I generally do not give bad reviews to medical offices as I know what goes on there. But my 1 star is for communication, the lack of. I was referred to Dr Megan Woods in this office by Dr Ruchin Patel. He said, if they dont call in a week to schedule appointment, I should let Dr Patels office know. No one called . So, I called after 8 days and left 3 messages. 10th day, I was contacted for appointment.Dr Woods referred me to PT and she said someone will call me to schedule (Ha!Ha!). I waited 7 days and then went in personally to drop off pre-authorization form to be completed and sent to PT office 8 days ago, and still dont know if Dr Woods did or didnt. So, it has been total 15 days now, waiting to be scheduled for PT.

I called the office for a specific doctor listed on my insurance but got helped by a different doctor. He could not help much other than asking me a question and relied solely his judgment based on my answer. Despite no clear solution, my insurance didnt cover much either.

Ive not even had my appointment yet, and am already repulsed. When I called to make an appt the receptionist was extremely sassy and rude. Got impatient with me toward the end of the conversation and hung up. Shes better off working at taco bell or the dollar store. Hopefully the Dr. Is a bit more kind.

Never ever use this company. They operated on my husband and have caused him to not be able to drain mucous properly. He now chokes on his own mucous and they refuse to work to get him in for a follow up appointment. You have to call multiple times to even receive a return phone call and they only let you talk to a phone service. They finally got him in and due to outdated directions on their website he was 10 minutes late to the appointment and they told him they could not see him. Just to let you know how serious this is, he often chokes to where he cannot breathe, and often throws up as a result. He could literally die and this has been explained to them yet they chose to do nothing to right their wrongs. We will be getting a second medical opinion elsewhere. Again do not under any circumstances use this company, it is not worth the heartache and heath issues.

I had an appointment and wasnt told until I arrived that my appointment had been cancelled. The doctor agreed to still see me before she had to leave for a surgery. She later told me to call her assistant to set up a surgery time/date. We called 4 times to set a surgery date and never heard back from anyone.

Otolaryngology Associates should not be allowed to run a business. Their staff are an absolute joke when it comes to sending over orders to other doctors in the network. After my doctors appointment, they handed me “my paperwork” except it didn’t have my name on it, and the order information had nothing to do with me. That’s because they handed me the wrong order of a different patient. This is a direct violation of PHI confidentiality and is serious enough to be punishable by termination. Instead, the nurse just laughed, and said, “I printed off and gave you the wrong patient!” Not okay at all, and if you’ve attempted to schedule with them before, it didn’t end here. They told me they sent over my orders to CDI in Noblesville, and CDI had not received the order. Getting back in touch with OA is a complete nightmare. With no returned calls for days on end after leaving my detailed voicemail and callback information, I finally had to locate their direct scheduling line from an alternate website in order to actually speak with a human. CDI reached out to them multiple times, we had the insurance company even try to reach out to them, no one could reach OA. Due to this negligence, my appointment with CDI ended up being canceled, due to not receiving the proper paperwork that just had to be faxed right over. Their staff had one, extremely easy task to take 5 minutes (if not less) to just fax my paperwork over to CDI. This really messed things up for me, as my schedule was initially made on one of my days off, which I then had to reschedule again. Now, OA is doing it again. Their scheduling person told me she sent my order over to Dr. Rex’s office, but when I followed up today, they said this is a University outpatient scheduling line. This means, nothing was sent over, and the OA nurse lied to me again. I am now attempting to reach back out to OA as Springmill is now not responding either. If I can’t get through to anyone at OA today, I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and will take my business with a different otolaryngologist.

Dr. Ball did not wash her hands with soap and water prior to completing an intraoral exam on our 1 month old.. Additionally, she did not wear gloves during the exam, and she had her hands in our little ones mouth! I was mortified!
