If I could give a less score I would! Terrible service provided by Oksana and manager. I came in for highlights or a color, yes I know I have dark hair, its long and thick but when mentioned I have a groupon I started getting all these excuses about little time to get it done, and that I would be paying more which I told Oksana from the beginning I understood. She only wanted to give me a haircut and said for me to go elsewhere! Which I did! Stay away from this place, its bad, bad, bad!

A “mistress” by the name of Oksana (the last digits of tel. Number 0775) cut the STEPS in my hair. No apologies, but only rudeness in response to my claim. Unqualified master!
