The billing staff has repeatedly billed me for a well visit stating I am not insured when I have verified my insurance and information six times. Ive conferenced called with the billing staff AND MY INSURANCE multiple times. The doctor we see is great. The billing staff is incompetent beyond belief.ETA: After calling at least five times over the past six months, and two conference calls, my insurance verified that the office billing was submitting claims to the wrong insurance the entire time.

The pediatrician is so sweet and caring. Shes really informative and really listens and speaks in away that you and your child can understand.
