I am 37 weeks pregnant and went in for a root canal (which I’ve never had). I was very nervous going in. Dr. Nasser and his staff were so friendly and efficient! I was in and out quickly and experienced zero pain during the entire procedure! They let my husband be right by my side, played relaxing music, put moisturizer on my lips ahead of time, and explained everything. The chair was comfortable and massaging! I would go back time and time again! I never imagined this would be a completely PAINLESS experience! Thank you all so much

I was pretty anxious about getting my first (and hopefully only) root canal - but Dr. Nasser made the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. He is great about explaining what hes doing and why which I appreciated. Plus he got me in and out much quicker than Id thought it would be!

Cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend this place. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I have a horrible fear of dental work and Dr. Nasser explained everything to me every step of the way. He was gentle, professional, and made jokes to keep me calm. The tooth had been bothering me so much that I got two hours of sleep in the past 48 hours because of the pain, and when I called and let them know the pain had gotten that much worse, he got me in the very next day. I didn’t feel anything from the procedure and felt surprisingly calm through it. As he said, “Hopefully you don’t have to come back”, but if I ever need more work done, I’m going straight to him.

Dr. Nasser is one of the most caring dentists I have ever met. I took my mom to him for a root canal. He is very honest and upfront. He saved my mom’s tooth and fixed another dentist’s mistake from 7 years ago.I told him that I just applied to dental school and he took the time to explain the procedure to me and thought me a lot during that one hour visit.He also called the next day to check on my mom to make sure she is doing good. I have never seen a dentist do that.I highly recommend Dr. Nasser.

I just left Dr. Nasser’s office after having a root canal done on my #13. Before the appointment, I was a terrified, cry-baby mess. A poor root canal experience years ago had left me sure that this experience was going to be just as traumatic. Thank God (and Dr. Nasser) that I was very, very wrong. I felt nothing and the procedure was over in 30 minutes. Dr. Nasser’s bed side manner is impeccable - combine that with his expertise and you’ve got yourself the easiest dental experience you’ll ever have. Cannot recommend him enough.

Wow! What a professional, fun and wonderful experience - I had a root canal this week & those adjectives were NOT what came to mind when I first scheduled my appointment. Dr. Nasser was so great - he walked me through everything, provided TWO personal calls & checked in the entire time. The 70s music and massage chair definitely helped, too. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Nassers office is absolutely the place to go if you ever need a root canal. When I spoke to Dr. Nasser to schedule the appointment, he said there was no reason to worry about it at all....he was right. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt at ease. I had never had a root canal before and was filled with trepidation. Dr. Nasser and his staff put me at ease immediately. His chairside manner is the best Ive seen from any professional. He explained each step of the way, described accurately what I would feel, cracked a few jokes and was in and out very quickly. The atmosphere (nice view from the chair, massage chair and upbeat tunes) made it almost a pleasure. I hope I dont need additional endodontic work, but if I do I know I will not be so fearful thanks to my positive experience with Dr. Nasser.

Dr Nasser made me feel Comfortable, he talked me through each step of the procedure before and during. He surely has a lot of confidence in his skills, which makes me more confident in him as well. Who looks forward to a root canal? Not me for sure! I was recently referred to Dr. Nasser. The first thing I noticed in his waiting room is a sign “Love your Endodontist”. In my mind I was thinking... that’s not going to happen. Was i ever wrong!Dr. Nasser is a true professional who treated me gently and with respect. He explained all the procedures he was doing and showed me the Xrays to go along with his narrative after the root canal was complete. I never experienced pain. My dentist had provided immediate relief to pain I was encountering on a Monday and Dr. Nassers office was able to schedule me in only 2 days for the root canal procedure. Dr. Nasser performed an excellent job on my root canal. I came to his office with extreme pain and he listened to my concerns and numbed me right away to stop the pain. Dr. Nassers office prioritized my root canal and were able to get me an appointment within days of calling, which other endodontists did not do. My first root canal performed by a general dentist was very painful and I had doubts about finishing my root canal, but Dr. Nasser reassured me that I would be numbed well. I didnt feel a single thing during my root canal and was provided time updates by Dr. Nasser during the procedure so I always knew what was going on. I hope I never need another root canal again, but if I did, Dr. Nasser would be my first call.

A week after I made an appointment for a root canal referral. Dr. Nasser’s receptionist called they needed to push it back 45 minutes and would send an email to confirm a new appointment.2 minutes later- I get an email: new appointment is consult now and I will need 2 appointments as another patient needed my time slot. Fine, but why wasn’t this told me over the phone call 2 minutes before?I called to find out why, as an RX for antibiotics I will need if this is spread out, when I asking about the change; Receptionist said “Hold on” - Dr. Nasser jumped on the phone and said *Nasty authoritarian tone*: I Hear your Upset! This man is extremely rude; Nasser’s office bait and switch your appointment making a large significant change to your treatment- and you better like it or they will perform abusive attitude modification over the phone on you- I get it- they don’t care and you better like it or else.The entire office needs empathy training – somethings just need not be said and they seem to enjoy inflicting emotional abuse. Apparently, as a patient, you are not even allowed to ask why or explain your dilemma to find out whom to get antibiotics to carry you through two appointments. At the end of the call after he states: “My, you are just falling apart” and “I don’t like your tone” If there is any change and you ask why- be prepared to be treated like an abused child. No excuse to talk to anyone this way- this man should retire. I am not sure what the nature of his relationship with the receptionist who set me up with the bait and switch email appointment is, but this is abuse- plain and simple.Horrible attitude, not in service of people, just money- they are the priciest in Indiana.Go elsewhere: no one needs to be abused on top of overpricing and a rotten attitude.

He made a root canal pleasant. Besides thoroughly explaining everything, he had an amazing demeanor putting me at ease. I can only come up with one complaint. Hes so easy going, you want to have a conversation back but you cant because your mouth is open and has instruments in it. His interpretive skills of muffled grunting replies is quite impressive.

I accompanied my grandmother to her appointment and while I did not experience the treatment myself all she has done since she left is rave about how easy her root canal was and how pleased she is with her experience. Wow! This could not have been a better experience. This was my first root canal...and I was a bit (really) worried...not sleeping the night before the appointment. No need to fear!Dr. Nasser explained the process both before and during the procedure. I felt involved as he updated me on his progress while I listened to 70s tunes and the exam chair massaged my back. Wow.Im not saying this will be my new vacation spot, but if it is medically necessary to have a root canal this is the best place. There was NO PAIN and only a minor sting for the initial pain medication. Trust me, this was a LOT less painful than this tooth has been for months!Dont put it off for fear. It really couldnt have been a better experience...

I was really nervous about getting a root canal, and I had to get 2 done at once. Dr. Nasser was so great and patient. He thoroughly explained everything to me at my first appointment, I was able to get in quickly to get the procedure done. He was able to do both at the same time, which I was thrilled about so I didnt have to go back twice. He talked during the procedure to give me updates and make sure I was okay. The numbing process was great! I was nervous about it, but it didnt even hurt. The massaging chair was a nice bonus too. He sent pictures of my teeth afterwards and called to check on me the next day. Overall, the procedure went much better than expected, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Nasser!

Dr. Nasser was beyond great. I have severe dental anxiety and with being pregnant I was unable to take medication to help with calming. Dr. Nasser knew this and he kept me calm through the entire procedure. He explained every single thing he was doing, every sound, every smell, and best of all explained them all in terms that a regular person would understand. He was very polite, had wonderful bedside manner, and caring. If you need a root canal, then Dr. Nasser is your man. Also the massage chair and the cocoa butter lip chap they used were an awesome bonus. Hands down best dental experience ever.

Dr. Nasser performed a RCT (Root Canal) on my upper #3. During the entire procedure he explained each function he was performing which provided a calming effect. There was zero pain when he admistered the initial pain injection. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser for Endodontic treatment. He is fantastic!

Dr. Nasser has gone above and beyond my expectations. This was my first root canal and he walked me thru every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He personally called me the next morning to check in and has continued to call on his own accord, even on his day off, to make sure my recovery was on the right path. You just don’t find doctors who care like that anymore. His office is cleanly and well kept. The staff and front desk are courteous and prompt. I hope I never have another root canal, but if I do this is where I’ll be coming back to.

Getting the root canal had 0 pain. Zero. I’ve always had pain/pressure from dental work from cavities to crowns, but not this root canal.The week before the rc I couldn’t work or sleep, all fixed in 30 minutes.

I was very impressed with the skill and precision that Dr. Nasser exhibited during the lengthy procedure. My case apparently was not a typical root canal and yet he dealt with it in a professional and thorough manner. Dr. Nasser explained the treatment options and provided me the various possible scenarios that existed. There was honest communication and he was gentle in administering all anesthesia. It seems strange to say that I enjoyed my root canal treatment. It is like Dr. Nasser thoroughly thought about what he could do to lessen the anxiety and pain usually associated with a root canal. He is very good at numbing the area, explaining beforehand what he was going to do, and let you know what was coming throughout the procedure.

While first entering Doctor Nasser’s office I was warmly greeted. Immediately dissolving any anxiety I was having about the procedure. I looked around and everyone had protection on trying to eliminate any type of co-19 type of infiltration into their office.Before I walked in I noticed several people wiping down anything and sanitizing everything from their last patient’s procedure . Everything was done pre to my procedure. And was done by the book while nothing missed. This too was a huge relief off my mind.Finally entering the procedure room Dr.Nasser sat down with me and explained everything about the procedure in fine detail.He also explained in full detail what I was going to expect pain wise,sounds and noises of tools.Granted my anxiety level peaked again because I was worried about the tooth he was about to do the root canal on had been hurting for 13 plus years. In the last 2 weeks before the procedure the tooth split and broke so my pain level jumped up massively. Doctor Nasser sensed this hesitation I had and re-assured me I wouldn’t feel a thing. Guess what? I didn’t. The man has hands given from the gods. I even got the guts to watch exactly what he was doing. While he explained in further detail step by step process that’s he’s doing on the procedure. Before I knew it he had finished his work and for the first time in 13 years of tooth pain. I felt zero pain. Was amazed. But then worried after the novocaine waring off and my pain level skyrocketing.Nothing happened at all. Didn’t even need Advil or Tylenol. The man is a true genius and is at the top of his craft. I’ve had teeth cleanings that hurt worse then the root extraction he did on me.I was shocked when I saw the final. It was far less then what I’d thought it should be. In reality it was a full on medical procedure while removing nerves from inside your teeth and then patching the painless tooth back up. You can’t have some ortho doc open your knee and repair a ligament for less then 10k.Dr.Nasser and his skillful team charged 1/10th of what I though it was gonna be. And the procedure only lasted 45min-1hr.Kudos to Doctors Nasser and his great team. My first root canal wasn’t at all like I thought it would be. I had a fantastic experience and recommend others to go to his practice. They will understand the difference with a specialist Vs. a standard dentist doing a hack job while learning a procedure. Nasser is a true pro of pros.If anyone wants to email me with questions about my procedure. I’ll be happy to share my wonder experience with this fine doctor. Why-you might ask? Because I’m finally pain free after 13plus years of putting up with it. I don’t have to worry about tooth pain anymore. And I can finally eat on the same side he operated on. Dr. Nasser did a fabulous job on my tooth. It was a very easy time. No PAIN. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser for his skill and knowledge.

My dentist was able to refer and get me an appointment in the same day! I’ve never had a root canal and I was petrified. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in and helped ease my fear. Dr. Nasser was incredibly informative, kind, patient and skilled. Other than the pinch from the numbing, I felt nothing! He talked me through the whole thing and gave me complete confidence in his ability. I have a small mouth and it was a tooth in a hard to work on area. He had no issues. My dentist told me, “If you have to have a root canal, Dr. Nasser is your guy” and I’d definitely have to agree!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Nasser and his staff. Of course no one wants to have to have a root canal done but, after my visit with Dr. Nasser I won’t hesitate in a moment to contact them if I need another in the future. Even just setting up the appointment was a very simple quick call. Their office is easy to get to. I had absolutely no wait time once we got there. He did a great job explaining what needed to happen and how he was going to fix my tooth. The procedure was very fast, I wasn’t in his office much longer than an hour. Not one bit of pain during the procedure and very, very minimal that evening and next morning. I will not hesitate to contact them if I have to have another root canal in the future. I recommend anyone that has or is having reservations about having the procedure done to contact Dr. Nasser and his courteous staff.

Normally you would expect a root canal to be unpleasant, but the whole experience at Dr. Nassers office is awesome. The staff is super helpful and Dr. Nasser is excellent at what he does. I would very highly recommend seeing him if you need to see an endodontist in the Indy area

My experience with Tom Nasser DDS and his office was great. I had never had much dental work and facing a root canal, I was concerned. I never experienced even minor pain. The visit, the procedure, the next day were all without pain. Hard to believe how efficiently this all worked. Tom Nasser is a good guy and his staff is great. I am very satisfied.

He is the top of his field. If all root canal specialists were as skilled as he is then patients would have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend him. He clearly explains the procedure and shows photos of what has happened to your tooth during the visit. The back massaging chair was really great too.He is the best!

Having a root canal is not a fun experience but Dr. Nasser and staff made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. They were able to get me in the same day for an emergency root canal. Many doctors do not have very good bedside manners but Dr. Nasser was amazing.

This was the best experience I have had regarding dental care. I called with an emergency the morning of (scrambling to get an appointment). Dr. Nasser was able to see me that same day and I was in and out of procedure within 2 hours with little to no pain the entire time. Dr Nasser had to redo root canal Id had done by a general dentist 2-3 years ago. He did a phenomenal job. I hope I never need a root canal again, but were I too I couldnt recommend him enough. Dr. Nasser was wonderful! He explained what was going on every step of the way. I had a root canal and had absolutely no pain at all. Not even the shot to numb me hurt! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful sense of humor as well which helped calm my nerves a bit too. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser.

I enjoyed my root canal experience... enjoyed mainly due to the fact that the chair gave me a massage during my treatment! I had no pain during or after the treatment and Dr. Nasser walked me through the entire process. The day after my treatment, I received a call from Dr. Nasser personally to check on me and to make sure I was feeling well. What a great experience for an unfortunate circumstance.

The care I received from Dr. Nasser and his staff during my root canal was exceptional. The injection of anesthesia has always given me intense anxiety. Dr. Nasser and Sheila did not bat an eye when this ADULT woman requested someone to hold her hand and help distract her during the injection :) I did not experience any discomfort while in the dentists chair and he provided explanations every step of the way. It was also very interesting to watch some of the procedure on the exam room monitor. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Dr. Nasser himself the following day to ask how I was feeling. I hope to never need another root canal, but if I do Dr. Nasser and his staff will have to put up with my needle anxiety again :)

Wow! What a great experience this was. I always thought a root canal was painful, but Ive had fillings replaced that hurt worse. Dr. Nasser and his team are consummate professionals; his work is like witnessing an artist. His soothing tone and explanations took all the anxiety out of this.I was also surprised that his cost was less than that of the crown from my normal dentist. Watch your insurance: they usually cap out at $1000 for both root canal and crown anyway so Id much rather make sure Im getting the best care for the root canal instead of the crown, which requires far less skill. Dr. Nasser is not the most expensive but he is the BEST!. Could not recommend him more highly.

With any dental procedure, clear communication from your professional is at the core of comfort and peace of mind. Dr. Nasser explains everything he is doing at every step so you know exactly what youre seeing, hearing, smelling and feeling (assuming youre feeling anything). Of all the dental procedures people talk about, they seem to fear root canals the worst. I am here to tell you that from anesthesia to filling, I dont think I felt so much as a pinch - and mine was a difficult case involving a crown and a tooth infection. Dr. Nasser will put you at ease, he will explain the procedure (reviewing x-rays and CT scans so you know exactly what he is doing and why) and makes you feel part of the healing process, not just a patient. I had an emergency as i had a bad tooth on both sides of my mouth and could not eat. He got me in fast and rearranged his schedule to do the root canal that day. Amazing he can do a root canal in an hour and no worse than a filling. Best

Do not recommend. I was in the middle of applying for care credit (payment plan) and Dr. Nasser himself comes out and starts verbally attacking me for coming in and being poor. He asked me why i was there, wasting his time. I stood up to him and left.

Dr. Nasser is a very nice man, very thorough, and a great root canal specialist. He explains everything going on in great detail, and then shows you on a computer screen everything that is going to happen, and afterwards, he does the same. He called me personally the day after the root canal to check up on me. He cares about his work, and you can tell it is important to him to do the job right. There will be no surprises when you visit here. He also operates in a very nice clean and new building and has the highest quality equipment. Many dentists dont use microscopes when completing a root canal which leaves them blind to many of the steps required to do the job correctly, which is why there are so many horror stories with root canals out there. Dr. Nasser found a 4th root canal in my tooth, which Im sure many Dentists would have missed without the Microscope. You might pay a little more going here, but you get what you pay for, and when it comes to having someone drill into your tooth, I think most people would rather it be done only once.

I was very worried about getting a root canal. I know, being an adult you shouldnt worry about that stuff, but I always heard about how painful they could be. Dr. Nasser sat me down and told me everything he would be doing and explained exactly what was going on in my tooth (which he didnt need to as I researched the subject for two days up to the procedure). Once I sat in the chair and spoke to him, any worry I had went away. He was super nice and very patient. He laid my back, numbed me up, and went right it finishing in about 25 minutes at the most. No pain after the numbness wore off and I was eating a couple of hours later. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a root canal or other special dentistry!

Dr. Nasser has a soothing and very efficient method to give you a quick, pain-free experience. This was my first root canal, and other than reading up a little online before going in, I didnt know exactly what to expect. My tooth was one near the back, which recently had a crown put on it, and which had four roots (back teeth tend to have only three, and front ones have less) - so in other words, I had perhaps the most complicated single root canal that a healthy person could have. In spite of that, my entire visit took only an hour. I mean from arrival, to waiting in the chair, to discussing what a root canal is, agreeing to have it done, and then getting the whole thing done - all together took 60 minutes.Not only was it very clean and efficient, but I had less pain later in the day than I expected (once anesthetics wore off). I didnt even have any pain isolated to the tooth or area in question, but rather just a generic headache later in the day. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nasser if you are in need of a root canal.

Nasser was recommended by my dentist. i needed a root canel so i went to him. When i walked in it look like i was going to have a nice time. But really i didnt. He went way to fast and he never told me whats going on. He gives me an x-rays and while i was getting an x-ray i moved an inch or less and he freaked out by the sign of that I was concerned what I got my self into. Next he pulled out a needle and was about to numb me. I have a fear of needle a its a really bad fear. I freak out then he freaks out YELLING at me to stop. Im on the young side so my dad came with me. The doctor was really mean to my dad. Then I decided that I wasnt going to let him touch me and I wanted to go some where else. When I read in the reviews I saw that people wrote that he was patient.Hes not patient what so ever. When we were about to leave he told us we still had to pay. He did nothing to my tooth for him to get the money. If you dont have a fear of needles and your used to being treated badly then hes a great doctor to go to.

If you need a root canal, this is the Endodontist you want to see. Endodontists are there to end your pain and that is what Dr. Nasser did for me. I highly recommend him. I ended up in Dr. Nassers dental chair because I needed to have a root canal re-treated. It was done by another Endodontist a few months ago and the difference between Dr. Nasser and the other Endodontist is like night and day. The other Endodontist did not do a good job and even missed one of the 4 canals in my back molar tooth when she did the procedure. With Dr. Nassers skills, hi high tech equipment and powerful microscope, which few endodontists have, and his 25 + years of experience doing root canals, he was able to find and treat that 4th canal, along with re-treating the other three canals. In addition, the other Endodontist was very rough. The injections to numb my mouth were very painful and she was, shall we say, very heavy handed. It was a white knuckling, painful experience from start to finish and in the end, it needed to be redone. Fortunately I found Dr. Nasser who came highly recommended by many other people I know who had root canals done by him. Every one told me, it was like a walk in the park, and it turned out to be true. The whole procedure, even the novocain injections was painless. Dr. Nasser walks you thru it every step of the way. He explains everything very clearly, puts your mind at ease and has you in and out of the chair in no time. Hes got a hi-tech dental office, which is what you want when youre being treated and he clearly is up to date on the latest dental techniques. Root canals should not be painful. If youve got to have a root canal, hes the doctor you want!

The other reviews are accurate as Dr. Nasser is very skilled and knows what hes doing. He explains things with great accuracy and answers all your questions. I had been to Dr. Nasser for a previous root canal in 2013 but just a couple weeks ago I had a consultation appointment early on a Thursday morning. I had been up with severe pain the night before, even the Norco my dentist prescribed me wasnt dulling the pain. Dr. Nasser hit different teeth and had me bite down multiple times, asking me where the pain came from. I burst out in tears out of pain and Dr. Nasser scolded me for my behaviour! I couldnt believe how rude he was to a woman in extreme pain. He made me feel ashamed for crying and even asked if I suffer from depression?! I was baffled at his bedside manor. To make matters worse, he was extremely degrading and rude to his nurses/dental hygienists in my presence. He ended up needing to retreat my root canal that he had done in 2013 because there was a large abscess above the roots next to my sinus. He couldnt perform the retreat of the root canal until the following Monday and sent me home. Later that night I was in unbearable pain, that I ended up going to the 24 Hour Dental Care on the northside on Shadeland Ave. to get my tooth taken care of. I absolutely LOVED my care at the 24 Hour Dental Care, and would recommend them for any procedure, however, Dr. Nasser has lost my future business.

Dr. Nasser has done all of my root canals and I would never go to anyone else ever but him!!!!! Hes kind and caring and you will love him!!!
