I just got off the phone with a receptionist and she was a human robot with zero customer service skills whatsoever. I was trying to find out the name of the therapist I had spoke with 2-3 weeks ago because I have forgot her name So I asked for the names of the therapist in that office(marriage to narrow down) to remind me who I spoke with. She wouldnt give me any names because she said shes not allowed to give names. I dont understand why my question was so difficult for this person and why she wasnt more helpful. I can now understand why more people dont reach out for HELP especially when faced with people like this who are the least bit of helpful. She kept repeating herself too like I didnt hear her the first four times she stated something that had nothing to do with my question. Very disappointed
