This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I truly feel they almost killed me and I will be finding out how to report to the board!!!!!!

AGREE WITH PREVIOUS COMMENTS - RUN FAST FROM THIS DR TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. DOES NOT WANT TO FIX PROBLEM ONLY GIVE U ANOTHER PILL THAT DOES NOT WORK.

Dr. Rao was disrespectful, dismissive, and uncaring. My health issue had worsened drastically overnight and my pcp suggested I see a specialist because I could no longer work because of the condition. It was a waste of money. And I cannot explain how I felt when I left her office. But thankfully my new urologist actually cares.

I went to see her at the Naab Rd facility. First time. Was there for an hour & a half. She gave me 5 minutes of her time & did not listen to my concerns. Very disappointed.

Run - do not walk - away from this doctor. She will not listen to your symptoms, instead offering a cookie cutter diagnosis pattern. She ignored key symptoms I told her on the first visit, leading to a delay in my diagnosis (which happened elsewhere). If she cannot be trusted to listen and ascertain a proper diagnosis, I would not trust her to perform surgery.

Dr. Rao is a wonderful surgeon. She helped me in a very stressful time in my life. She is someone who can be trusted.

First of all, this was my FIRST visit with Dr. Rao. My appt. was at 10,she didnt see me until 10:40.She made me feel as tho I was wasting her time, and barely spent 5 minutes with me. Wont go back!
