Marconi Dental Group. I was taken care of by Dr. Huang, Ruby, Adriana and Miriam. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime, but this was the best dental visit I have ever had. Absolutely love this clinic! Tried to find a new dentist because my old one would try to up-sell anything and everything. I ended up not knowing what I needed or did not need. This place does not do that! They are completely legitimate, open and honest with what you actually need to have done. Don’t intend to go anywhere else. Dentist was fine, however Billing department made a mistake and sent me to collections on a $50 bill they never contacted me about. I paid it off but staff was not compassionate and acted like they didnt care. I would not use them again.

I had another visit at my dental group today. Let me begin by telling you, going to the dentist has always been a tramatic experience for me since childhood. Since I have been coming to Marconi Dental Group what a difference it has been. I will not tell you I do not get nervous. I will however tell you that everyone I have come in contact within this office has done everything they could to ensure that I have a very pleasant and comfortable visit. They are all so patient and kind. It really has made such a big difference. They are always thinking ahead to find ways to make my visits as comfortable as they can. They cant know how much I appreciate them all. If you have any fright about going to the dentist, this is the office you should be at.

This dental office is amazing! My 9-year-old daughter fell & chipped her front permanent tooth completely in half. The doctor that was working on my daughters tooth was so kind and gentle! & Did an awesome job! That four other dental office refused to do any work because of how far the chip went. Before coming to Marconi Dental Group I had been going to another dental office for my dental care. I had been happy with the care that I was receiving but I wasn’t satisfied with the plan that the dentist had suggested for what could be done to restore my smile. I had severe periodontal disease which had progressed through out my younger years due to family circumstances and lack of care. I wanted a second opinion on what could be done beside what had been given by the other dentist. I had found Marconi Dental Group through my dental insurance and I thank God for His leading. My first visit was in November 2019 and that’s when I met Dr. Huang, the man behind my new smile. I had shared my concerns about my teeth with him along with what I had desired out of the services that I was seeking. He was very thoughtful and took everything into consideration. While evaluating my teeth and x-rays, he had suggested a few ways that we could go about addressing my problem. After we both agreed on what would be best, I was assisted by Ms. Saharai with financing and scheduled my next appointment. I walked out of the dental office both nervous and happy at the same time. Something I had been wanting to do for years had finally come true and I’m so thankful to God for using Dr. Huang and ALL of the staff that have been apart of my journey from start to finish. Because of his hard work and their commitment to their patients I have a beautiful new smile that I am truly proud of. I could say so much more but I don’t want to over extend my review and make it extra long.So, If you are looking for a good dental office to go to, DEFINITELY! give Marconi Dental Group a try. From my experience and all of the staff that I have met, I know you will be well taken care of. I visited today for an evaluation on a broken bridge. Dr. Fischer and Kristina worked on my mouth today. What a great team. Dr Fischer is extremely thorough and he and Kristina worked together seamlessly. I hate going to the dentist but they told me they had the time to remove the old bridge, prep the site for a new one, and install a temporary. They ministered to an anxious patient, were thorough and efficient! I live in Concord, CA but Marconi Dental Group was formerly my practice. This group has high quality staff and I will probably continue to drive to Sacramento for my dental needs as I have always received consistently good care. Prior to coming to Marconi dental group, I had so many bad experiences with dentists that I had anxiety before, during and after dental visits. The gentle and quality care that I have received, and the understanding of how I feel as a patient are two reasons that I continue to come here years after moving 45 minutes from the location. It is so worth the drive to have quality, compassionate dental care! I cannot reccomend Marconi Dental Group enough.

The best dental office Ive ever been to; very professional and the staffs are super friendly, they make you feel welcome. I really like how when you walk in, you are greeted, check in, take a quick seat, within minutes, youre called in already. Highly recommend to everyone!

Visiting from out of town, I needed to have a chip on one of my teeth looked at. I searched dentists with good reviews, then did some research. Marconi Dental Group has some impressive reviews and my research came back positive. I called to schedule an appointment and was connected with a VERY professional young lady (I don’t recall her name). I explained that I’m from Texas, temporarily staying in the area until I find a more permanent place in the very near future. She scheduled me on the spot in the next 15 minutes. I really appreciated that. I decided to have a cleaning, as well as the check up and service to my tooth. All was addressed. As I entered the facility, I was warmly greeted by a young man named Kevin. He was sincere, energetic and engaging. He provided me with a tour and explanation of what I may expect on my visit. My insurance was verified and an initial check up was conducted. Joan, a hygienist, performed the check up and subsequent cleaning. She was very informative and thorough in every aspect. Dr. Huang came in after to explain some things, looked at the chipped tooth and made some recommendations on another needed repair. Before anything else was done, an explanation of benefits was done and all costs were explained in detail. During the procedure, I had somewhat of a panic attack (I’m prone to them). The doctor and Krista handled it flawlessly, providing me with several options. I decided to reschedule for another day, they prescribed a sedative to make the experience less stressful. Long and short, they are a great overall dental group. My family and I are settling in somewhere near Berkeley, however, we’ve definitely found our dental provider. I highly recommend them. Thanks

So Im scheduled to remove 2 wisdom teeth after Christmas and Im usually already nauseated, but honestly Im relieved. I only get more comfortable with each visit, and its a 4 star visit if I didnt see my girl Edna lol shes great with people and even more so with my children! I wanted to move to a cooler climate, but this place makes me smile from my heart 😊🥰

I have an overwhelming fear of dentist and shared this with them, they were all understanding and very compassionate! They had to extract a back bottom molar, needless to say my anxiety was high!! They all reassured me I wouldnt feel a thing, and I didnt! I would recommend this office to everyone! Thank you Marconi Dental! They actually listen and truly care !

This dental office clearly offers quality, affordable health care services along with a focus on the client having a positive experience!I went in for a second opinion and received the guidance I needed to make sense of two dentists opposite opinions on what dental work I needed to get done. Front desk staff was a good listener and knew intuitively that Id want a detailed breakdown of the potential costs. The dentist was efficient yet took the time to explain his reasoning for all of the needed repair work.

This is a great dentist place! Wonderful staff that are all friendly and knowledgeable. Their facility is comfortable and nicely designed. Definitely a place to go to, especially for those who are sensitive or who have fear of dental visits. A warm and welcoming place!
