Very pleased with my care here. Very professional, very punctual and they will spend time answering questions. They really care about you and your vision.

The entire staff are professional caring and very gracious period from the time you walk in the door youre treated with respect and dignity and excellent knowledgeable care. I have had multiple surgeries unfortunately on my eyes and they have been the best every time!

Office staff is HORRIBLE here, which is a shame with so many miraculous doctors in this office. I tried to pay the copay for specialists which is just $10 more since this is again for a specialist not a regular doctor. The woman at the counter assured me this was only the regular office copay of $20, not the $30 for the specialist. After my insurance made payment, I received a bill from this office for $10 on a Monday before Thanksgiving. I immediately sent the additional payment since the clerk made the mistake of under charging during the office visit. On the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, when most people are in a friendly and gracious Holiday mood, I received a hateful voice message from Katie in the business office. This arrogant and rude collections person was calling me for $10. I called back and spoke with this psycho and her words were, Well are you going to pay this? I said, I cant believe you are calling me about $10 and Ive already taken care of this. I guess Katie and the business office have nothing better to do around Thanksgiving time than to call and make harassing phone calls about minuscule balances, which by the way I tried to pay when I was in the office. Such a shame that this wasnt the first time Ive dealt with rudeness from this office. I called and complained to the Office Manager, and I thought we had an understanding and everything was taken care of...Yet I had another harassing call and heard the exact same thing, Are you going to pay this? I think the business office needs fired, especially Katie.

Doctors are very personable. Their billing department has no idea what they are talking about. What a joke!

I cannot say enough about the doctors and staff here. My 11 year old son is under the care of Dr. Prall for retina detachment. He had been absolutely amazing. When I have questions and concerns, he is the one to call me back and discuss them. Very caring and compassionate. Dr. Bucher saw us during a last minute appointment request and he was just as caring and compassionate with us. I can’t thank this team enough for their help.

Dr. Mark Kaehr is awesome. He has performed my surgeries and goes above and beyond for follow up care and questions.

Dr. Mark Kaehr is excellent at his craft. He goes beyond the call of duty with his relationship with the patient. He will give you his time and excellent skills. Oh yeah, he also performed a surgery and aftercare that saved the eyesight in my only remaining eye. I was almost totally blind when he insisted that I needed an emergency surgery. When the bandage came off the next day, I will never forget the face that I saw so clearly. Thank the Lord for Dr. Mark Kaehr.
