Said I lied to them about them having a doctor call to renew a prescription sooner since it wasnt written down. When I had called previously it wasnt written down but another employee confirmed the doctor had called. On the day I needed my prescription they said my doctor would have to call in because it wasnt written down. In this case it was a failure of both employees of not fixing an understandable mistake days before by then writing it down now that it was confirmed that someone had forgot to write it down but a doctor did callThe pharmacist was rude and called me a liar. Its fine to say well I am sorry that happened and you did that work but legally since its not written down I cant help you. To call me a liar and hangup on me multiple times is a whole nother. Garbage place I dont know who was hired or fired at the beginning of 2021 but this was intolerable and I had to deal with all this while having the flu. If you need your life saving medication go to a place that cares about you not here. Also judging by the other reviews here it looks like one bad apple is ruining the batch with terrible customer service.

This pharmacy is great. I transferred my scripts there from the Westfield Kroger on 161st street. Paul and Andrea are fantastic. They are both so kind and helpful. They were both very understanding of my needs and were willing to work with me until we got it all figured out. I will continue to go to this pharmacy.

Good people to check about your prescription issues. My Doctor wanted me to take an over the counter prescription and I wanted additional information. They were very clear about what I needed. Check them out sometime soon.

Little Clinic, over promises and over charges. Went in to get Pustissin shot, Kroger Pharmacy said $70 not covered by Medicare. Little Clinic person said they could get medicare coverage. Now Little Clinic is trying to collect $120 from me. Said they cannot get Medicare to cover. So why should I pay $120?? Kroger Pharmacy 5 Stars, Little Clinic 0 Stars.

The drive through makes it very convenient to drop off and pick up when it is cold or raining!

This is my pharmacy i get all my medication from and my fiance gets all of his meds from. West both would always rate it with 5 stars mainly for the friendly staff and the affordable prices for the medicine. One of the staff named Veronica is the one who deserves all 5 stars because she is an angel. She is the one who gave me sUch a great discountprice that without her i wouldnt be able to afford my medication at all. She saved me! Thanks Kroger pharmacy and thank you Veronica!!!

Very rude and not accomodating!! Their service is poor! Not knowing how to run a credit card! No please or Thank you! No procedure on how to handle customer prescriptions! Moving all to CVS!! Let me empty the trash can first, says the clerk.Hope they can turn the corner!

The best Pharmacy in Carmel! All the Pharmacists are so friendly and knowledgable and not to mention all the Techs are as well. I have used every pharmacy in Carmel and refuse to use any one now. There customer service is beyond any Walgreens or CVS who treat you like a nobody. Krogers prices are way cheaper than those 2 as well

Technician was very impatient and rude. Not a pleasant experience at all.
